- Reena (9/5): It’s decent overall - They offer a free shuttle to get to the city center Location - it’s not a very convenient location, but the thing is that all hotel chains are located in the same strip one after another - we have to walk about 25-30 mins to get to good restaurants to eat Breakfast - hot breakfast and fruits are sub par, fruits appear to be stale, hot breakfast is not hot, it is cold/cool or warmish if lucky. The plates and bowls have stuff likely food scraps stuck to them, it comes off easily when scraped by finger or fork. Plain croissants, yogurt and granola are really good and so is the bread. Coffee is really strong

- Dr Liana (5/5): Schöne Aussicht aber unfreundliches Personal - Die Rooftopbar und die Pools sind wirklich sehr schön mit einer unglaublich tollen Aussicht. Man hat vollen Blick auf die Akropolis. Das Personal ist in den meisten Fällen unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Man gibt sich wenig Mühe, um persönliche Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer, sowie auf den Gängen… Schmutziges Geschirr bleibt tagelang vor den Zimmern stehen.

De har stadig ikke svaret på min henvendelse på trods af at jeg blev lovet en undersøgelse og en skriftlig rapport om hvem der har været på værelset.

- LAURENCE (6/5): - Hyatt remains the best hotel for indoor swimming pool. Wonderful ! The quality of breakfast . Despite of a very large variety and choices the taste was disappointing as most of the supposedly {Fresh Food} did not taste fresh it tasted more like frozen food or industrial food. Even the Orange juice was not good, it was too acidic or tasted like mixed with industrial orange juice. In Greece you can find a very good fresh orange juice everywhere, I don't understand how Hyatt can not afford offering its clients the basic Fresh Greek breakfast and orange juice . 2nd point is that there is a very bad smell in the room bathroom. Certainly, this is because of inadequate set up of the plumbing of the shower area, 3rd point, despite that the room was overlooking internal court, there was a constant bang like drum all night. So my night quality was not that great.

I was waiting in the hotel since 12.30 till 15.00 to get a key and the staff couldn’t solve a mixup with double booking. On the phone I was told to collect all my stuff and come down to the reception - in the end they gave me the same room. As an apology I was offered 30% discount on first night - still waiting…

- Eleonora (3/5): Är det viktigt med underbar takpool, välj detta hotell. Annars, välj ett annat i stan. - Fräscht hotell med härliga rum och en fantastisk takpool. Poolområdet på taket var lätt det som var största behållningen med hotellet som annars låg en bra bit utanför stan vilket innebär att man fick betala för taxi varje dag för att ta sig in mot stan. I och för sig fanns en gratis shuttle som gick fel och tillbaka ungefär en gång i timmen, men det var ju inte alltid man tajmade in den. I övrigt var området inte superkul - hotellet ligger utmed en motorled och på andra sidan vägen ligger den ena strippklubben efter den andra. Vägg i vägg med stora företagskomplex i och för sig, så helt ruffigt är det förstås inte - men inga charmiga kvarter att promenera i direkt. 1) Rummet låg precis bredvid hissen och på våningen under takpoolen så dygnet runt hördes hissarna som passerade och ljudet från poolrummen. 2) Det fanns två takpoolen, den ena var 130 cm djup och den andra 120 cm. Trots att jag passade min 12-åring som simmar utan problem, så förbjöd badvakten honom att bada i den ”djupare” poolen eftersom de inte kunde ta ansvar för honom där. Jag som förälder fick alltså inte passa mitt barn. Det var däremot inga problem i den andra stojigare poolen dit vi förpassades. Där lös badvakten med sin frånvaro. 3) Vi hade glömt att betala för frukost så fick betala separat för det första dagen, men konstaterade direkt att frukostbuffen inte var värd pengarna. Därefter åt vi på ett lokalt café som var både billigare och bättre. Detsamma gällde för maten vid poolområdet på taket - dyrt och smaklöst
- Sonbol Ghezel (5/5): Good rooftop views but disappointing overall for a 5-star hotel - The rooftop views were fantastic and one of the highlights of the stay, especially the panoramic views across Athens towards the Acropolis. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was enjoyable each morning, staff were very nice at the buffet. The hotel is visually impressive in some areas, particularly the rooftop spaces. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel in line with what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. We arrived the night before my birthday, which the hotel was aware of, yet there was no acknowledgement whatsoever. While not expected, many hotels I have stayed at globally usually make a small thoughtful gesture, which adds to the hospitality experience. The room itself felt quite basic, with no pleasant view as we overlooked side roads, and it was noticeably noisy due to traffic, making it less relaxing. The TV was also disappointing for a modern 5-star hotel, as it was not a proper smart TV and we were unable to use Netflix or easily screen mirror content. The bathroom amenities were poorly maintained, with shower dispensers looking untidy and partly depleted, and these were not properly refreshed despite housekeeping visits. The towels were clean but looked old, tired, and overused. Finally, while the rooftop setting was beautiful, the food and drinks were significantly overpriced for the quality offered.

