- Helen Oviar (1/5): - O Hotel tem tudo pra oferecer uma boa estadia se não fosse todo transtorno Fui roubada dentro do meu quarto, infelizmente esqueci um brinco de ouro de 18k no valor atual de R$ 4.400,00 (US$ 850) dentro de um case junto a um brinco de bijuteria que estavam dentro de uma bolsa em cima da mesa do quarto. Infelizmente levaram o case com ambos os brincos. Reportamos ao Hotel, e chamamos a policia local, fizeram um report e estamos no aguardo de atualizações, tanto da policia quanto do Hotel. O gerente geral John Luong foi atencioso, mas já se passaram quase 2 semanas e até o momento não tive atualizações sobre o ocorrido. Manter contato com a policia dos EUA via Brasil é muito complicado. Emocionalmente estou abalada até agora, quero ressarcimento, pois a jóia tem valor inestimável pra mim. Fica de alerta para quem for se hospedar, não esquecer nada de valor fora da mala com cadeado, pois os quartos não tem cofres.

The air conditioning unit in the room was quiet loud and my bathroom door stuck badly, but I could overlook those things. This was a headache because it became dangerous walking out of the bathroom into the sleeping area. Should fix that so that there is no leak.
