• Egidijus (1/5): - The staff was very poor. The room cleaner took or stole all of my belongings. They promised a free nights because of the losses I experienced, but they never refunded the money. The TV did not work, the shower only had very hot water, and the rooms were extremely humid. I hope I never end up in this hotel again.

My door didn’t lock on the deadbolt bolt only the small half broken chain lock that was falling off when I finally got into my room and the lobby was closed with no phone support either. I could not actually sleep there due to the full time residents in the room over making uncomfortable looks through the window like they were waiting for something. Super nervous as it’s 2am and I as a single traveler. Called the emergency line for the hotel it’s AI with no help. Called the lobby can’t call it. Ringed the door bell no response and still no help. The whole in my bathroom door and everything else just being dingy was bad as well but the door was my biggest issue.

• carlos (4/5): Poor and disgusting. - Absolutely not, I wasn’t good my stay over there, the amenities were poor and the bathroom was completely disgusting. I did not like sleeping in that room . The cleaning and the room hygiene , the staff was really poor and there was only worker at the hotel front desk .
• Parra (1/5): - Curachas everywhere, stained sheets, I literally went to bed and there was a piece of poop on the bed, my stay was for 3 days and I could only stay one because it was unpleasant, I asked for my refund money and they apologize that everything was in perfect condition when it is not like that the reception were sorry and said they were going to answer now they tell me no, a complete SCAM, I have more photos that they don't let me publish of the place

I asked the friendly staff and manager twice for a closet, was assured one would be provided when I was available to allow access, but one never showed in my 10 day booking. Grrrr!

• Amy (4/5): Bed was ok and room was clean but not restful! - My son stayed there. He had lots of trouble getting the tv to work and went to the desk several times for help. He also got stuck in the bathroom and had to spend some time getting the knob to work. He said it looked like the previous renter had trouble too since there was paper in the doorway to keep it from locking . He requested a refund and they said I should message Booking about it. I have done so. See above.

• Karl (2/5): - The property is an ultimate UNSAFE environment for anyone who makes safety a paramount. The person at the Front Desk lied when he told me Expedia charged my account prior to my stay, then he disappeared from the Front Desk. My walk to the room which I never found, passes several individuals sitting in dark areas, in what appeared to be abandon rooms. This place is unsafe.

• christine (2/5): - I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the photos online were misleading — the actual property looked nothing like what was advertised. The first room I was given had dirty linens, visible dust, and a dead bed bug on the bed, which was extremely disturbing. There were used toiletries left on the sink, coffee stains on the floor, and stained towels in the bathroom. The room also reeked of smoke despite me booking a non-smoking room, which was a serious issue as I have asthma. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in these conditions, so I requested a full refund and sought a room elsewhere. Although a staff member named Shadayna was helpful the next morning, the damage had already been done. I had to leave the hotel because it was simply not habitable. This experience was unacceptable — the cleanliness and overall quality fell far below even basic standards. I hope the hotel seriously improves its housekeeping and accuracy in advertising, as no guest should have to deal with this.

• Da (1/5): Bad - This is another site that advertise features that they don't have then they tell customers like myself they're going to refund my money due to the false advertising the pool was closed since the pandemic they have not reopened it the site manager agreed to give me my money back for your charge no cancellation fees but it's been over a week now and I'm being dragged and I'm being told that I can't get my money back because they said I canceled but it was not need to cancel it was the site manager who understood that I stated that I you decide believing it was a pool but there was no pool so I never stayed I can't judge room or property where I never stayed

Quite a few homeless people living around there, people aorund there not of the best character, acess to front lobby is always locked, no lock on the door. Prive was chrap, but would not recommend staying of toy have a better option.

• Corral (1/5): Bad, would not recommend at all. - The location is the only positive thing about this hotel, very close to shopping centers and entertainment. First of all, the a/c was not working properly, it was cooler outside than inside our room. Second of all, the bathroom smelled bad. We tried to get in the pool but it was closed “under renovation” And last but not least, we killed a few roaches throughout the night.

