- naylaa247 (10/5): Excellent location and pleasant stay - The Biltmore has been my preferred choice in the heart of London since 2022, mainly because of its excellent location and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to thank Mr. Simon from the reservations department, as well as Mr. Edson, the Reception Manager, for their consistently professional and welcoming service. Their hospitality always makes my stay more enjoyable. I usually book a Grand Deluxe Room, as I find the standard Deluxe Rooms to be quite small in size. Previously, when The Biltmore was part of the Hilton group, there were more opportunities for room upgrades and greater flexibility with late check-out benefits. Unfortunately, I have not experienced the same level of privileges since the hotel became part of the Millennium group. Nevertheless, the overall experience remains very positive, particularly because of the outstanding location and the professional service provided by the team.

My niece and I came for a week long vacation. Mr. Engin is considerate of people's circumstances and has a strong sense of responsibility. He made us feel like he was a brother to us, which is why we felt safe and comfortable here. I recommend this hotel to everyone looking for privacy and security.

Enjoyed daily breakfast and several very good meals in the Grill where Stacy and Seble were especially welcoming and efficient. Also Peter and Mesha. - King_Kier (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Stayed at The Biltmore Mayfair recently and overall had a really nice experience. I don’t quite understand the recent bad reviews as it is not what I experienced at all. The location is great — quiet but still right in the middle of Mayfair, which made getting around super easy. It’s close to some really great bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is definitely very polished and well put together, but it does feel a little sterile in places. Everything is spotless and modern, just maybe lacking a bit of personality or warmth you'd expect from a luxury London hotel. The room was very comfortable though — great bed, nice bathroom, and everything worked exactly as it should. No complaints there at all. Both the bar and hotel restaurant were a bit meh if I’m honest. It looked nice but didn’t have much atmosphere, and it didn’t really feel like somewhere you'd go out of your way to spend time. Perfectly fine, just nothing memorable. Breakfast, however, was a standout. Honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Great selection, really good quality, and everything felt fresh rather than the usual buffet you sometimes get. Definitely worth getting up for. Loved the freshly made OJ and freshness of the fruit. Service was friendly and efficient but not particularly personal. Overall it’s a very solid luxury option in Mayfair. A little more character would make it even better, but I’d still happily stay again.

The deco is delightful very feminine with the Beautiful fresh flowers display as you enter the lobby, to the blush pink walls stunning finishes such as chandeliers, candle sticks & beautiful furniture a very boutique feel and Engin (duty manager) was fantastic during our stay. The Penhaligons toiletry’s in the bathrooms/bedrooms are a lovely touch too. Love this hotel so much I booked a second night

- MBS (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at The Biltmore Mayfair. What stood out the most was the sense of quiet, understated luxury throughout the hotel. It does not try to be overly flashy, yet everything feels refined, intentional, and of very high quality. The location in Grosvenor Square is excellent. It offers easy access to central London while remaining calm and away from the crowds, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The design of the hotel is beautifully balanced, combining modern elegance with subtle classic touches. The spaces feel clean, well-proportioned, and comfortable without being overdone. Overall, the atmosphere is relaxed, private, and well-managed. It is a place where you can truly unwind while still feeling in the heart of Mayfair. Nothing at all.

The beautiful view stretched out before my room, making it a truly surreal experience. I'd like to say I want to return, but that feeling was dashed by a story. The bartender, who seemed middle-aged and had a strong facial features, was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. He looked at me with a sullen expression the whole time, and I'm not sure if it was because his girlfriend is Korean or what bothered him so much, but I felt a bit discriminated against. I was really disappointed when I saw him muttering something and walking away. I'm not sure if he was a trainee from overseas, but he scolded me in a very harsh manner, whether I'd made a mistake or something, and I felt that even if it was part of his job, he should still consider the guests' feelings.

The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, with a great atmosphere in the heart of Mayfair. The room was comfortable, stylish, and very clean. We also really enjoyed the gym, which is modern and well equipped, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
