Bäddsoffan var smutsig och det hade nog inte städats under där på väldigt länge. Poolområdet såg ok ut, tills man gick dit. Poolen hade inte städats på länge och vattnet var smutsigt.

- Victoria (8/5): Practical, clean and friendly staff - Every time I arrive in Orlando, I stay at this hotel. I’ve tried a few near the airport and this has been my favorite choice. I especially enjoy having a decent restaurant inside the hotel, so after my long international flight, I don’t need to go out and find one. It’s very practical and with good food, breakfast or dinner. Hotel room is clean and comfortable, staff friendly. Only once did I have a room above the outside smoking area near the pool, and there was a noisy group outside talking late into the night. I had a long international flight over, haven’t slept in 20 hours and it was impossible to sleep with the noise because of their loud talking. I’m also not used to the noisy air conditioning that’s common in the USA and I turned it off.

- mattsanc124 (6/5): Free shuttle - Booked last minute on hotels.com since we had an early flight out the next morning that was delayed. We tried to book a king room but once I got through the prompts, said it was no longer available and I could pay a $30 up charge for a room with a sofa bed. I didn’t need that but said sure. Once we checked in we realized we got just a king room without the sofa bed. It was also the ADA accessible room which was fine, but doesn’t seem to be functional with no outlets in the bathroom. How’s that supposed to be helpful? I reached out to hotels.com since no one was at the desk at 230am when we left and asked for the rate difference to be refunded since we still stayed here, but didn’t get what was paid for. They eventually gave me a credit because the hotel itself wouldnt help or acknowledge my complaint. The 1 saving grace and why we booked in the first place was the free shuttle to the airport. They leave the hotel 24/7 every half hour and our guy was super friendly and helpful even for being in the early hours. It was a short drive but better than trying to book a ride share!

NINO was so kind to move us to another room and allowed us to keep our car on site (pay for parking) as we flew to Key West for the week. NINO went above and beyond for us. Thank you Nino!

- robertcX2576YI (10/5): Hotel for the night for an early flight. - It was a great location to the airport. The room was spacious and relaxing. The atmosphere was inviting and chill. The price was excellent compared to the other hotels in the area.When we arrived the cleaning crew had just finished our room and it had a fresh clean smell. There was an occasional airplane that could be heard, but totally understandable for and airport hotel. We didn't take advantage of the pool or the arcade, but the amenities looked good.

- 147bonniep (2/5): Oh my …. - Oh my Not sure where to begin. We reserved a king-size room with breakfast. Upon arrival we received two double sized/queen sized beds. The room was such disrepair. Since we arrived at almost midnight, and there was a long line downstairs we just kept the room and went to bed. Breakfast was nothing short of roadside motel food not worth $18 for sure.
- 938deanf (10/5): Easy overseas trio - We called to arrange parking for an overseas trip. Holiday Inn made it easy with a parking package. Stayed a couple days, got baggage ready. Entirely stress free, with airport shuttle.

- Cassandra (6/5): - The pool was large and warm. A nice way to spend an afternoon after a cruise and before flying home. The rooms had individual heating and cooling units that constantly turned on and off all night. Made it difficult to sleep.

Like the fact that it was close to the airport. - Close to the airport at Orlando 45 minute wait to get picked up at the airport by the airport shuttle for Holiday Inn. There is only one shuttle per hour. Going to the airport is much more efficient because I know what time it’s leaving and I can be there then.

- Z7445JFfredh (10/5): Perfect find for I might near airport. - Only needed one night.- Location: easy MCO/car rental drop-off access - 5 min drive (at5:30 am). Plenty of restaurants around. WAWA gas station 5min away. (Don’t go to closest - they charge double normal gar prices.) Clean room/BR, had everything we needed including fridge for meds.( no shower cap) Staff: friendly, competent. Had minor IHG rewards issue, front desk help me resolve. Very good price for quality of room/staff/location. Didn’t use bar/ breakfast.
- X4499QOdavidw (6/5): Rooms Are Not For Seniors - The lobby area of this hotel is very nice and check-in went well. The rooms, however, are NOT for seniors. Entering the room at night is a confusing and dangerous experience. I expected a light switch near the door that would illuminate most of the room. It was only good for the entryway near the bathroom. The other lights in the room are in inconvenient places with switches designed to be hidden from view. Forget trying to find a way to turn on most of the lights in the room without a flashlight or cellphone light. The kind bed was nice but only had one light on a nightstand near the window. No light where a solo traveler would want to sleep. Additionally, the electrical connections on the nightstand were non functional. Apparently the main cord behind the heavy night stand was not plugged into the wall so forget charging anything. Walking into the room is hazardous for seniors because part of the entryway is obstructed by a bench. The chair at the end of the king bed is too big for the writing table and obstructs the area at the foot of the bed. The refrigerator is enclosed in a special cabinet to mask the sound but there are no microwave ovens in any of the rooms. There is a microwave along a wall in the lobby which is available to use for all the dozens of guests. Between charging for parking, poor design in the rooms and one microwave for the whole hotel (and no free breakfast), I’ll not stay here again.

- Mary (7/5): I was overall pleased and would plan another stay if I choose to fly out of Orlando. - Room met expectations. Convenient location to MCO with efficient shuttle service. Unfortunately, no breakfast with room option selected. At check out I asked the clerk to divide my room rate with my roommate so each would pay half. Instead he charged one card the full amount and credited the rate to the other card. Not a big deal, just additional work for me.

- Katen (2/5): The smell of the room was terrible. - Location was awesome! Staff was really friendly. The rooms smelled horrible, I switched rooms twice and the third room was even worse than the other two rooms. I could barely stand the smell, it was a piss and mold smell. I found the cleaning person and she gave me a bottle of deodorizer so I could spray my entire room which only helped a little, I could barely stay there the entire night because of the smell. I would NOT stay here again.

- Sandra (9/5): - I was amazed at how beautiful and big the hotel was. Restaurant and bar. And the pool was excellent. Just the pillows. Too big and bulky for me. It would be nice to have the option of a thinner softer pillow.
