- giggos (7/5): A slightly disappointing stay! - I give the hotel a 7 because - in the pictures the rooms look huge but in reality they are very small! The window doesn't open! The blinds are very difficult to raise! Otherwise the location is excellent and the view from the window too. The cleanliness and amenities were good! The staff was responsive! Since we had a trip and we returned there for the last time, we left our luggage there, before we arrived they delivered tickets to us there. For travelers who are not in the room all day it is good. But the space is small, there is no wardrobe. But the space is small, there is no wardrobe.

- Kristina (7/5): Basic hotel with convenient BTS location. - The location is so convenient for the BTS! There is an escalator for Victory Monument station just a few steps from the front entrance. 7/11 and lots of street food options. Nice big windows in the rooms of you like natural light. Very basic facilities to go along with the affordable price. No elevator if that’s a concern. Nothing fancy here, just the basics with fairly thin walls and (luckily) loud a/c to provide white noise to cover any noise from the street or neighbours.

- SITI FARSUHANAH BINTE (9/5): Pleasant, will come back definitely! - I truly enjoyed my stay, staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Check in process was smooth and easy, staffs also had no issue with communication. Everything was well organised & instructions were given out very clearly. Place was clean and well-maintained unlike how it's said in some review. The room service cleaning was also pleasant ;) I'm also very happy with the complimentary plain water that was provided. Location is also situated near BTS Victory Monument with 7E situated just a few walks. Located near mall and they have a small night market near the hotel which is very convenient. I'd honestly love to come back again because of the service I received and the wonderful amenities and pleasant stay. My Grab struggle to find the hotel (both when I order GrabFood & Grab Ride) but with the convenience of the public transport, it's not much of a problem. Just a heads up, there's no lift but staffs were willing to land a hand so not an issue :)
- Sunantha (8/5): ดี - เป็นลูกค้าประจำร้าน SAXOPHONE ที่นี่ดีเพราะใกล้ที่สุดเลยพักประจำ ล่าสุดน่าจะลืมชุดนอนไว้ที่ห้อง ไม่รู้พนักงานเก็บไว้ให้ไหม แฮงค์ 😅 เข้าพักทุกครั้ง ก็จะขอรีเควสห้องฝั่งอนุสาวรีย์ ชั้นสูงๆ (ชอบส่วนตัว) แต่ที่พักที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟต์ ครั้งไหนกลับจาก ตปท.จะแวะ Saxophone 1 คืน แล้ววันรุ่งขึ้นบินต่อกลับตจว. กระเป๋าใบใหญ่ ยกขึ้นลำบากมากๆ 🤣

- Jacek (2/5): Tragic hotel - I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There was mold on the walls and in the bathroom, which is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. The bathroom itself was made of glass and only separated by a thin partition, offering no privacy at all. During the night, I found a huge cockroach in the room. I reported the issue via message, but no one took it seriously and no action was taken. The next day, I tried to resolve the matter amicably, but the staff showed no interest and didn’t offer any form of compensation. This hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene and customer service.

The big window it’s really nice to watch people walk by in the morning. The AC works fine and it’s nice to have a little fridge in the room. When we arrived the toilet had some left hairs, there was a cockroach next to the bed (the only one we saw) and the bed sheets had big holes that were poorly amended with thread.

- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel room is great with 2 big beds and complimentary water tea and coffee that is replenished daily. Easy to get anywhere in Bangkok by both train and taxi. Market with great food just outside which is open til 9, also sells very cheap clothing. The only thing with the hotel is there isn't a lift. Our room was o. The 4th floor and we arrived with a 30kg suitcase! Once the case was up and unpacked the stairs didn't bother us.

- Arisa (9/5): Great room! Great location! - The location was great. Very near to BTS station. Many shops and street food stalls around. The room is also very clean and spacious. Love the big window with a view! They do not have an elevator so we had to walk up with our luggages. We didn’t struggle much but for other people who need assistance might be quite difficult. The price is also bit high.

- Barkeh (8/5): Very good - Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great hotel and value for money. Bathrooms were uncomfortably designed, with doors that didn’t fully close and a perpetual smell of mold. Uneven shower temperatures with a lack of hot/warm water a majority of the time.

- Fauzi (9/5): Superb - No meal provided. Location is great and easy to find meal outside. No need to bring travel adaptor. Wall plugs have UK plug point and USB point. There are other plug points. Very near to BTS station. Jogging park is only 500 m away. Hot water not very consistent. Got to wait a while to get hot water. Then it disappears a while so need to keep adjusting. Don't take shower too long okay.
- Regina (9/5): great stay and will be back again! - location and convenience, walking distance to 7-11/restaurant/ BTS/ massage place, friendly and helpful staffs, easy check in and check out process, free and secured parking for motorbike / cars, shower the cleanness of the room can be improved (can see moles on the wall due to wear and tear), no lift have to carry luggage by stairs, aircon is very strong and got weird smell after using for a few hrs (probably need some aircon servicing and cleaning of the air filter)

The room atmosphere isn’t goos enough. there was some strange smell in the room every time we came back from outside after a long day. I hope the hotel can fix this issue, as we would love to come back when we have chances
- Chrysannekeat (8/5): Strategic location and cozy beds! - Strategic location, walking distance to Victory Monument BTS, King Power Duty Free Mall and local eateries, as well as various massage shops.Room is good enough to fit in 5 adults. Room of improvement for drainage of water in the washroom, also the inconsistency of the shower temperature. There's a funny smell in room 301 but the staff is helpful enough by placing an air freshener for us and it did help!

(you could try it yourself but I’m out). also, the water broken around 1 am until 10.30 am and they didn’t compensate me anything at all. came back from party can’t have a proper shower until 10.30 am. -_____-

Staff were also very helpful. It could be a little noisy in the mornings from people selling things on the street in front of the building, but when you’re in the heart of everything this will happen.
