They provide bath robes and slippers. Shampoo, body wash, hand wash provides. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I been to plenty of hotels in my life. For the price, this is on top. I will definitely be back.

Property should then reimburse for taxi fee out of those hours. I felt ripped off. There appeared to be nowhere to eat that was part of the property that would take a credit card.....but I might have been given wrong information about this. It is only a couple of blocks from the entrance to the airport so was very fast to reach. I loved the room and especially liked the high quality of shower gel and handwashing detergent -- wonderful scent.

- Ann Marie (8/5): Basic but Fine for an airport stay - I was very grateful of this place for a bed for the night when I missed a late flight. Quite basic and a bit tatty but clean and comfortable. Some Nice touches like the wellcome card and the free airport transfer. As an older lady traveller I felt perfectly safe and the cafe next door was nice. The Ritz it isn't but it was much quieter than the hotel I had been staying in int town and I had my first good nights sleep in ages. Some tea coffee and milk would have also been very nice.

They sent a car to pick me up at the international arrivals when I was arriving from a domestic flight. I had to wait an hour in 34 degree heat before they sorted themselves out. When leaving it was a quick ride to the airport and drop off.

Breakfast is included in the stay, but in the morning I got a call from front desk saying the breakfast area will close early. Noodles were out when I went.

- Riya (10/5): Amazing Hotel in HCMC very close to SGN Airport - Amazing hotel very near to the airport. They provide free shuttle pick up from the airport. It took us less than 5 minutes to reach hotel from Ton San Nhat Intl Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City. We landed at 1:30am in HCMC and got out of the airport at around 2:30am. The shuttle was ready and waiting for us. No hassle. Hotel is very prompt in their communication and staff is very generous. Rooms are nice with all amenities and facilities that one may require at the most affordable rates. It is little far from the main city center or Ben Thanh market area (about 8 kms i.e. 30 min drive or so) Therefore this is a 100% recommended hotel for a night stay if you need to spend a night near the airport.

Clean room, great breakfast, hot shower, good WiFi. Staff friendly and very helpful. Mr. Security helped me make a tea since i admittedly couldn’t figure it out. Will stay again when in Saigon.
