- Karthik (1/5): Disappointed for choosing this hotel. - Nothing No complimentary water bottles which were really disappointed. Waiting at the airport for shuttle service more than 50mins. Mainly there is no curtain in the washroom bathtub, after shower the water was fully on the floor. It was almost flooded. I would not recommend for sure. As a frequent traveler, I was surprised that my credit card was taken by the receptionist and noted all the details. I haven’t seen in other places. Overall don’t choose this hotel.

They described the shuttle and the name on it, etc. None went by like that. I just happened to see a plain white shuttle pull over and up in the window in SMALL letters was Holiday Inn!!!! They should have explained that! See above.

Facilities are on the dated side and, overall, the property could use an update but it is still a good choice for an overnight. Breakfast is quite expensive and only a full buffet is available - no way to get a less expensive meal.

The bed is perfect air-conditioning. The size of the bed. When I enter, there was a muggy smell in the room so I asked the housekeeper if she has a spray and she sprayed my room. The blankets had a funky smell not sure what soap was used. The toilets are super low and not good for people with a bad back and it does not come with the microwave

The room was very clean, the customer service was excellent, and the location was super convenient since it’s close to the airport. The complimentary shuttle was also a huge plus and made everything much easier. Would definitely stay here again!

El hotel tiene cerca lugares para comer y tomar café. el shuttle que te recoge y lleva al aeropuerto es muy conveniente. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos dieron la habitación apenas estuvo lista Todo ok

- Destiny Lord's Father (8/5): - Localização, apesar de que foi difícil achar o hotel: poucas placas e ninguém sabia informar. Me cobraram duas diárias por erro de manipulação das datas no aplicativo da agoda mas foi impossível cancelar a segunda diária no agoda e no front desk do hotel. 180us$ pro lixo. Não tem como dar uma boa nota pois qdo vc precisa de ajuda te esfregam o contrato na cara. Obrigado. Turista tem q se ferrar mesmo né?:(

- Mayumi Morishige (8/5): Para dormir es suficiente. - Respecto a la habitación me paserió un poco vieja, éramos cuatro personas y solo había tres toallas, el baño no era de lo más limpio, considero que deberían renovar el mobiliario, está muy cerca del aeropuerto, excelente ubiicación para cuando vas de pasada por aire. Las instalaciones ya están viejas, el baño no estaba muy limpio, las puertas un poco duras al abrir o cerrar, pero se compensó con la comodiad de la cama.
- Jacques (7/5): Pour faire une courte et onéreuse étape - Les équipements Le prix du parking qui n’était pas annoncé lors de la réservation. 40,50€ pour 12 h d’un parking près de l’hôtel c’est un abus manifeste. Aussi, une réservation non trouvée qui nous a fait perdre un temps fou de détente après un vol de 14h. Des clés de portes qui ne fonctionnaient pas au bout de 3 fois..
