• seniha (4/5): Disappointing stay - Location Close to the Central station Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The shower had visible mold, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. The lift/elevator in the building was unreliable and often not working, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the area around the apartment was dirty, with garbage scattered nearby, which gave a poor overall impression. We were also charged €5.50 city tax per person per night, while the booking confirmation stated €4.50. Overall, the property was poorly maintained The property did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

• Jean-Marc (8/5): Bon rapport qualité - prix - Les chambres sont grandes ,les lits confortables,les linges de bains et les draps ont été changés après 2 nuits ,très appréciable . La douche fonctionnelle ,il y a un boiler hélas sans café ni thé lors de notre arrivée .Chambres au 5e étage avec ascenseur mais à partir du 1er car la porte au rez est bloquée ,pas très pratique lorsque l’on arrive avec les bagages . Le breakfast se fait à la pâtisserie d’en face ,croissant à la crème très bon et café ,simple mais bon L’hôte que nous n’avons pas vu a èté assez disponible via whatsapp ,j’avoue ne pas être un grand fan ce ce système mais c’était efficace Le quartier est un peu glauque ,certes pratique car proche de la gare mais très sale et avec des personnages louches ,un a essayé de me prendre mon téléphone ,il faut faire attention.L’entrée de l’immeuble est aussi peu invitante mais bon on s’y habitue

Neppure le tende idonee a garantire il giusto riposo senza essere accecati dalla luce al mattino (basta veramente poco per dare il minimo comfort). Letto singolo senza lenzuola e cuscini. Cattivo odore nelle stanze. Assenza totale di assistenza quando occorre (avevamo chiesto di intervenire perché la TV non andava, nessuno si è degnato di intervenire). Il bagno dei treni è più spazioso (e in Italia il bidet si usa, dovrebbero saperlo)

• Chad (8/5): Central and simple. - Easy to find and instructions for access were clear. We arrived early, so were able to drop off our bags. The previous guests had left the apratment quite messy, but it was sparkling clean when we came back after the cleaning staff was done. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Easy access to central station. A good place to be based if you like to walk (may be a bit far to several sites/neighborhood for some poeple, but our group was fine with it). Free breakfast (coffee and croissant) provided by the cafe across the street was unexpected but welcome. Good price. Shower wasn't great - temperature was very finicky and it was tough to keep water from getting onto the bathroom floor. The area around Centrale station is quite dirty and chaotic. Some decent restaurants in the neighborhood, but wouldn't recommend sitting outside as you will be approached by people regularly. Couldn't find many large grocery stores nearby. Almost no natural light coming into the apartment.

• Jodie (10/5): Great location, lovely staff, lovely room with view and super cafe breakfast :) - Lovely room in a great old building, fantastic location. Loved our stay here. Firstly nice to get in from the busy streets and traffic and look out of the balcony drink in hand and relax. Room with en-suite and little balcony, perfect for 2 adults and teen. Space for bags, little table and chairs and a fridge too. Towels and soap provided which was handy as I only packed a few small bottles for a travels. Breakfast tokens were great, a coffee and croissant of varying flavours. We chose to go back on our last day and buy lots of fresh treats for easy train travel to Sorrento. Very reasonable, lovely fresh baked items (croissant, ring doughnut, cannelloni, pizza, Arancini, so many choices and all delicious!) also so cheap compared to your average take away in the UK. Highly recommend anytime of day. We also had pasta dishes for a meal of an evening, eat in, €6! It’s near a busy area but you can sit inside or tuck in under cover. I am really asthmatic so always mindful so sit away from smokers/vapes/strong perfume- so always checked which was the breeze was flowing! Gran Cafe Imperius 🤩 There are a lot do warnings of pick pockets etc. just be careful. Bag on your front, be aware of where you are etc. most take aways are €3-6 large slice of pizza and orange juice or aperol spritz etc pop ups all over town. Also make scape to a little shop for 2 mins quiet was welcome! Our room was very safe, comfortable and welcoming. Private codes and locks too. A service lift was welcome as 5th floor with suitcases would not have been easy. Absolutely wonderful stay and great property. Lovely staff and a little problem with the shower was resolved and great. Location is easy to walk to various parts of the town, see any church’s (basilica, Chiesa) all different and usually free to go in to. Walked to ferry and went to Ischia. So worth it, very beautiful and a fab pizza stop there too! A lovely beach and walk around and the little town.
• Kate (7/5): Clean apartment, convenient location for catching trains/buses to the outlying places of interest. - The room was very clean and well located for the main train station. Once I located the apartment, access was easy using the door codes and its location is convenient for catching trains for day trips. Despite feeling a little anxious about personal safety in the area, nothing unpleasant happened, and Naples is definately with a visit. The breakfast consists of a token that you take to a cafeteria just across the street. This entitles you to a hot drink and croissant. Be prepared though - regardless of the weather - you have to sit outside for your breakfast. Despite the indoor seating being unused and torrential rain one morning - I still had to sit outside. Not a problem though. The apartment is difficult to find. There is a very small notice outside the door on the street but it is very easy to miss. My flight was delayed so I arrived late at night and would never have found it, if I hadn't asked for directions at a local all-night grocery store. They were friendly and keen to help. The apartment was on the 4th floor and although there was a lift, it was not working during my 3 day stay, so it was quite a climb up the spiral staircase at the end of each day sight-seeing. The area is convenient for the main railway station, but it is a neighbourhood that requires caution in terms of safety, especially if travelling alone and at night.

