• Ji Ka Ta (8/5): Affordable option to stay while exploring Munich - Hotel is clean, bed was comfortable, it has a restaurant and lobby bar so all in all everything you need for considerably lower price you'd pay for a similar place closer to the centre. There is U3 metro line stop close by so easy to reach. All in all good value for your money. Location is quite far out south in an area where not much is happening. It has a metro stop close by so transport to the centre and airport is relatively straight forward but takes 30 minutes to centre and 1 hour to airport with a change in the centre.

• Robert (4/5): Fürchterlich, grausam - Zimmer Zu klein und zu dunkel. Bei der Ankunft gefragt wie es sei mit Zimmerreinigung, dort wurde gesagt das es täglich sei. Am ersten Tag wurden keine betten gemacht, sowie auch kein Zimmer gereinigt. Am nächsten Tag beschwert an der Reception, das keine Zimmerreinigung und Betten gemacht wurden. Auch das WC-Papier und auch Hygienebeutel nicht mehr vorhanden sei, mir kam es so vor als es nur aufgeschrieben wird aber keine Rüge gibt. Dann wurden die Betten am nächsten Tag gemacht aber keine Reinigung mit Staubsauger. Schade das auf dem Balkon keine Sitzmöglichkeit vorhanden ist. Der könnte auch mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, bräuchte eine Grundauffassung Sanierung. Nicht nur die Böden, Betten und die Einrichtung im Schlafraum. Zimmer zu eng geschnitten der Durchgang. Zum duschen musste man sich an einer Handtuchstange festhalten dass man in die Badewanne gelangt, die Halterung der Handbrause ist auch ganz schimmelig. Die Matratze zu weich, und das Bett zu klein für 2 Erwachsene Personen. Das Angebot für Getränke in dem Markt zu teuer 0,33l Cola (Dose) 3,50€. Tiefgarage Duplex nur einige Stellplätze verfügbar die man befahren kann, die anderen durchgerostet und gesperrt.

• Michael (9/5): Tolles freundliches Städtehotel - Sehr herzlicher Empfang wie man es nicht gewohnt ist in einen erschwinglichen Touristen Städte Hotel Bequemes Bett Leider gibt es viele Teppichböden die unbedingt ordentlich gereinigt gehören. Ich konnte mich leider nicht auf den alten Gepolsterten Stuhl setzen da er sowas von verschmutzt war und das kaschieren mit einen Polster war auch ein Flop, da das Zierkissen evenfalls verdreckt war. Sorry Dafür war aber das Bett frisch und sehr bequem. Das bad war auch sehr sauber!👏 Keine Haare und Staub wie man es vermutet. Alles sauber! Leider fehlte das 2. Badetuch, war aber für uns kein Problem als Pärchen!
• emilweinberger (8/5): Gute Preis-Leistung - Top Preis-Leistung. Man darf sich nicht vom Äußeren abschrecken lassen, da ist es ein nicht sehr ansehnlicher Bau. Innen alles modern. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, modern und absolut in Ordnung. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon, allerdings finde ich es sehr schade dass das Hotel dieses Extra nicht wirklich gut umgesetzt hat. Es befinden sich keinerlei Sitzgelegenheiten am Balkon um diesen auch irgendwie zu genießen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Balkon ohne jegliche Möbel Frühstück zu teuer für das Angebot

Bir günden bir güne biraz değişiklik iyi olurdu. Yemek seçenekleri daha fazla olabilirdi. Televizyon önündeki yemek yeme alanı daha geniş olabilirdi.

• Pludek (6/5): Generally ok - Basic Holiday Inn. Staff are ok as were facilities. Easy access to the city by subway once you work it out. Rooms have everything you need and the area has a grocery store etc if you like snacks. Parking is expensive given the suburban location. Two machine coffees cost $10.50 Euro. Building is dated. Nothing bad but also not memorable either.

There was a park-like area in the back. Dinner at the bar was enjoyable and not too expensive. There is nothing that comes to mind. The hotel is quite a distance away from the center of Munich. We had to take the U-Bahn to Marienplatz and change to an S-Bahn to get to the main railway station.

• Susanne (5/5): - Waren schon oft hier, seither war alles tipptopp. Bei unserem Aufenthalt vom 30.4. - 1.5.26 waren leider ab 7 Uhr in der Früh (trotzFeiertag) im EG unter uns Bauarbeiten mit Schlagbohrer u.ä. Wir sind fast aus dem Bett gefallen. Es gab wohl viele Beschwerden diesbezüglich. Leider konnten die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nicht wirklich weiterhelfen. Verwiesen auf den Frontmanager, der aber nicht anwesend war. Bekamen lediglich eine Mailadresse, an die wir uns wenden können. Das werden wir tun.

• Renate (9/5): Das Hotel besticht durch seine optimale Lage und ein vielfältiges Frühstück - Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in München! Besonders hervorzuheben ist für uns die hervorragende Lage: Zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station läuft man gerade einmal 6 Minuten zu Fuß, und auch die Anbindung an den Bus ist ideal. Wir waren dadurch super schnell und unkompliziert überall in der Stadt. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab wirklich alles, was wir uns nur wünschen konnten: von frischem Obstsalat über eine tolle Auswahl an Brot und Aufstrichen bis hin zu verschiedenen Müslis. Hier startet man definitiv perfekt in den Tag! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war für uns die Lautstärke im Frühstücksraum, wobei das Hotel selbst natürlich nur bedingt Einfluss auf das Verhalten der Gäste hat. Als konstruktiven Hinweis würden wir dem Hotel jedoch empfehlen, etwas besser darauf zu achten, in welchen Mengen sich einige Gäste am Buffet 'Proviant' für den Tag einpacken.

• Yuma (5/5): - Die Lage ist praktisch da die U3 ca 150m entfernt ist. Und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Oberflächlich ist das Zimmer sauber aber unterm bett ist es Staubig. Die Zahngläser waren verschmiert, auf der Heizung und dem Handtuch Heizkörper jeweils verstaubt mit ca 3mm hohem staub.

• Alina (10/5): - I liked that the location is close to the metro, the room was clean and just like in the pictures, there are free parking spots on nearby streets. Also there are a lot of shops like Dm, Lidl wich have a good value for money close to the location. From the hotel to the city center Marienplatz I think with the metro it takes around 30 minutes. The breakfast was good. The stuff was nice with us, they brought us soft pillows when we asked them. Also there is a free sauna and steam room from 5-10pm which was also nice. They have a garden and a small restaurant, we ate there on the first day because we arrived late, it was ok ( pizza). Overall it is a good value for money especially for those that want to find free parking space and whom don't mind going to the center by the metro station. It s not that I didn't like something, my experience was good but if I would say something that I would have loved to have was a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
