The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of satisfying options. I would especially like to thank the team for their outstanding support in helping my wife find her lost gold necklace. Their honesty and professionalism truly impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

- Genc (10/5): It was the best vacation of my life. It was perfect. - The staff were excellent. They offered to upgrade our room for free, and the apartment they provided felt like we were staying in a classic London home. I'm so glad they offered such an opportunity. I will never forget this holiday. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom were very large. Everything was very comfortable and luxurious. There were two bathrooms. It was incredibly good for four people. Towels, kitchen facilities, everything you would expect in a hotel was available. And everything was spotlessly clean. It was very reliable, and I would wholeheartedly like to come back here again! There was a bus stop right in front of our apartment, which made our commute easy. And best of all, the soundproofing and air conditioning! Everything worked perfectly. Endless thanks to the gentleman who offered to upgrade our room and to the people who prepared the beds for us. Excellent service. Thank you for everything!

- fersucre (9/5): Si volviera a Londres con mi familia, repetiría estancia. - Ubicación ideal, a 3 minutos de la para de metro Gloucester y desde ahí te puedes mover muy bien al resto de Londres. También estas cerca de Hyde Park, Museo de Historia y los Harrods, a estos puntos andando puedes llegar enseguida. Por otro lado la calidad-precio del hotel es muy correcto. El hotel es cómodo, esta limpio y el personal es muy amable.

- Ayesha (6/5): Overall liked my stay here, would definitely come back in the future. - I liked the location, it was easy to get to and lots of restaurants located nearby and Gloucester RD tube station was very close. The room was a really good size and the staff were helpful. The lighting in the room was very poor especially above the big mirror it was pitch black at night so it made it hard to get ready.

Sängarna var väldigt bekväma, det var tyst och läget är toppen i fina och lugna kvarter med flera restauranger i närheten. Precis intill tunnelbanan och nära sevärdheter. Bra och uppskattad frukost av hela familjen.

Hotel je ob prometni cesti vendar jebizolacija odlična in se promet ne sliši. Priporočamo. Počasna dvigala, sicer pa brez pripomb.

- DrParticle (10/5): Convenient location, punches above its mid level class - One of the best staff of the Hilton chain anywhere. Vittoria, Mayank, and the all the rest were a delight to interact with. Their inviting welcome, baggage storage, large check out made up for an older property that needs some TLC. We used the Tube conveniently located across the street for travel through out London. Definitely book here again if I come to London

After 9:00 p.m., we visited the bar, where Benjamin demonstrated impressive knowledge of cocktails. His Whiskey Sour was particularly authentic and expertly prepared. He was also exceptionally kind and attentive. Thank you to the DoubleTree Kensington and team for such a warm and memorable welcome.

Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo, ci sono piaciuti molto i cookies che ci hanno offerto in reception. Abbiamo provato a cenare in albergo ma il personale era concentrato sul servire i cocktails e non ci hanno prestato attenzione, per questo abbiamo rinunciato.

The tube takes you to Picadilly in 15 minutes . The room is huge for the European standard and the staff very kind. Nothing super relevant to report. It’s a simple room but is ok for the price

Plates at the buffet weren’t always cleaned properly.

Personale gentile e disponibile. I letti non erano molto comodi e la cMera in generale poco luminosa. Abbiamo provato la colazione ma la parte dolce non dava tante alternative. Un po povera rispetto al prezzo. La parte salata invece varia e gustosa.

Vid utcheckning drog de samma belopp IGEN, samtidigt som de andra, reserverade pengarna, fortfarande var reserverade. Nu har det gått flera dagar och jag har ännu inte fått tillbaka pengarna, och det rör sig om väldigt mycket pengar. Boendet svarade att det har att göra med bankens rutiner men jag har bott mycket på hotell, och jag har aldrig förut varit med om att man måste ligga ute med ett så stort belopp × 2 under så lång tid! Uselt. Jag väntar fortfarande på att få tillbaka mina pengar...

We rented 2 rooms and the staff went above and beyond to make my child feel special on her birthday!! Her room was decorated when we arrived and she felt like a princess. It took a coordinated effort to pull this off and it was marvelous and greatly appreciated.

In front of a metro station, lines blue and yellow is a plus! When we come back to London we will stay there again.
- 399sut (10/5): Staff is amazing - We’ve stayed here before, and we really enjoy this hotel. It is super convenient to the underground station. The afternoon tea experience in the outdoor domes is top-notch. Yummy nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and friendly, but this stay, we have a special shout out for Neha at the front desk. Neha went above and beyond to assist with our transfer back to the airport, arranging a taxi for our luggage to an airport hotel, calling the hotel for us to explain our situation, following up with me to assure that she had taken care of the reservation and offering additional helpful details to make the entire trip easier for me. She was truly amazing!!!

Devia haver mais funcionários no serviço de pequeno almoço pois demoravam muito a repor a comida. Ficámos no 6º andar e os elevadores são bastante lentos pelo que pode demorar muito tempo se ambos estiverem a ser utilizados.

Noi avevamo due letti matrimoniali alla francese che sono un po' piccoli per dormirci in due. Per il resto camera molto pulita e silenziosa. Ottima anche la climatizzazione autonoma per ogni stanza. Il letto alla francese è un po' piccolo per dormire in due.
