- NUR (9/5): - Good ambiance, comfortable and cozy, house was clean. I checkin in two separate days due to water issues in Perling area. Bed was so so comfortable, sofa too! Sure 100% will repeat again. First night cost me RM269. second night only RM117 not including taxes.

My family enjoyed to stay No rack was provided for hanging washed clothes. More toilet paper prepared would be better. Shower towel were rough.

- Hanee (1/5): 🫥🫥🫥 - 1. There were cockroaches and ants. Complained to the owner/agent. I requested for change of unit but were declined. A staff came over to spray the mentioned areas. Showed the dead cockroaches and ants to the staff too as evidences. 2. No extra bedsheets/towels though there were washing machine(not dryer). There were stains on the one of the pillow cases. Was told that cleaning will take place after the check-out which they charged, RM80. I have to bear the cleaning cost if I want extra cleaning service/services. I requested for cleaning materials and they sent me a broom. 3. The water pipe from master bedroom bedroom was faulty. A staff came over to resolve the issue. 4. Requested for a late check out at 2pm. Owner/agent denied the request though it was 11 nights stays. The bad reviews has nothing to do with the denied of late check-out requested time.

- Leng (4/5): Disappointing - There are easily accessible eateries nearby, mostly open at night. The place is near to the main road and nearby from the causeway. There is also a Cedar Point food center nearby which serves local hawker food. The unit was bare minimum. One of the sink taps was hanging loose. there was no shower curtains in both the bathrooms. There was an ant nest behind the picture on the wall by the dining table. Having a microwave or an oven would have been great.
