A big inconvenience that made me decide I won’t be returning is NOT having a working commode in the hotel room and each time this was addressed someone would just show up with a plunger. The second time we called front desk a plunger was left outside our room as if to say we need to fix this???!! We repeatedly stated the plumbing in the room was the issue so because of this we had to keep going to main lobby to use the restroom! Do better please!

- Mariah (5/5): N/A - It’s a beautiful and clean hotel. The customer service is a total mess. I paid for three nights but couldn’t stay the last night due to an emergency. When I talked to the staff at the front desk, I was told that the moment I checked out, my money for the one night that I didn’t stay was going to get back on my card. Since then, I haven’t received my money yet. When I messaged the property, they told me that I should reach out to the booking app I used to pay, which I did, but the booking company said “they’re the ones who is responsible to pay my money back. Up till this day, I haven’t received my money yet.😡

- Jose Antonio (5/5): Yeah, BUT… - The lobby, public spaces and the pool area were nice as they have been renovated. The location was very good for our particular needs. I can see how this was a great hotel 25+ years ago, and a lot of areas have been updated nicely. The rooms are far too small and the AC TOO F&;!G LOUD, at least the one they gave us. The restaurants need more variety. The ceiling height is too low for current standards.

Starbucks on site which was nice and excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Bit grubby (although adequate) accommodation. Had to pay $24 a night for parking.

- Alexander (10/5): Alles in allem sehr schön - Die Lage zum Disney World. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet. Sehr schöne Pool‘s. Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Das Frühstück ist super und vor allem für den Preis nur zu empfehlen.

- Castro (9/5): - Hay piscina climatizada lo que es fantástico para niños pequeños. No me gusta alojarme en hoteles con alfombra, son gustos personales. Siento que se dificulta la limpieza y la alfombra puede sentirse pegajosa en algunos lugares.
- ROBERT (7/5): Nice but the nickel and diming is crazy - Clean and nice They nickel and dime you. We paid over 600 to stay there and yet they charged us for parking and there is no alternative. So they charged us an additional 100. Never staying there again and they never told us about this charge

- Melanie (1/5): poor - Poor communication, advised of our plan was delayed and not top release our room - when we arreived early hrs of the mornigng they gave us rooms however not what we had booked - The first room that was provided stuck due to fridge being defrosted and smelt like old smelly water - i then had to get moved and still not to a king room- He said we could get moved to a king maybe and i said why maybe thats what we booked and then he told me we were marked as a no show. This is is not true and if the hotel staff communicated and made notes on reservations, this would not have happened. I am a general Manager on 13 hotels in Australia. This was such a poor experience. We come yearly for the world's cheer championships, and this was an experience i will never wish to repeat as above

- Leah (7/5): I really enjoyed my stay and I would visit again. - I loved the atmosphere and the amenities. I also liked that they had two pools and two hot tubs. The rooms were cleaned daily. It was also in a great location if you were going to visit any of the theme parks. I didn't like that I had to pay for parking. Also, that the toilet seat was moving as well as too close to the door. I also didn't like that there was beetles in the water as well around the doors to the entry of the building.

- Amoros (8/5): Très bon séjour, hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix - Les piscines, les commerces à proximités, la qualité de la restauration et le personnel. Très peu d’horaire pour les navettes en direction des parcs d’attractions, notamment pour Universal studio ( une seule navette le matin) avec des arrêts ce qui allonge énormément les temps de trajet. Nous avons dû utiliser de nombreux uber ce qui a alourdi considérablement notre budget.