• Dawn (8/5): - The property is in a very convenient location, with easy access to the bus center and by extension, the airport. Many key pick up locations for tours are close by the square. However, the Pz. Garibaldi is a rather chaotic, dirty, and originally intimidating area. Once we got accustomed, it seemed to be less "scary" than at first glance. The main street to the harbor and old Spanish District is a couple blocks away, but you have about 1.5 km (20-25 min of walking) to get there. The room is on the 5th floor and there is a small, quiet elevator to use to access it. The room amenities are minimal, nothing fancy, but clean and functional. This is for the traveler who wants a short stay and does not plan to hang out in the room much. Complementary breakfast was a coupon for a coffee and croissant at a cafe across the street. We had some questions and issues the first day and our host was accommodating and helpful. Any questions regarding booking, maintenance, etc were quickly responded to via WhatsApp.

Poca scelta x la colazione... insomma capiamo che era all italiana ma oltre un cornetto con i classici gusti vorrebbe dirsi ....crema , cioccolato, marmellata o semplicemente vuota, neanche integrali...se un soggetto non potrebbe mangiare normale non avrebbe potuto aver scelta..solo a bere caffé, cappuccino o latte macchiato...anche pagando ne dolce e ne salato integrale non esisteva !

It’s offers a very light breakfast, like a pastry and coffee type thing but good quality. Overall I liked hr space and the location was great and exactly what I needed. The staff were very communicative, and very helpful!

• Mathias (8/5): Für Übernachtungen sehr gut geeignet - Es lagen auf dem Zimmer Gutscheine für ein Frühstück im Cafe, welches ca. 100m entfernt liegt. Es gab ein Warmgetränk zur Auswahl und ein crossaint nach Wahl, mehr nicht. Italienisch halt, also keine großen Anforderungen haben. Der Hauptbahnhof befindet sich 5 Minuten zu Fuß und von hier aus kann man viele Ziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten ansteuern. Das Auto würde ich auf dem angrenzenden Parkplatz (20€ pro Tag) parken, denn der Verkehr ist sehr rabiat. Die Kommunikation läuft ausschließlich per WhatsApp oder auch per Mail. Es gibt keine Rezeption und die Zugänge zum Appartement bekommt man zugeschickt. Diese haben bei uns reibungslos funktioniert. Regelmäßiger Handtuchwechsel wäre gut. Anstrich im Treppenhaus wäre top und der Fahrtstuhl ist für maximal drei Personen ausgelegt, Gepäck schwierig aber machbar. Die Umgebung ist sehr international, aber man hat sich durch das hohe Polizeiaufgebot sehr sicher gefühlt. Das wussten wir aber vorher schon, daher waren wir darauf eingestellt.
• Meritxell (7/5): - L’habitació era molt neta i amplia. Està en un carrer perillós que a partir de les 21h millor ja estar a l’habitació. L’entrada i l’escala fan una mica de por. I la porta de l’habitació d’yna patada es podia tirar a terra. Falta un lloc on deixar les maletes que sigui segur per deixar dirant el dia que marxes i abans d’anar a l’aeroport.

