We have cancelled it but afterwards we made the payment again and they took deposit for one room than charged it again but still I didn’t get the deposited amount. Its been 2 week.

Es un hotel para norteamericanos, que están acostumbrados a que les cobren el wifi y que los conserjes no les hagan caso. El precio era caro sin incluír desayuno. Supongo que era temporada alta (floración de los tulipanes) y que aprovechan un poco.

- Tanja (7/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel, etwas zu teuer für die Qualität und Komfort, die angeboten wurden. - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, das Midtown Grill Restaurant einen Besuch wert. Das Familienzimmer war genug gross, ich habe jedoch einen Kleiderschrank vermisst, das Bad war sehr klein und etwas veraltet, z.B. die Dusche in der Badewanne war sehr unbequem, und die Schutz-Glaswand der Dusche war in einer Ecke undicht, sodass der Fussboden nach dem Duschen immer sehr nass war. Die Abdichtung der Glaswand sollte auch mal unbedingt geputzt werden. Ausserdem war das Zimmer nicht super sauber bei unserer Ankunft, Haare und Chips-Resten lagen noch auf dem Boden. Das Zimmer war auch eher dunkel, da das Fenster sehr klein war.

- Henriette (4/5): Kein stimmiges Preis/ Leistungsverhälltnis! - Zimmer war zum dunklen Hinterhof mit einem sehr, sehr kleinem Fenster. Leider war es daher sehr dunkel. Dies wurde bei der Buchung noch kommuniziert. Das Bad hat sehr nach Abfluss gerochen. Die Badtür war aufgequollen und die Farbe abgeblättert.

- PATRICIA (10/5): GRAN ESTANCIA EN AMSTERDAM - La habitación muy amplia nos alojamos en una familiar. La amabilidad de todo el personal tanto recepción , restaurante, información; pero especialmente del comedor en la hora del desayuno ya que nos ayudaron con una tarta sorpresa a mi marido por su cumpleaños !!! Tuvimos un mini problema con la calefacción y nos trajeron muy rápidamente a la habitación un calefactor que funcionaba muy bien. Está muy bien ubicado, con tranvía directo al centro , y conexiones muy rápidas al aeropuerto; cerca de la zona de museos y de plazas con zona de restaurantes; y al mismo tiempo en una zona tranquila. VOLVERÍAMOS SIN DUDA!!! Todo perfecto Mejor de lo esperado

- Emma (1/5): Don’t stay here! - The location. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Check in 3 hours late, rude and unhelpful staff. 30 euro charge for WiFi. Money held as deposit against room charged multiple times and not returned despite no additional fees or spend. Absolutely not a 5 star hotel. Poor shower, it was a trickle. TV in room was not smart. Not enough robes or towels in the room for amount of people staying. No vanity kits in bathroom. I could go on. Very very poor.

De locatie van het hotel is ook heel makkelijk om te bereiken met de auto. Het was een beetje koud in de kamer

- Rouel Edens (8/5): Goede locatie, goed ontbijt, helaas alleen maar één keer. - Ontbijt en snacks in de M Club Lounge is goed geregeld en altijd goed aangevuld. Voldoende keus. Vriendelijk en goed personeel en alles is schoon en goed verzorgd. In de M Club Lounge werd op tv alleen een BBC kanaal gepresenteerd met alleen maar uitzendingen over de oorlog in Iran. Ik vind dit ongepast, aangezien ik hier kom om te ontspannen . En er komen natuurlijk ook veel toeristen voor de stad Amsterdam. Laat wat vrolijks zien is mijn advies. Iedereen heeft een mobiel en bepaald zelf wel als ze informatie willen over een oorlog. Op basis van deze ervaring kom ik er niet weer.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The self-service laundry was a great extra benefit that I utilized, especially with my kids. The location is top-notch! Nothing really. It's just what you would expect.

- Daniel (10/5): First Marriott expereince - The location is brilliant, close enough to get to everything but far enough out that it was quieter. The shuttle bus to the airport stops literally right outside. The M club lounge is a game changer and an absolute must for your stay. Not really anything major but if I was to be picky the door to the bathroom had a semi transparent glass pane in it so when I went to the toilet in the early hours it work my wife up as the light was on. I used my phone torch in future but a solid door would be better, it only impacts me because I'm a really early riser while she likes a lie in.

- Maps787616 (10/5): Service that cares - This was one of my better experiences in Europe. The location is ideal for experiencing Amsterdam with almost every key attraction within walking distance. The staff at this hotel were engaging, thoughtful, responsive, and extremely helpful. I made it to the hotel after waiting two hours for my bag at the airport that wouldn't get to Amsterdam for another two days. I arrived at the hotel exhausted and frustrated, but the staff was so supportive, supply essential that I need for the next 48 hrs while staying up to date on my luggage. Breakfast was an easy hassle free event that made me feel seen. One of the waitress, Hang, had my order memorized and greeted me every morning with a smile. As a black, masculine, lesbian from Alabama, travel experiences have been mixed for me. I've had hotel staff in other countries either ignoring me while I ate with coworkers, a feeling that I can't shake. However, this hotel was a small travel victory for me that will serve as a salve for those other wounds.

Had issues with air conditioning, dog barking in room near us until 11pm, shower quality poor and cracked glass in room. Reception said they would look into issues but nothing as we only stayed for 3 nights. Wouldn’t use again as cost was £970.
