Andrea (10/5): Perfekt für Strandurlaub nah des Flughafens LAX - Wunderbar Hotel! Sehr modernes und ansprechendes Design in allen Bereichen - Zimmer, Lobby, Restaurant, Pool. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit zum Bespiel mit dem Hinweis auf (kostenfrei) auszuleihende Strandausrüstung (Handtücher, Stühle, Spiele, Surfbretter). Unser Zimmer was groß, gut ausgestattet, sauber, ruhig und das Bett bequem. Auch die Lage ist erstklassig. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 50 Meter. Parkplätzen stehen (kostenpflichtig) am Hotel zur Verfügung. Zum Flughafen LAX brauch man bei guter Verkehrslage nur 35 min. Das Bad war im Verhältnisse zum Zimmer recht klein, aber natürlich völlig ausreichend- sehr schön und gut ausgestattet (große Dusche, Föhn). Das Parken am Hotel ist extrem teuer, vor allem im Vergleich mit den Preisen der umliegenden Parkhäuser. Liegt vielleicht an der Sicherheit, aber das kann ich nicht einschätzen. Allgemein ist der Pier und die direkte Umgebung des Hotels in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Gebäude stehen leer. Außer Hotels und Gastro gibt’s nichts.

Aceitaram fazermo check in bem antes das 16:00, mas tem um custo de US 50. O cafe da manha é a La carte e custa em media US 25 a 30 por pessoa + gorjeta. O estacionamento é caro devido a localizacao de Santa Monica, mas tem varios estacionamento publicos proximos. Tudo funcionou muito bem

Giacomo (7/5): Tutto sommato bene, ma molto caro - Della struttura mi è piaciuto che è appena ho comunque da poco stato restaurato, ed è a due passi dal Pier di Santa Monica, dato quanto costa probabilmente voi non vi farete questo problema, ma potete benissimo parcheggiare al garage di fronte che costa meno della metà dei 72 $ che chiede la struttura. Un pochino disorganizzato, alla reception il ragazzo mi ha detto che potevo rimanere fino a mezzogiorno, invece alle 9:30 la mattina dopo mi bussano per pulirmi la stanza, sarebbe dovuta essere avvisata la signora delle pulizie, inoltre quando sono andato al bar per mangiare qualcosa la sera prima, stanco e con ore di guida sulle spalle, non ricordavo il numero della camera perché ero appena arrivato, avrei voluto pagare in contanti ma mi hanno chiesto la stanza ( perché ti bloccano 100 $ sulla carta quando fai il check-in, e qualsiasi cosa consumi te li scalano ) quindi sarei dovuto andare alla reception a chiedere, ma la ragazza dietro al bar non voleva che andassi a chiedere io per paura che scappassi, mi ha detto che andava lei un po scocciata, e che comunque seguiva solamente “la procedura”. Io sinceramente io mi sono sentito offeso, pago 300 $ a notte e poi dovrei scappare senza pagare quei 27$?? Ps che tra l’altro follia, due patatine con un po’ di Guacamole e una Coca-Cola…

Yarden (9/5): מצוין, צוות המלון מאוד אדיב המלון נקי וקרוב מאוד למרכז ולים , מאוד ממליצה. - לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר במלון לא היה סבון רחצה, בקבוקים ריקים החדרניות , מילאו לבקשתנו, בבוקר. במעמד צ'ק אין שאלתי לגבי עלויות חנייה לדבריהם ללא חיוב , כשהגענו עם הרכב הופתעתי לגלות שיעלה 65 דולר ליום שזה הרבה. אולם בשל אי ההבנה התחשבו במחיר והורידו ל 45 דולר ליום. צריך לקחת בחשבון במסגרת העלויות
Hedges (9/5): Great hotel - Great hotel, Great location. Room was fantastic and beds very comfortable. Paying for valet parking. My fault totally, I missed this on the hotel description when booking and whilst we didn't pay the advertised 72 dollars a night, it was 65 dollars per night. Personally I think this is a touch expensive although I have nothing to compare it too. There are several multi storey car parks close by as an alternative, and the parking attendant was very helpful and said we could have time to unload luggage etc before having to move the car, but decided against the hassle and paid for the parking. Just a cost to be mindful of when booking.
Vanessa (8/5): If you want to be at the pier this is your hotel - Location was perfect for Santa Monica Pier Bikes were free for an hour so we road to Venice Beach for sunset. Reception staff very friendly. Extremely noisy roadside pool area! Not relaxing at all. The music was competing with the traffic noise.

Karla Patricia (6/5): Buena ubicación, pero necesitan fumigar - La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel es bonito, te prestan patineta, sillas y toallas incluso creo que bicicletas para ir a la playa. El personal es amable. Aunque a simple vista estaba limpio, había cucarachas enormes, matamos una y me dio mucho asco, pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dieron una para condiciones especiales y más pequeña. El estacionamiento me pareció muy caro. Podría incluir el desayuno.

Mary (10/5): Outstanding property - One you will always remember! - Wow, what a great place to stay! It had so much going for it. Location, ambiance, walking distance to both the Santa Monica pier and all it had to offer i.e. restaurants, cafes,, bars etc.. The property was beautufully decorated in true beachside style, the rooms themselves had great views, comfortable beds, extremely good amenities and to top it all off they even allow you to take advantage of using their beach chairs and surf boards at no cost. A lovely Pierside water bottle is supplied to guests as a special gift but this property does not need help in regard to remembering them. Keep up the good work guys - well done! There was nothing I did not like.

Nous avons très bien dormi. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine (trop froid) Le prix du parking est à notre sens trop élevé. Nous avons pu nous garer dans le parking couvert en face pour 40$ ( ce qui est déjà bien). Beaucoup de monde dans ce quartier touristique

My card was blocked upon check-in, and the refund was supposed to be two days later. Two weeks have passed since the reservation, and the hotel still hasn't refunded the funds.

No solo no se ocupan sino que ofrecen un servicio tercerizado que cobra carísimo . Me parece pésimo que usen ese servicio y no te den ninguna otra opción más económica . Agregó que Es imposible comunicarse con el hotel de otra forma que no sea llamando porque no responden los mails ni el formulario de contacto , así que tuve que llamar larga distancia para que me dijeran que la única forma de recibir mi paquete es pagando ese servicio tercerizado que se llama Ileftmutstuff .com y que me quiere cobrar entre USD 30 y USD 60 para enviarme un paquete mínimo a San Diego. La verdad me parece un abuso y una falta de respeto a los huéspedes que ofrezcan ese servicio tan caro. Empañaron tpda la linda estadía con este pésimo servicio

Ekaterina (7/5): Nice hotel, nice location, good food. - The location is great, very close to the beach. Rooms are good size. The pool was nice. My kid enjoyed it every single day. The restaurant (Surfing Fox) in the first floor was just amazing! We ate breakfast, we ate dinner. Everything was excellent! Nobody mentioned it earlier in their reviews so maybe it’s just us being unlucky that evening but there was a very big cockroach in the bathroom. We called the reception and asked someone to come and get rid of it. The guy came and did it. That’s the only frustrating thing I would mention during our stay.

Megan (10/5): - They have all kinds of items you can borrow for a beach day, we were able to take chairs, towels, umbrella and a boogie board with us. Staff was nice and lots of amenities. Parking is expensive, but it was convenient and fast. Also, felt our car was safe in the hotel garage.