- Mihai (10/5): - Suitable for a short stay in Athens, Centrally located and private underground parking, During checkin they request a deposit of 50€ per night even if you don’t intend to use minibar. After 2 weeks I still have not received my deposit back. My credit card still shows the amount as reserved. This deposit was not mentioned when making the reservation on booking.com

- Alba (7/5): une politique piscines qui exclut totalement les enfants de moins de 6 ans, donnant aux parents de bébés le sentiment d’ - Magnifique petit déjeuner avec une vue sublime sur Athènes, notamment sur le Parthénon, un vrai plaisir pour commencer la journée l’accueil est assez impersonnel, ce qui est décevant pour ce type d’établissement. Le point le plus inacceptable pour nous a été la politique concernant les piscines : il y a trois piscines dans l’hôtel et aucune n’accepte les enfants de moins de 6 ans, même sur certains créneaux horaires. En tant que parents, on a vraiment l’impression qu’avoir un bébé est perçu comme une contrainte plutôt qu’une réalité à prendre en compte, ce qui est très regrettable pour un hôtel de ce standing. Nous avons également rencontré des problèmes d’odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain de la chambre, ce qui a terni notre séjour.

The meal price was overpriced compared to any restaurant in the city that would let me use your room service at all. I liked that the taxi was always available whenever I needed it at the hotel entrance. nothing

- Christian (9/5): - Außergewöhnliches Frühstück mit toller Aussicht. Wie vom Haus Hyatt erwartet: sehr zuvorkommendes Services. Die im Vergleich längeren Öffnungszeiten des Pools und des Zimmerservices waren sehr angenehm. Zimmer- und Schranktür bräuchten bei Gelegenheit ein kleines Service.

Это был просто ужас, его не могли починить, и не могли дать другую комнату. Это очень разочаровало за такие деньги, я бы туда никогда не вернулась. Нам дали просто вентилятор. Завтраки не очень, лифты страшные и темные. До гостиницы 5 звезд абсолютно не дотягивает.

Realmente cómodas aunque poco matenidas Las toallas y la no reposición del jabón para cuerpo en el duchero, las toallas tenían hasta agujeros de lo Viejas que eras, x suerte también había nuevas, sin embargo por el precio que cobran es un “detalle” que no debe ocurrir jamás.

- Frank Rudnick (6/5): Vom Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen, sondern überteuert. - Der Pool, die Bar Übervorteilt - habe Zimmer mit Blick auf die Akropolis gebucht und bekam ein Zimmer mit Blick auf eine große Wand mit Neon Schrift und links klein ein Teil der Akropolis zu sehen bzw. Zimmer mit Balkon muss man auf den Balkon gehen um die Akropolis zu sehen. Hotel sehr groß und die Rezeption ist nicht ausreichend mit Personal besetzt bei Ansturm - Busanreisen oder peak Zeiten wie 11:00 Uhr checkout time. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, 6 Etage Teppichboden Flur überall große Flecken. Aufgrund der Lage werden wir nur noch Hotels in der Innenstadt buchen
