• Pamela (9/5): - Alojamiento muy cercano al centro de Sitges y de la playa. Alquilamos una habitación para 3 personas y nos resultó algo pequeña pero funcional para nuestra estadia de 2 noches allí. La ducha del baño funciona muy bien y eso es algo que se agradece en los alojamientos cuando uno llega cansado al final del día.

Cerca de la estación de trenes y de muchos lugares turísticos El baño no tenía ventilación y cuando llegamos olía muy mal, especialmente la taza del baño. Durante todos los dias sentimos olor a desagües, tuvimos que comprar un aromatizante.

• SAYNUR (5/5): The facilities did not match the price I paid. - The location is great — very close to Roma Termini, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The staff is friendly. The hygiene was very poor. The shower cabin was old and dirty, and there was a blood stain on the blanket. The trash was taken out, but the towels were not changed. Every morning when I woke up, there was an insect sleeping on the bathroom mat.

• Erica (3/5): Central location but a poor stay. - Good location, close to the central station. At check-in, no one answered the doorbell, so we had to call the phone number. There was never anyone at the reception; we rarely saw anyone there. The room and bathroom were full of small insects. The shower was very noisy and the rubber seals were covered in mold. In the room, the furniture was dusty. The bed mattress was very hard. The bathroom sink glass support was crooked. The bedside lamp did not work.

• Pacheco (2/5): - A limpeza do quarto era muito fraca. Encontrei um bicho dentro de uma das mesas de cabeceira, foi uma surpresa bastante desagradável. Além disso, as mantas que estavam no armário encontravam-se manchadas, e claramente não estavam limpas. O quarto tinha uma chaleira para aquecer a água, quando abri estava suja e com água lá dentro, por isso foi impossível usá-la. A casa de banho tinha um cheiro a esgoto.

• itziar (8/5): Alojamiento muy recomendable relación calidad/precio - En recepción nos facilitaron el dejar las maletas y objetos personales antes de la hora del check in porque llegamos muy temprano y nos permitió comenzar a visitar la ciudad sin tener que ir cargando con ello. La habitación era grande con un ventanal precioso y una TV grande, la cama muy cómoda y en el baño había un espejo con luz led individual para poder verse bien al maquillarse o arreglarse. La ducha tenía hidromasaje pero no funcionaba bien, estaba estropeado

• Eric (1/5): - We stayed at Amici Guesthouse in Rome and were extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. For the price, the cleanliness was far below hotel standards. The shower was filthy and clearly hadn’t been scrubbed, black mold and grime covered the tiles, and the drains emitted a strong sewage smell. The bathtub was dirty as well, and the comforter had a blood stain and hairs from a previous guest, suggesting the bedding is not properly cleaned between stays. The room itself looked nothing like the advertised photos: the ceiling was cracked, there was a hole in the wall, and the bed frame was damaged. Even the ceiling light fixture had been painted over. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a thin, uneven mattress and flat pillows that offered no support. It felt like every aspect of the room was done as cheaply as possible, cutting corners wherever they could. We reported the issues to the owner, who insisted to fix them while we were out, but only a half-hearted cleaning was done, the shower was still filthy. Overall, it’s clear this establishment prioritizes profit over quality or guest experience. Save your money and book elsewhere. The photos are misleading, and the standards here are unacceptable.
