• Jens (10/5): Excellent - The 1 bedroom apartment with terrace we stayed in was excellent. Also the amenities in the building, such as the massive swimming pool, were amazing. Very good location and less than 5 minutes walk away from Orchard and the metro. Truly enjoyed our stay.

• Nola (8/5): A very convenient location with excellent facilities and helpful staff. - Breakfast was included and we had a good choice and nice location on 2nd floor with outside seating in relaxed atmosphere. Very helpful and friendly service from staff. Fridge was quite small but adequate for our needs. The dryer function of the washing machine was not adequate and clothes were not fully dried.

• Alison (10/5): We would certainly recommend to anyone travelling to Singapore. - Apartment was great plenty of room, and amenities were great. Staff very friendly, good breakfast. Very close to underground trains and bus and a short stroll to shops. A bit of traffic noise of a night, we are used to no noise, so that took a little getting used to.

• Martina (10/5): Super Hotel mit toller Ausstattung in optimaler Lage! - Absolute Empfehlung für dieses Hotel. Die Lage ist unmittelbar der MRT-Station "Orchard" inklusive des "ION- Einkaufszentrums". Sehr nettes Personal, super Ausstattung; Frühstück auf der Terrasse im 2. Stock -> Auswahl nicht besonders hoch, aber ausreichend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
• Alona (10/5): Great property with all the facilities that one might need, in a very convinient location. - The residence had all the things I needed - full kitchen, washing machine +dryer, bathtub and balcony with beautiful view on the Orchard towers. The location is great 3 minutes from entrance 12 of the MRT and the area is very quiet with proximity to the mall and places to eat. On 12 floor there was a big jacuzzi. The water in swimming pool was cold for me - but I assume with weather like in Singapore it’s like this in all the pools.

У нас были апартаменты с 2-мя спальнями и 2 санузлами, идеально для семьи с подростком и маленьким ребенком. Жаль только что вода в бассейне была холодная, только в маленьком подогревалась, здесь и плавал младший ребенок. Завтраки скромные (не Турция шведский стол), каждый день готовят разные завтраки: американский (яйца, овощи, хашбраун/сосиски), кстати, можете попросить отдельно приготовить любимый вид яичницы, также были панкейки,и азиатские завтраки. Никогда голодными не оставались. Очень услужливый персонал, стараются вам угодить во всем. Суперски удобное расположение: рядом станция метро и автобусные остановки, тц рядом. Нам очень понравилось. Вернемся еще обязательно. Не смогли найти.

• Annette (9/5): Would stay in this property again. - The location was good being close walking distance to the train station. Being in the city you did need to use tea to get to tourist locations but simple to get around and safe. We didn’t have the breakfast but requested a toaster in the room. Reasonably spacious and loved the washing machine as we had one week holidaying before staying at the Fraser residence. Nothing we did not like.

• Colin (8/5): Glad to have the experience of re visiting Singapore again - Only a few minutes walk from bus stop and a few minutes more to the "MRT" station which gives access to all the shops under Orchard road which is good as once you get your bearings you can stay out of the sun a bit, and up to Orchard road and shops on there when you want. Swimming pool area was nicely laid out Breakfast was ample for our requirements as eating a lot before going out into the hot Singapore climate would probably feel uncomfortable for me Staff were friendly and helpful and any queries answered right away. We appreciated the self contained aspect and being able to cook if we wanted, the washing machine and separate dryer were really good and because they were there i could of taken less clothes than i did Maybe more seating around the pool for if it gets busy, not a problem for us as January i think is the quite month. Other than that we were happy as left in peace to do as much or as little as we wanted

The way they put the aircon outlet. it really bother my sleep, bacause the wind blows directly to face or hover around your head area, which cause me headache in the morning. When i ask them for a solution, like to block or change the wind direction, engineers won't do it because it will leaks. They do cover really a small area with a duct tapes, well it make it slightly better on one side of the bed. Same problem with the aircon the living room which blows directly to the sofa...

