- Diane (10/5): A great stay for a great price. - It is directly across the street from Laker games and other venues. Other sites are within walking distance. The staff were beyond welcoming and helpful. Keep the coffee brewing. I waited over 15 minutes for a new pot to arrive.

- Juan (5/5): Normal bien ubicado, zona insegura - la ubicación es buena. Porque no queda tan lejos de cada atracción turistica de la ciudad. Pero la zona tiene demasiados homeless muy locos. Siempre sentí inseguridad. Esto podría mejorar, pero no es culpa del hotel. No me gustó que algunos empleados del lobby no son tan amables. Dicen que la zona es segura para caminar de día. Pero no me pareció. Soy de Colombia. Y sentí muchísima más inseguridad en esta zona que en mi país. Hay muchísimos homeless, muy locos. Tienen una tienda muy buena en el lobby donde venden cosas congeladas, pero en el cuarto no hay microondas y en la tienda tampoco.

- Edwin (6/5): Great location but could do without the loud music at night - The central location to the Los Angeles Convention center was definately a plus because I was attending a conference there. Also the restaurants nearby were of high quality, particularly the establishment, Fixins. What was a downer was the load music at night. I found it odd since the room did not face the street and was higher up. I had complained about the noise but the staff just said "sorry" and did nothing about it. Also, I specifically asked for a quiet room before I arrived and yet this request was not delivered.

- MAYUMI (9/5): クリプトドットコムアリーナ目の前！ - クリプトドットコムアリーナの目の前(徒歩1分)なので、NBA観戦に大変便利だった点。 周りにファストフードのお店がたくさんあった点。 地下鉄の駅も徒歩10~12分、Whole Foods Marketという大きいスーパーまで徒歩20分とアクセスがよかった点。 通り沿いで人通りもある程度ある立地のため、女性の一人旅でも夜中以外は危険を感じずに過ごせた点。 通り沿いのわりにそれほどうるさくなかった点。 フロント出てすぐのところに灰皿があり、喫煙場所に困らなかった点。これはとてもありがたかった。 ウェルカムドリンクとして、ロビーにフレイバーウォーターがあった点。 コーヒーメーカーのコーヒーがおいしかった点。 部屋が広く、清潔だった点。 ドライヤーの風圧が強かった点。 チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に安心して荷物を預けられた点。 急なフライトチェンジがあり、フロントに事情を説明したところチェックアウトを1時間無料で延長してくれた点。感謝しています。 安くはなかったけれど、広さ、清潔さ、スタッフの質、設備、立地を考えたら値段は許容範囲。私には贅沢だったけど、楽しい滞在でした！ シャワーの取っ手が外れて使いにくかった点。 客室フロアにエレベーターホールがなく、エレベーターの位置が少しわかりにくかった点。

This includes front desk staff and the engineers who came to our room to help with the TV and the AC. The sheets were nice. The hotel is dated. The carpet is dirty and scraggly, needs to be replaced. The mini-fridge wants to fall right out of its slot. $66/day is a lot to charge for parking on top of high room rates.

- Arjay (7/5): Great location if you want a short walk to Crypto Arena to watch Basketball - The staff are great, especially Connie. The location is excellent. The room is fairly standard—nothing fancy—and the bathroom has no exhaust, so it doesn’t ventilate well. For its price compared to nearby hotels, I would rather go to Hotel Indigo, which offers better facilities. The hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but in terms of facilities, it is lacking. Basically, it’s just a place to sleep.

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean but the central heating fan connected to the central system of the hotel makes a constant noise even when you switch it off. If you are a light sleeper this will definetely be a major problem. The central heating noise was our main dislike and the microwave heated breakfast was a major dissapointment