Infrastructure is old and not maintained, there's a lot of weird people around the parking at all times with no security controls, they smoke weed in the parking

• Elanur (1/5): Very bad hotels - Nothing This is the first time I've ever experienced such a bad hotel. Very bad. Very dirty. A room that smells of damp. There is not even a towel in the room. There is never a daily cleaning, linen change, towel change. Everything is very dirty... I share what I experienced with sadness and astonishment.
• Yanet (1/5): Horrible place to stay! - The only thing I like, was the convenience of being in a well-known area surrounded by shops and stores. No heavy traffic around the facility. To begin with, my husband and I arrived late at night and the staff was already notified of the late arrival. Once we got there (around 11pm), we had to ring the bell and call as the access to the main lobby was locked. Then someone unlocked the door to the main lobby and checked us in. Once we went to the room, there was a leakage behind a wall. The noise kept us awake all night. I tried texting and calling with no success. The next morning, we woke up with water all over the tiles in the bathroom and part of the bedroom. The stench of humidity was horrible. We only stayed for that one night and on our way out (around 7:30am, we couldn't get inside the lobby again to check out and leave our room key cards. No one was around the premises. We needed to leave for a meeting to be at 8am and so we did. My partner had to return in hour to drop off the keys and do the checkout. Still no staff in the lobby was available. He was approached by a maintenance staff while outside and able to drop off the room keys. Pictures and videos of the water leakage were shown. His response was that he will take care of it.

• Francisco (2/5): - This place was terrible. I understand the price was cheap but its not a bargain. We arrived at the property and took about 30 minutes to get helped. No one is at the front desk to help right away. You have to call and text to get some ones attention. Once we were helped we got to our room. The floor was dirty and the sheets were damp and didnt even seemed cleaned there was dirt and stuff in between them. My partner and i tried to make the best of the situation. We picked up cleaning supplies and cleaned the room for our stay. We came to found out there was cockroaches. They kept coming out of the applicances. Thats when we decided to get out of there we had to spent another 650 on another place for our week stay. They didnt make it right because all they want to do is give you another room that is just as bad. Only thing that would make it right is a refund wich they did not do. DO NOT STAY HERE. you will regret it.
• Sarah (6/5): Do Research - Do your research before booking. I was not impressed with this facility and it needless to say I did not feel comfortable in this area. Upon entering, there are no elevators. I'm sure some tenants live on this property. Opening the room there was a strong over scent of bleach. Our bed did not have comforters only a top sheet. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain and a blowdryer was very much needed and there as not one accessable.

• Elsa (8/5): - Peta checked me in and there were some challenges, but they were overcome. I stayed here because pets were allowed with no additional fees, I did not read the reviews until after booking, the reviews were so bad, to be quite honest if it was a situation where I could get a refund, I would have gone elsewhere, All of the reviews were negative, from bugs, place being dirty, rude staff etc. This is my honest opinion, Peta provided great customer service, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as good as could be, Because I had heard so many negative things and since I could not have a refund, I decided to TOUGH it out. I took bug spray, sanitizer, my own pillow, blankets, towels etc, I sprayed every crevice and drawers etc. During my stay I saw no evidence of any roaches or bugs. The sheets were clean, and the bathroom and floors were clean. The TV and internet worked; the area is very quiet. Original fridge did not work but was quickly replaced. Telephone is hardly answered you were asked to text but the text did not usually get you an immediate response. Two tiles in wash basin area were broken and presented a hazard, there was a funny smell to the room but disappeared after I sprayed it with bug spray, who knew bug spray could make a room smell good (smile). The outside of the property is drab, behind the fence at the rear had thick overgrowth, at nights I was very alert. A no-frills hotel but it worked for me, Peta is a gem, and I hope management recognizes this.

No TV service unless you use Roku. If it was not an emergency for the hurricane I would not have stayed. The only positive was that they were pet friendly. The area is not very safe and not even sure if the pool area was available because of all the over grown weeds.