• Scenic476499 (10/5): Great week at Fraser Orchard - I had a great week at Fraser orchard. Big quiet room with a view. The stuff is super professional and very kind. The lap pool is I guess 50 m and quiet as well. The special shout out for Dani, Hari,Den and Pang. Will go back to this place.
• Inspire19374539115 (8/5): Great for week long work travel - The staff were so helpful and accommodating with my room service schedule. Din organised them to come during specific hours so I wouldn't be disturbed on work calls. I accidentally left without my keycard in the room and returned at 2am. Thankfully the Lobby is manned 24 hours and the desk staff Danial got my new card within 2 minutes without any issues at all. I was there for work so did not use the pool or gym but grounds are well kept. Room matches the photos on the website. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Cereals, breads, yogurts, fruits. I believe they can do. Hot meal also of requested. The ladies in the dining room were lovely and always made me feel at home. The room was clean, airy and spacious. Air conditioning worked great. I was able to control the temp and fan speed. And best of all there were opening windows and wonderful balcony to give me air/outside spaces. I did one load of washing and the washing machine and dryer worked well and simple to use. The rooms are soundproofed well (only hearing traffic when I had windows and doors open) Thanks so much and I will stay again next time I am in Singapore

• Fredrik Hyun Bae (10/5): Great property and location - The apartment feels fresh and the location is very good, a few minutes walking from ION Orchard which has everything you need for food and shopping. Gym and pool and massage chairs are good. Staff is friendly! There was a day they had to do a yearly inspection which involved turning off the electricity for several hours during the day. While it was an inconvenience, they mitigated it well by arranging an apartment at another property and transportation for that day.
• Ge (10/5): 给自己的旅行一个非常舒适的居所。 - 非常适合家庭旅行，2卧2卫的配置让家人感觉非常舒适，加上客厅和露台，难以想象这个价位可以找到80平米+的酒店房间。在新加坡旅行，有一台洗衣机和露台特别重要，不用手洗衣物，也不用把一堆脏衣服捂在箱子里好多天。有咖啡机，喝完就会自动补充的胶囊；有电磁炉，烤箱和微波炉，方便想做饭的小伙伴！ 门锁的把手有点小问题，不过报修后立刻就修好啦！

Our room was not always fully cleaned (missed areas after vacuuming); the washing machine was tricky; the inaccessibility of the towels over the tub.

The team did a lot of effort by decorating the room with balloons and organising a cake for our stay as we were celebrating a birthday. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect for a long stay with family as we were able to cook meals, do laundry etc. Would definitely stay at Fraser again.

Breakfast did not have much variety but did not matter to us as there was more than enough to keep us feeling full until lunchtime. There was no aspect of the property which I didn't like.

The breakfast team was very helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed were big and very comfortable no issue with the pillows. The pool area is massive. I would definitely come back and recommend it

The bedding, study/working table, kitchen equipped with washing machine and bathroom are top notch. Facilities include Swimming pool, GYM. Professional staff at reception, dining and housekeeping. The location is close to MRT(Metro Train) and bus stop making commute very convenient.

• Insuk (9/5): Great option in Singapore if you want more space for reasonable price. - The location was much better than it looked like it was on the map. Just few hundred meters to Orchard MRT, which was air conditioned and connected to all of the malls in Orchard Area. One bedroom executive with terrace was spacious and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer, drying rack for laundry, iron and board, large fridge, and dining table. Terrace had outdoor furniture and nice views. Shower had low water pressure, and was difficult to use because shower hose was too thick and stubborn. There was no AC outlet in the bathroom for hair dryer. Housekeeping forgot to leave us new slippers few times. But for the price I paid, I am pretty happy with my stay, and will go back next year.
• Wander14318658204 (10/5): Nicest stay we had in Singapore - We had the best time staying here! The pools were amazing, perfect for a dip any time of day, and honestly hard to leave. But the biggest surprise? The turtles that came to greet us when we arrived. They were so cute and instantly made us feel like this place was something special. Breakfast selections were basic, but had acceptable variety. But we all look forward to the daily soup of the day or desserts! We heard it's all made daily inhouse by the aunties! Some days there were nice watercresss soup or red bean soup. Great for those who misses SG home cook food! We will definitely be back next time in SG
