• Michele (9/5): Struttura rinnovata e confortevole, di fronte alla stazione Metro Dergano. Consigliata! - Posizione: di fronte alla fermata della metro Dergano. Zona abbastanza servita di bar, uno proprio all'angolo, negozietti per acquisti veloci di ogni genere, ristoranti e supermercato a pochi minuti. Camera: confortevole e abbastanza grande per i tre posti. Cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni Staff: gentile, disponibile, sorridente e pronto a soddisfare eventuali richieste. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Soddisfatti! Consiglierei di aggiungere qualcosa in bagno (tipo mensole) per una migliore gestione del soggiorno.

The bathroom door wasn't properly attached to the ceiling, so the sliding door was titled and hard to completely pull, but this was just a small inconvenience. The bed needs some bedside table because u have no place to put your phone or a bottle of water or the watch. You have to put it on the ground. Again, it was not a very big inconvenience, but it would have made the stay more comfortable

• Irina Alexandra (8/5): Overall, if we put aside the missing water, coffee, and other small amenities, as well as the very loud noise from outsi - First of all, I thought it was very reasonably priced for tonight, and I really appreciated how clean everything was. What I didn’t like was that there were almost no basic amenities provided. First of all, there were no proper toiletries for the bathroom ,only a very small pouch of shower gel. There was also no coffee, tea, or kettle in the room, which is something I’ve honestly never experienced before in other hotels. There wasn’t even a bottle of water provided. Usually, you would at least expect some complimentary water in the room. Another issue was the noise level. It was very loud throughout the stay, which made it difficult to relax.

Locatie excelenta, 2 minute pana la statia de metrou Dergano si 10-15 minute cu metroul pana la Duomo si Gara Centrala. Am avut o camera dubla standard. Foarte curata, renovata recent. Patul mare si confortabil, asternuturi curate, baia superba. In afara de pat si o masuta mica cu 2 scaune nu mai este nimic in camera. Nu exista frigider, noptiere sau dulapuri. Pentru un sejur scurt, nu a fost deranjant, insa pentru mai mult de 2 nopti posibil sa fie incomod. Recomand acest hotel, raport calitate pret excelent.

• Daniel (7/5): Sono stato molto bene - Igiene e disponibilità del personale da 5 stelle!! Per entrare nella stanza 4 ho patito l'inferno. Poi dopo svariati tentativi miei e del personale abbiamo capito che bisognava seguire un iter per entrare in stanza: passa il badge, ALZA la maniglia, abbassa tutta la maniglia e poi spingi. La luce nella stanza 4 non andava. Doccia in camera, può stonare a livelli visivo ma è stata molto utile.
• Amy (8/5): Prima verblijf op een goede locatie, beter dan verwacht en met een paar kleine minpunten. - De locatie was erg fijn: dicht bij de metro en binnen ongeveer 10 minuten ben je bij de Duomo. De kamer was beter dan verwacht en werd om de dag schoongemaakt. Ook kregen we schone handdoeken en werden wc-papier en shampoozakjes netjes aangevuld. Het gebouw is vrij gehorig en ’s nachts kan het wat benauwd worden. In de zomer lijkt airco ons wel echt nodig. Het eenpersoonsbed was wat smal, maar voor een paar nachten prima.

There's no refrigerator, the room is tiny like a basement, there's no kitchen, and no toilet inside the room. I don't know on what basis it's called a hotel; a hostel has better facilities, not to mention cleanliness. It's not even worth a star, but just the place opposite the metro And after all that when I wrote my review on Google maps the owner replied that I wasn't a guest at the hotel This is a disaster. • Tomáš (7/5): Ideální pro přespání na pár nocí (1 až 3 noci) - Dostupnost metra do 2 minut pěšky, cesta metrem do centra zhruba 15 minut, v blízkosti mnoho obchodů a restauraci s dobrými cenami. Personál vstřícný, chtěli jsme deku navíc a byla nám bez problémů poskytnuta, check-in a check-out velmi rychlý a bezproblémový. Hotel je ideální na přespání pár nocí, chybělo vybavení jako noční stolky, záchod byl od postele cca 1 m a dělily ho posuvné dveře, které nebyly dostatečně zavřené. Je slyšet hodně hluku z ulice nebo sousedních pokojů

Ma come è possibile che in Italia si possa fare ciò? Chiunque apre una struttura e la chiana HOTEL mentre è un affitta camere. Servizi: ZERO Costi: ELEVATISSIMI Letto: PESSIMO (Materasso più fieno di un piumino che posato sule doghe del letto ti spezza la schiena. TUTTO!!! escluso il fatto che si trova a 59 MT. dall'ingresso della Metropolitana. LO SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!

It was as if the Building wasn‘t isolated, so you could hear the Alarms of other people going off in the morning. As Well as every evening some kind of cleaning machine came around 23h, which was very loud too. Lastly, i think due to Some kind of technical setting of the air Ventilation and refreshing system, iQos sigarette smell kept coming into the room which is ofcourse not nice at All.
• Anar (10/5): - The guy who checked us in and the girl we said goodbye to when we left the hotel were very friendly and kind. I want to say thank you to such a friendly staff. 😊 The room was cold, and there was no air conditioning system to heat the room anyway. Also, there were no cups for drinking water and no kettles for heating water in the room. Fortunately, the hotel staff temporarily provided us with kettles. I think it would not be a big expense to put kettles and cups in every room. Therefore, I ask the hotel manager to take this into account.

Certo è vicino alla Metro Camera microscopica, sono stato svegliato da clienti che hanno fatto ogni sorta possibile di rumore alle 0:45 per oltre un ora. Nessuno è intervenuto. Più che un hotel è un dormitorio. Marginalmente accettabile se non si trova davvero altro.
