- Diane (8/5): Great location, service, amenities, comfy beds. Would return and do recommend. - This hotel was well situated for our one night stay before flying out the next morning. We appreciated the efficient shuttle service to the airport, the restaurants on site, the professional personnel and especially the comfy beds. We were given a connecting room. Unfortunately we had a very animated and unhappy couple staying next door which made our stay unpleasant.

- E5025RXlauraf (2/5): Avoid - Stayed here for one night because had points available and early flight. That was a mistake. Really dingy hotel. Mattress was thin and hard. The sheets were so scratchy the I ended up using my puffy jacking instead. Terrible rotten fish smell in restaurant in the evening. Tip: don’t even think about eating here. No coffee in lobby in the morning. All the Marriott properties are clustered together, so ended up taking Lyft in the morning as the shuttle would not accommodate the volume of people from three hotels. If possible, stay at a decent place a little farther from the airport. At least you’ll get some sleep.

However, the hotel bar was jam packed and no spots. If you want to eat at a hotel bar, go to Champions at the Courtyard just a 5 min walk. I think all the cruise ship passengers come here and flight crew. Its what you expect it to be. Would go again.

I’m more than willing to revise or remove it if someone from management steps in and addresses the situation appropriately. After a full week of demanding business meetings and a long travel day, I was heading home to Salt Lake City and checked in through the Bonvoy Elite line. The young woman who assisted me was friendly, professional, and welcoming — no complaints there at all. Before heading upstairs, I specifically asked about late-night dining options. I was told there’s no 24-hour room service, but that I could place an order until 11:30 PM — and I had roughly 15 minutes to do so. As I walked to the elevator, I passed what appears to be a well-stocked pantry/convenience market that was actively serving hot food, including fresh pizza. Once in my room, I immediately reviewed the in-room dining menu, which clearly states that room service is available until midnight. At approximately 11:24 PM, I called to place an order and was informed the kitchen was already closed and they could not accommodate me. I explained what I had been told at check-in and even referenced the midnight service time printed on the menu. Despite that, there was no effort made to resolve the issue. I mentioned that I would likely leave a review based on the experience unless someone could help make it right. I was told I’d receive a callback shortly. It has now been over 30 minutes and I never heard back. Regrettably, this leaves me no choice but to share this experience. I do hope someone from management reaches out. To me, this reflects a broader issue I’m seeing more frequently in hospitality — a tendency to shut things down early or do the bare minimum. I’m confident that at one of Marriott’s luxury properties, or at brands like Four Seasons or Montage, this would have been handled differently. I expect better from Marriott.

For me it was a statement not money. They insisted and I decided not to claim the package since its value was less than that I cut short my stay as another statement on my side, and I let know the manager why I was doing it I then, went to a Hilton property Be careful you don’t run into the same people Too bad, I can’t remember how many times I have spent in that property

Impossible to set up account so contact with hotel was poor and as a result unable to find transfer from airport and had to take a taxi. No way to communicate easily with the hotel.

- R8266UQpoppet (10/5): DAY PASS - My husband and I had an evening flight and had disembarked early off a cruise. Decided to purchase a day pass at this resort. First time we used a day pass and it was definitely worth it. The staff at the front desk were welcoming. The hotel is very nice and we enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub. It's just a ten minute drive from the airport and a complimentary airport shuttle was included with the day pass.

- ALtravel1223 (4/5): Cheap Airport Hotel - This is a cheap airport Marriott. You get what you’d expect. You should expect the typical cheap towels, cheap sheets, uncomfortable bed, hair in the bathroom, bright lights, popcorn ceilings, etc. It’s an incredibly busy hotel with not only airport travelers but conferences happening. Tried to order a vegan dish (only one) on the dining menu and was told “we don’t have that”. Don’t expect any healthy food.. think ballpark vibes. The M club was okay, but wish they’d post or explain that you can use the buffet outside the club in the restaurant as well, otherwise it’s akin to a Hampton Inn. Marriott has tiers, this particular one is more like a select Marriott (is a Courtyard). Only stay here if you need the shuttle to the airport and are using Bonvoy pts.