Created a great experience overall! The manager is a lovely man, who takes pride in making sure everyone on the property is safe and does regular walk arounds to ensure everything is a-okay; Definitely would recommend to honestly anyone looking for a hotel to stay here for sure

I don't know what year they took the photos of the place but it doesn't look anything like what I saw in terms of image and cleanliness. Upon arriving at the site it appears deserted as if it had not been maintained in years. 2.The Lobby has damaged Air conditioning. 3.The patio had the same used napkins on the floor throughout my stay (there is no maintenance service) 4. Cockroaches in the room 5. popcorn on the floor near the dresser. 6. Uncomfortable beds. Laundry fuera de servicio. Nevera del cuarto dañada. Among other things that I don't want to remember. It is not a hotel to go with family. Maybe because it is cheap they think it must be of poor quality. I will not come back

When I left early in the AM for a MD appt, some of my personal belongings disappeared from the hotel and no one was accountable. Will never go back there!

• Michael (1/5): Avoid the stayables don't allow the cheap price mess you up! - Nothing "Our recent stay at Stayables Orlando was incredibly disappointing. The condition of the property and rooms was deplorable, not at all like the photos advertised. Despite our complaints and request for relocation to a different Stayables, the only solution offered was a room switch. Unfortunately, the alternative room was only slightly better, leaving us still very uncomfortable. We felt compelled to stay the night as we had no other immediate options, but we promptly left for the Rosen Resort, which turned out to be wonderful and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend the latter for a comfortable, family-friendly stay. At Stayables, our request for a partial refund was denied, adding to the frustration. This place is utterly unfit for families or anyone looking for a clean, hospitable environment. If you value your comfort and vacation enjoyment, avoid Stayables Orlando."

• Alex Daniel (2/5): - We paid for 5 nights but we decided not to stay there at all after when we arrived . Our rooms a/c was out the room smelled nasty . There was no trash can in our room and there was bugs and the walls were dirty. Outside in the halls it smelled like urine and just over all bad neighborhood . I would not recommend staying here.

• Janna (2/5): - Prior to checking into the property I was contacted that check-in was at 4pm (not notified of this when making the reservation). When I arrived they did not have my room ready. We were given a room that was already occupied, then a second room that was already occupied. The third try we were given a room on the back row that had only sheets on the beds and 1 pillow per bed, and a huge puddle of water on the floor from the refrigerator plus it smelled of cat urine. We were finally put in a room towards the front. Again, no blankets only sheets. The room was still not clean and had patches of sticky spills on the floors by the beds, behind the tables and none of the lamps were plugged in. Make sure you bring a flashlight! The back row of rooms seemed to be long term tenants and there were kids running all around with nerf guns shooting at strangers. I had a kid come up to my car and try to grab my teacup dog from between my legs as I was trying to contact the front desk. Seems like they are running a trap house here.

• Ana (2/5): - We trust the public photographs, the stay was disastrous, we arrived late from a flight and there was no staff at the front desk, we had to wait a long time for someone to arrive to check-in, the room assigned was very dirty, the smell of tobacco and other substances, it was very strong, not suitable for resting with babies, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and noise all night, we had to leave the hotel at dawn despite having a reservation for three nights.

Asked immediately for a refund and they refused. Brought me to a new room that had literal roaches on the bed.. crawling around. They did not work with me to find a resolution, did not refund me for the 6 night stay so we left. The property was awful. No one at the front desk for HOURS. The power didn’t work either so I went without power so hours too. Overall it was disgusting and not worth the money. If you do book make sure you get refunded for when they put you in a moldy room.

Do not rent from them , they never never answer the front fest . The place is trashed like it’s a homeless location . Very dirty my son had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe off things and was afraid to sleep on the bed because of bed bugs . It’s not with the money . I had to rent another day for them to allow me to get my things out even though I had not sleepless there for a week and a half. Very very Rude people . Nothing like the pictures at all . The picture look decent compared to the way it really looks like .

• Stephanie (6/5): - This place was exactly what the name is “stayable”. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Affordable. The room could have been cleaner. There was hair hanging on the shelf in the bathroom, a fork in the sink, something on the floor by the nightstand that looked like melted candy. We were there for 6 days and they only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room. When trying to get more towels, toilet paper, and a plunger (toilet was not flushing) there was no one up front and it was within their open hours to have staff there. Overall it was okay.
