• Hristina (10/5): If you’re visiting Acıbadem Ataşehir, this is a great place to stay, with a warm and clean room, a convenient location n - The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport, so it was very convenient for exploring Istanbul. My room was warm, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and supported me with everything I needed, always kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. There isn’t such a thing!

• Ursula (10/5): Incantevole. - Ho apprezzato molto la cura dello staff nei riguardi degli ospiti, mi sono sentita veramente a casa e coccolata! La stanza è a dir poco bellissima, pulitissima e se dovessi tornare a Istanbul riprenoterei assolutamente a Elegance Hotel!!

Odalara sifreyle giriş yapılıyor ve şifre tuslarken çıkan ses geceleri diğer odalara da gidiyor. Obur odalarda gece ses yapan biri varsa sesi geliyor

Colazione può sicuramente migliorare anche se comunq - Ho apprezzato molto la posizione e la cordialità dello staff sia a colazione che durante il soggiorno, giorni in cui stavamo apportando modifiche ad alcune stanze I pancake vanno assolutamente migliorati, erano praticamente una frittata fritta… cambiate ricetta e tipo di cottura
• Balázs (10/5): kitűnő ár/érték arányú szállás, ajánlom mindenkinek - Nagyon sok óvoda van a környéken, konkrétan a szállodával szemben vagy 3 különböző, emiatt reggel és délután forgalmasabb egy kicsit, de ennek ellenére gyakorlatilag kertváros, nem is gondoltam hogy Isztanbulban van ilyen jellegű helyen jó minőségű szállás. A szállóban a személyzet nem vagy alig beszél angolul, nehézkes volt a kommunikáció, de nem kirívó, ellenben nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindenki Kevés étkezési lehetőség van a környéken, gyalog meglehetősen messzire kell sétálni hogy ételhez juss. A szállodában sincs semmilyen étkezési lehetőség, még reggelire sem. A szobákba emiatt egy mikrosütőt tehettek volna. A hőmérséklet megfelelő beállítására csak a második napon sikerült rájönni, kellett volna valami angol nyelvű leírás hozzá, ami nem volt.

The rooms were clean, and the bathroom amenities were decent for the price. It's conveniently located near essential markets, shops, and Acibadem Hospital. There was no laundry service, no breakfasts or restaurants, and no special entrance for the disabled or those in wheelchairs. The view from the location was of ruined buildings and debris. Additionally, the rooms were secured with keypad locks, which made it difficult for me to enter each time.

• Salome (5/5): It might be a good hotel for people traveling with pets and are not bothered with the cat smell. - The staff was helpful, the room design was cute, it was close to acıbadem ataşehir hospital. There was a strong smell of cats in the lobby and in the room. The bed sheets had hairs in them and it was the same when we changed the room. The room was not very clean.

We had actually booked for a room without balkony but when we asked for a room where we could smoke, they upgraded us to a room with balkony for free. We had a realy good time and definitely will come back. The room had no fridge. That was the only thing for us.

• Judechen (7/5): No frills hotel in quiet neighbourhood. - Property was close to where i needed to go to for the work trip. Area was quiet at night so minimal disruption on sleep. Property ran out of bottled water on the third day of my stay. Breakfast was only available after 930am so it didn't make sense for those that needed to eat before work meetings. Property is located in an area with many kindergarten so traffic can be bad during the drop-off and pick up time zones.

• Dominique (10/5): Would stay again in a heartbeat 💗 awesome place - The whole hotel and the room was very stylish, well decorated, modern and spacious. With nice elevator. Location in a quiet area, easy to book taxi. Reception open 24hrs. Very responsive to whatsapp messages. Bed was comfortable and very strong shower water supply with good temperature. Price is very good for the room quality. Improvements only: Bidet would be nice (although not common in Turkey, but can really attract many nationalities) 😂

• Remus (6/5): Pass next time - The guy at the reception was very polite. He is working there round the clock and try to be as helpful as possible. Breakfast starts after 9 (including weekday). Nothing works properly inside the hotel or don’t work at all. Tre advertises are not real.