We arrived excited for my birthday cruise and were initially pleased with the hotel's beautiful atmosphere and spacious, clean rooms. However, our experience quickly turned sour when we encountered discriminatory behavior from the staff. We were told that our reservation included complimentary breakfast, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted with impolite stares and told we weren't on the list. As the only people of color in the restaurant, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The lack of service continued throughout our stay, with staff ignoring us and providing different levels of service compared to other guests. I was directed to go to another hotel to print a document, while other guests received assistance. The bed was also uncomfortable, feeling hard and affecting our sleep. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by unacceptable behavior from the staff, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who value equality and respect. *Service: 1/5* *Cleanliness: 3/5* *Amenities: 2/5* *Value: 1/5*

Despite having both my photo identification and physical payment method in hand, she insinuated very clearly her distrust of my ability to afford the accommodations or even my presence on the premises. She did not inquire of my transport thereby making it necessary to revisit the front desk to have my car registered. Despite being a long standing Bonvoy member, I was not give the welcome gift as I saw fellow patrons receive. I am appalled and disgusted and will absolutely be sharing my experience with management before the end of this stay.
- Tony (2/5): Not great compared to priors - Location this was our 3rd stay and previously we've had no issues and have always talked highly about this location. Upon our last trip however in which we brought some friends along (how embarrassing) we discovered a smelly cheese plate left in the fridge before bed. We spent some time at the restaurant and bar and with an early flight out the next morning we headed back up around 11pm/12am went to put some left over food in the fridge and unfortunately could not due to the horrible smell. Too tired to go back down, I brought the cheese plate down upon checking out and explained the situation and was promptly assured (and rushed so the other customers wouldnt hear what happened) that it would be made up to us in points as we do have 2 more vacations flying out of Miami over the next 2 years. Upon getting back was issued $24 in reward points after spending $480 on room and parking. Extremely disappointed. The entire integrity of the room was compromised by the food in the fridge because how can we be assured anything else was even cleaned?? Tried to reach out to management and was told it would be escalated however it's been another week and we have heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed.

- 495khal (10/5): Comfortable Hotel Amazing Staff Great Services - My experience at the Marriott Hotel was great, especially since I had a long trip and arrived very early morning to check-in also I was hungry and tired and was looking for something to eat, they checked me in early and I was allowed to enjoy a hot breakfast although I just arrived and I was checking in at 6 am ! They also have a market open 24/7 full of quality quick bites. I had my breakfast at the M club, The food was delicious, and the experience was very pleasant, making my day easier. I was served by a highly trained hospitality professional named Aaron, he was amazing serving the whole m club visitors like a bee. Keep it up Miami Airport Miami and hire more people like Aaron.

- 593dreb (4/5): Check your statements they will overcharge you. - When I stayed here everything was fine probably a five star stay during my week stay unfortunately I was charge for nights I paid for in point after the charged posted. I called the hotel to inquired about this charge the first lady I talked to was unhelpful and was just trying to get rid of me. She transferred me to the accounting department no one answered and the voicemail was full. I immediately called back the person I talked was patient and did help but after she got my email address. She said she would email me and get the extra charge removed. I called back today and talked to manager she cannot find the charge but it is as clearly a posted charge on my cc statement from this hotel. Now I'm have to continue to wait for a refund for money should have never been charged as it is forwarded to accounting. Apparently Marriot intentional billing can't refund your money either, a rep told me this is one of the few hotel they don't have access to. Don't trust this place I wouldn't stay here again either. Don't recommend this place avoid, doesn't matter how good a stay is if you get overcharged and have to call and call to get someone who can refund your money.

I had to make several requests before the room was changed. The 1st gentleman at the front desk was not cooperative. Anyhow, between maybe the carpet and the AC vent, I was stuffy every night once I entered the room.
