• Akdag (2/5): Definitely i am not recommend to stay in this hotel - Breakfast was good Unfortunately, our experience at U232 Hotel was very disappointing. Our room had no natural light at all and was facing an internal building shaft, which made it feel extremely claustrophobic, almost like a prison cell. On top of that, the room was far too small for a family of three and definitely not worth the price we paid. When we asked the hotel staff to change our room, they were not solution-oriented and made no effort to help us. Simply mentioning on Booking.com that this room type has no daylight does not make the situation acceptable. Honestly, for this reason alone, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The breakfast was decent, though.

Le point fort numéro un est sans aucun doute sa situation géographique.Enfin, l'accueil a été très chaleureux et l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable. Si vous cherchez un établissement alliant confort, gourmandise et emplacement stratégique, ne cherchez plus ! Le petit dej manque de produit locaux.

• Roger (7/5): - Comfortable bed. Great location. The tap water was completely white. When I raised it with reception, I was told it was normal, which it clearly isn’t. I was initially placed on a higher floor next to the elevator, where the noise and vibrations were constant and very disruptive. After complaining, I was moved to a lower floor, also next to the elevator, but it was quiet this time.. The shower water pressure was almost none when using hot/warm water even being on the 4th floor. Cold water had pressure. What made the experience worse was the attitude of one reception staff member. When I raised both the water issue and the noise, he responded with a sarcastic, somewhat dismissive tone not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel.

What makes this hotel very special though is it's amazing, friendly, professional staff. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding. Due to an accident my stay here was extended several times over 14 days and this hotel made what was a very traumatic event easier to manage. They couldn't do enough for me and were so helpful and understanding. The hotel are lucky to have such a wonderful team working for them, they are a credit to the hotel industry. I give them my highest recommendation 5*+🥰! Thank you to all the staff I encountered, you should be so proud! 🤗 Nothing

• annhB7172AY (10/5): Great hotel in nice area - Had a lovely stay here. We had a double room with balcony which overlooked the interior not streetside. Really comfortable & enormous bed, plenty of hanging & storage space, seating area and outside seating on balcony. Towels changed daily and room cleaned to a high standard. Free coffee, tea milk provided and extra soft drinks/beer if wanted in mini-fridge (chargeable). Quiet room on 8th floor, could hear water running from showers etc but otherwise no noise. Lovely reception staff, friendly, welcoming and polite. No problem storing our luggage before and after checking in & out so we could enjoy our 1st & last day. Nice area around hotel, plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don't want to go into centre. Great transport links, we used local buses to get to sights eg Parc Guell, Mont Juic but metro stop also close by. Would stay here again as preferred the quietness of the area to the hustle & bustle of the centre.

Especially for gluten free visitors. - Just completed a 4 day stay at this little gem of a hotel.front of house staff Anna,pablo,Adolfo,and Jose were invaluable help to uk strangers,helping us to do all the touristy things near bye.The room was impeccable and the cleaning staff were excellent and prompt.The metro is 140 metres from hotel,enabling us to get to pretty much everywhere in Barcelona in 15 to 20 mins.Sagrada cathedral and Las ramblas just 10 mins away.All in all,a great place to stay,easy transport links and lots of good restaurants in the area including gluten free choices all near bye.A roof top sun deck including shower facilities ,when your done sightseeing.This hotel ticks all the boxes,oh and the breakfast is as good as many larger hotels offer.THANK YOU U232 ON A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. • ceccleston1979 (10/5): Great value for money - We liked the look and location of the hotel which is why we booked it and we definitely made the right choice. The rooms were exactly what we needed and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Our son is coeliac and the staff couldn’t do enough for him. At breakfast they provided him with a choice of bread, pastries etc. There were also plenty of nice coffee shops in the area and gluten free restaurants/bakeries, which is the other reason why we chose the hotel.