• Lolols (6/5): - La zona, tot i que de nit als voltants hi havia un ambient una mica incòmode. El pàrquing que ofereixen a 20€ la nit està prou bé. El tiquet de l'esmorzar s'agraieix tot i que cada matí esmorzava el mateix (.poca varietat) Habitació justeta per 3 persones, el bany petit i els llits molt incòmodes. Un kid de benvinguda hagués estat bé.
• RICARDO (7/5): Habitaciones cómodas cerca de la estación central, pero en una zona degradada - Las habituaciones son estupendas. Muy espaciosas, yo estuve en una triple. Bien equipadas: aire acondicionado, nevera, baño espacioso, mesita con dos sillas y balcón. Decoradas con gracia. Pero hay que saber esto: no es un hotel, sino unas habitaciones de alquiler en un edificio cercano a la estación central. No hay una recepción ni personal, sino que el dueño contactará con el viajero para pedirle documentos de identidad, un enlace para un check-in virtual y le dará unos códigos con los que se le abren las puertas. Pagará la tasa turística dejándola en un sobre. Encontrará unos vales de desayuno para un bar en la acera de enfrente. Dicho lo cual, el dueño es amable y atiende rápido por WhatsApp o teléfono, y además dará algunos consejos para explorar la ciudad. Esta zona que rodea la plaza Garibaldi está bien comunicada pero está bastante degradada. Los edificios están deteriorados, con la pintura desconchada, las calles sucias y mal iluminadas, no es raro ver a gente durmiendo en la calle. Por suerte el portal da a una calle concurrida, porque los callejones de detrás son un poco siniestros. No está muy limpio el portal ni las zonas comunes de este edificio. El desayuno incluido en el precio se ofrece en una cafetería cruzando la calle, pero solo incluye café y cruasán. No hay ninguna otra opción que no se pague aparte. No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, o al menos no la hubo durante mi estancia de cuatro noches.
• Lourdes (9/5): It was absolutely great! Enrico, the host is super helpful and easy to contact! - The location was superb! Walking distance to everywhere especially the Napoli Centrale, the Pizza Michele and meeting points for tours The bathroom was a little too small but we made it work

• Mahara (6/5): - As camas eram bem confortáveis. O café da manhã ser fornecido no Café local era bem legal. Não tivemos água quente no chuveiro, problema que tentou ser resolvido mas não foi por três dias seguidos. No último dia, o elevador do prédio quebrou - resultado, precisamos subir e descer 5 lances de escada na noite anterior e no dia do check out (meus pais são da terceira idade e tínhamos malas). Eu pedi pro staff do local ajudar no WhatsApp, mas não tive resposta até depois do nosso check out. Sendo justa: ele me devolveu parte do dinheiro da última diária, porque de fato tivemos uma experiência muito ruim nesse último dia.

• Manuel (10/5): Increíble alojamiento 10/10 - El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables, estaba muy limpio y nos cambiaron las sábanas un día (fuimos 5), el baño, la cama, el aire acondicionado, todo a la perfección y muy bien cuidado por parte del propietario. En ningún momento tienes contacto físico con el propietario o recepcionista, se hace todo on-line ( checking y la información de códigos y como acceder al apartamento) Te dejan agua fresca en un mini frigorífico y toallas limpias. Te dejan también unos tickets para el desayuno para que los uses diariamente en una cafetería muy buena que hay muy cerca. La ubicación es una maravilla porque tienes la estación de tren Garibaldi muy cerca y TMB cerca del centro. Nos ha sorprendido mucho este alojamiento, si vuelvo a Nápoles sin duda intentaré reservarlo. Reseña de Españoles, AGOSTO 2025. Me gustó todo

• Josh (7/5): Good - My friend and I just needed a place to crash for a couple nights in Naples. The room is basic but we didn't need much. The free breakfast voucher for the cafe across the street was a nice bonus. It was also conveniently located close to the central train station.
• Liam (10/5): Ideal location, large room and comfy bed - Communication was great with the host! Bedroom spacious and very comfortable bed. The location was near to the station for all excursion pickups and our onward journey. Nothing worth mentioning

• Alice (9/5): A wonderful stay in an excellent location in Naples. We loved the area, very convenient to explore the city and local ea - Location was excellent, we loved the style of the building, the balcony was wonderful and the instructions of how to check in were great. The breakfast in the local cafe was great. The only area that could be slightly improved is the shower. Perhaps when it was new it worked better, but now some of the water flows down the back of the shower rather than from the shower head.
• Jessica (10/5): Large, clean apartment, great location, highly recommend - Lovely sized apartment, everything very clean, bed really comfy, fridge and kettle with some tea and coffee also provided. Location fantastic for proximity to station / metro and walking distance to the historical Center. Despite being on a busy Main Street noise was minimal with doors shut. The self check in process is easy and host Enrico was very friendly and helpful giving us tips and ideas of things to do during our stay, we arrived early in Naples and were able to drop our bags off before check in which was helpful as other places we stayed later on our trip didn’t allow this. We thought the included breakfast at nearby cafe was great, yes it’s an Italian breakfast so it’s coffee and a pastry, but a lovely little cafe very close to the apartment and set our mornings up nicely. Not a negative, just a note to be aware for city tax this is left in a secure box so make sure you have some change - this was our first stop so had to over pay a couple euro.
