- Arlette (7/5): Prima voor 1x. - Lekker groot en anoniem stads hotel. Schoon en aardig personeel. 1 nacht schreeuwende en dronken gasten midden in de nacht op de gang waar security bij kwam. Andere 2 vroege ochtenden spelende en rennende kinderen boven onze kamer die je constant hoorde. Niet perse lekker geslapen, maar het hoort ook wel een beetje bij zo’n groot hotel in een wereld stad.

Die Betten stehen deshalb hintereinander. 10 Minuten nach der Ankunft des Zuges in Barcelona Sants steht man bereits beim check in. Gutes Frühstück Wir haben das lange schmale Zimmer nicht sehr als gemütlich und eher unpraktisch empfunden.

For the price paid I expected more. Breakfast offers a great buffet style spread, but I just didn't get the 1980's cool style design vibe of the breakfast room / bar / reception area.

- Franziska (6/5): Nützlich und anonym - Die Lage wäre, wenn man mit der Bahn reist, optimal. Für einen Städtebesuch nur bedingt optimal. Preis / Leistung hat nicht ganz gepasst. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel fehlt ein bisschen der Komfort. z.B. gab es keine Getränke im Kühlschrank und beim Wasserkocher lag je ein Beutel Tee, ein Beutel Kaffee und ein Beutel Koffeinfreier Kaffee. Auch beim zweiten Tag, nachdem wir alle Beutel aufgebraucht hatten. Aber wir waren zu zweit in diesem Zimmer und hätten beide gerne einen Tee und einen Kaffee mit Koffein gehabt.

We had arrived from Paris by train two hours later than we had expected at 11.00 pm. but this was no problem for the hotel. Breakfast was really good for this level of hotel. Nothing!

- Lydia (8/5): - Location was great, super close to the train station making it really easy to get around. Supermarket right below for any essentials. Staff were so lovely & extremely accommodating. Our room was lovely, great size, balcony & lovely bathroom. Free water on arrival was a nice touch. Key cards for the lift didn't work. Always fine to get into our room but never in the lift, had to go to reception each day to get them rescanned. To then be told our key cards only worked in a specific lift. Not hotels fault but there is a lot of construction happening in the surrounding area.

- Mark (9/5): Very comfortable, modern hotel, with extras to make you stay easy - Stylish and modern hotel with very good amenities - the room was large and the shower was excellent. Lift was a little slow at times - only improvement I can think of
- Dario A (8/5): - El diseño moderno, ambiente divertido, servicio, amigable. La habitacion tiene una pequeña mesita para la laptop, pero no tiene silla, solo un puff inestable y muy bajo. Seria recomendable poner una silla.

- Camille (10/5): - Hyper pratique car juste à côté de la gare Personnel professionnel et sympathique (la clim de notre chambre ne fonctionnait plus mais une solution a tout de suite été trouvée) Chambre bien équipée (chaussons dispos etc) et bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix

- A Athan (8/5): A good stay - The room was quite spacious with daily cleaning. The bathroom had fresh towels every day. Breakfast I only had one day and it was excellent. Had really nice gym facilities too. The location was not great, right next to Sants station which was super convenient but I wouldn't have stayed if it was not for work. There are other locations with cheaper options and better views.

- Rocío (9/5): Estancia muy agradable en Barcelona - El personal muy amable, la decoración, la seguridad del hotel, y la cercanía a Sants. Disfrutarlo poco porque fui por muy poco tiempo. Precio bastante elevado.

Su trato fue impecable, fueron muy amables, cercanos y altamente profesionales desde el primer instante. Nos ofrecieron indicaciones precisas y recomendaciones muy acertadas, facilitando toda nuestra experiencia desde la llegada. Sin duda, un servicio que eleva el nivel del hotel. Quizás el San Francisco sin alcohol se podría mejorar!

- Christian (4/5): Very noisy, barely slept. There is a huge building site outside the hotel and the windows are not very isolated. - Great Location, though the neighborhood seems to get a bit weird at night It was so loud, could barely sleep.

- Kaspars (10/5): Sylish hotel with great rooms, nice restaurant and chill out area - Love the interior of the hotel. Stylish rooms, large and comfy bar area. Breakfast with variety of choices. The staff very welcoming and friendly. Stayed there for 8 days and whenever i had any issues they always solved things perfectly! They even bought me a new phone charger after it got lost during the switching from one room to another.
