• Katerine (1/5): En primer lugar un apartamento que dejaba mucho que desear, nos dieron un 5 piso sin ascensor con unas escaleras súper e - Nada Absolutamente todo, para empezar que era un apartamento sin ascensor que si tienes maletas grandes de facturar para poder subirlas por las escaleras que eran súper estrechas una locura total, la cama por si se puede llamar cama, el baño y la cocina que daba un asco que no veas de lo sucio que estaba y ya ni hablar del pequeño balcón o terraza que eso estaba negro de toda la mierda que tenía

• Adam (9/5): Cozy room with comfy bed. Great for solo travellers wanting quick access to Tokyo's hotspots. - Location and ease of access was great. Small but very comfortable and "zen" little room, helpful in such a chaotic city. Very very helpful and kind hosts: I accidentally took the key with me, and they were patient with me sending it back instead of charging me. The wifi was a little weak at times, but I'm not sure if that was because I was connecting to the wrong network.
• Kento (1/5): 最悪です。 - 立地 写真と違う、カビ臭い、畳が汚すぎる、アメニティの不足、外にかなり大きいゴキブリがおり、結局宿泊しなかった。
• Anna lisa (1/5): Schlecht - Die Lage. Wir kamen in das Zimmer, und überall lagen Bierdosen. Es roch unangenehm, und nichts war sauber. Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, wurde das Zimmer zwar gereinigt, jedoch blieb es weiterhin schmutzig. Das Bett war frisch gemacht, doch der unangenehme Geruch blieb. Der Raum ist für zwei Personen eine Zumutung – viel zu klein. Die Toilette mit Dusche war kaum größer als eine Telefonzelle. Im Bett konnte man zu zweit kaum schlafen, da die Matratze völlig durchgelegen war. Das einzig Positive war die zentrale Lage. Allerdings gibt es in dem Viertel viele Ratten, und abends sind zahlreiche betrunkene Menschen unterwegs.

• Octavio (9/5): Close to everything, clean and quiet. - Fine location, 300 meters away from Kanda station, Ginza Line. From there, you can cross Tokyo in half an hour. A The apartment was clean, in a very quiet area, and I slept very well. Just the right size for a solo traveler, lots of restaurants around and convinence stores. Good price for the sakura season and loved it.

• Vera (10/5): Exceptional - Positively loved the place. Rooms were small, but cosy and clean, and the location is all in all great with the access to several train lines. The staff is helpful and nice, we were provided with all the necessary information to smoothly check in.

• Katie (3/5): Stressful - The host brought an extra towel that they forgot to place in the room beforehand, and placed the key in the lockbox when we contacted booking.com saying we didn't have the room key. It is close to the Kanda train station. We were told our room key would be in the lockbox upon arrival, but it was not so we had to wait for the host to put it in the lockbox. No elevator, narrow staircases. We weren't informed we needed to turn on the hot water for the shower nor was it turned on before we arrived, so we were only able to take a cold shower on the first night. The floor had not even been swept - there were many hairs all around the floor. We actually ended up leaving early and going to a different hotel, taking the loss because the experience was so poor.
• Long (8/5): Comparatively costly but understandable as it was New Year. Good location and good hygiene. - The location and the cleanliness of the room. The ventilation of the washroom needs to be much more efficient, the floor stays wet overnight. Other than that, it’s a fairly nice room to stay.
