They kept our luggage when travelling to Tokyo and kept it safe for our return. Great pizza. The breakfast was occasionally running low, even early and the signature granola ran out for two days. The pizza from the evening restaurant was great but the time from ordering to table was very slow. Go before you're very hungry.

Evelyne_C (8/5): Bon hôtel - L'emplacement, l'hôtel est situé à côté du supermarché Oasis. C'est éloigné de la ville mais il y a une station de métro à 2min donc c'est super. La literie est parfaite et le nettoyage aussi ! C'était bien mais la banquette du restaurant n'était pas propre. On perd également la partie chaleureuse de l'équipe car à notre arrivée, le checking se fait à la machine. Je trouve ça dommage, les amenities sont payants. Le débit de la wifi n'est pas très bon.

Ótima localização (perto do metro e 7-eleven), num bairro muito simpático e sossegado. Funcionários muito simpáticos! Ótima área comum. Quarto bonito, pequeno mas o suficiente, com itens essenciais. Existe um supermercado mesmo ao lado.

Gwenny (10/5): Another excellent stay in one of Osaka's best value hotels. Spacious rooms for a dime. - High quality, spacious room for Japan standards with all the amenities you need and a big HDTV. Comfortable bed, coin laundry with keylock so nobody can take your stuff out and always very friendly staff. There are no normal "curtains" but these wooden slats , they don't 100% line up when closed, letting some light seep in, when the sun rises. This is across multiple rooms (stayed here many times) - eye mask solves this problem if you're easily waken up by light.

SHAO YUN (8/5): 高CP值的質感住宿，京瓷巨蛋演唱會住宿的優質選擇！ - 有設計感的漂亮飯店！飯店地點雖然不是在大車站，但其實搭電車到心齋橋或是難波都非常方便又快速，位置就在西長堀站旁邊，附近環境安靜單純，樓下就是超市，附近也有LAWSON，離京瓷巨蛋也很近，適合參加演唱會時住宿！房間空間足夠放得下兩個打開的行李箱。飯店的餐廳也很不錯，平日午餐好吃又不貴，自助吧的沙拉食材新鮮多元，推薦！

森 (10/5): 長らく来なかった。大阪に久しぶりに来て泊まったまぐれあたりの宿 - 初めてのホテルでしたが、阪急系列で3階にフロントがあり、部屋はシングルでも広々としていて、過不足なく全て揃っていました。段差も少ないし、周りは昔の新町と言う栄えた街です。花町もあったようです。近くの元町などにもたくさんの文化財があり碑がたくさん立ってました。ランチの際のフロアの方も親切で、食べきれなかったらお皿ごとホイールかけてくれて、冷蔵庫入れといてくださいねと言ったので、次の日の朝レンジでチンして食べました。何一つ思いつきません。
kisono (8/5): 快適でした - 繁華街から少し離れた静かなエリアにありながら、心斎橋〜難波は徒歩圏内。地下鉄の路線も鶴見緑地線、千日前線の両方が使えて、どこに出かけるにもたいへん便利でした。スタッフの方もとても親切。フロント階にあるカフェラウンジも明るく快適でした。
mingyue (4/5): 入住体验不好，性价比不高 - 位置还可以，去哪里都挺方便，前台服务人员态度也挺热情，每天都帮忙整理房间，有问题能及时帮忙解决。 1、酒店房间很吵，我第一天入住的时候，晚上总能听到“duangduang”的声音，刚开始以为是楼上房客，找酒店前台换了房间还是如此(从7楼换到了10楼），后来我看到晚上他们的清洁人员还在进出电梯打扫，所以我严重怀疑噪音是清洁人员晚上清扫房间发出来的。如果睡眠不太好的人慎重考虑要不要入住这家酒店。 2、房间没有窗帘，只有百叶窗，早上很早太阳就会照进房间，而且酒店不提供牙刷，细节方面赶我在京都住的那家差远了。

Michael (6/5): Decent value. I did like the queit neighborhood - The lounge area Nickel and dime. Cleaning service was very aggressive and would ignore the signs on the door. Restaurant was not predictable. Laundry was often broken, particularly the drying.

片岡 (7/5): 快適でした - 日付が変わる前に到着したので、景色を見る事が出来ていませんが、ホテル内は綺麗で良かったです。朝もバタバタしながら出発してしまい、滞在時間が少なめでしたので、お風呂に入って就寝、準備してでたので、もっとゆっくり出来れば良かったと思います。また利用したいと思います。特に感じませんでした。

LAN (10/5): 下次来大阪还会选择住在这里！ - 交通方便，距离地铁站很近，离京瓷巨蛋只有一站的距离，看演唱会的绝佳选择！住进去才知道是网红酒店，装修很漂亮很温馨，绿色格子非常符合我的审美。酒店没有牙刷提供要自己带，每天会简单清洁，房间空间很大，可以摊开2个箱子，住的很舒服，很棒的体验！

Kanami (8/5): - 京セラドームでのイベントのために宿泊したが、徒歩圏内で地下鉄でもすぐだったこと。静かで、部屋は綺麗で快適だったこと。アメニティがなく購入しないといけないこと。
PEIJUNG (8/5): - 房間內部很大,2個大行李箱攤開不是問題,超愛一樓就是大超市,整間裝潢是漂亮的,服務人員態度親切,房間內有加熱式熱水壺很讚 wifi極差.....真的差到有點讓人疑惑,看Youtube影片,用480P或是720P都會斷斷續續, 房間的地毯因為選用比較淺褐色,所以有污漬就看的出來非常明顯,能理解其實各間飯店地毯都應該是相同狀況,只是因為是淺色地毯就非常顯眼.... 吹風機雖然使用國際牌還可以的機型,但不知道是不是比較老舊,會發出怪聲音,讓人擔心是不是隨時要爆炸......

They do provide bottled water in the room free of charge and coffee you can make in the room but all other hotels we stayed at provided water bottle refill station and coffee bar so was expecting this
Yuga (8/5): - チェックイン時間に遅れそうになり、事前に電話しましたが、快く対応してくれました。部屋も綺麗でお洒落な感じが良かったです。テレビでYouTubeなどが見れるとより良かったです。

Laura (8/5): - Sauber, grosszügige helle Zimmer, Lage ruhig und abseits vom Trubel. Restaurant war gut. Jalousien haben nicht abgedunkelt. Wlan teilweise schlecht. Zumindest Vorhänge könnte man von ein Viersternhotel erwarten.
