- nurul (10/5): - Semua kemudahan di hotel sangat lengkap dan kebersihan yg memuaskan...ini kali yg ke2 saya stay di hotel ni mmg servis yg tiptop.. Mmg klau datang jb kt sini akn jdi tempat stay sya.
- Ching Nee (6/5): Not very well. - It is in acceptable range, but with the price i paid, I think it could be better. The room was not entirely clean. Amenities was short-changed, no hair dryer, no in-room slippers, no fridge, no window. The chair was nearly broken. I don't think is value for the price i paid.

- TeacherJoan (8/5): Value for money - The accessibility to different areas. Maintained bedroom. Staff is accommodating even for accommodations that I asked. There is a distinct smell coming from the AC that is quite strong in odour. Glass door fittings (rubber) need to be replaced to close the door well.
- Syamz Ismail (10/5): - The hotel always fragrant. From the lobby, to the rooms, fragrant, even after a few days of stay, the fragrance still there. The bed linens are top notch for a normal hotel like Solid. Many restaurants also in the vicinity, Subway also in the same row. Soundproofing could be better imho. especially the outside sound comes from motorcycle, lorries, cars that passes by the hotel everyday.

Room was right by the main road, I couldn’t fall asleep throughout the night due to the noise. Aircon was somewhat weak and could only be switched on when key card was slotted in.

- Nurzalinda (3/5): Not recommended for long-term vacation - NA We stayed in a room on level 1 & found the noise level to be quite disruptive. Even while at the front counter, we could hear conversations clearly from our room. Additionally, on level 2, the sound of water from bathroom was very audible which made it difficult to relax. We hope the management can improve soundproofing to enhance guest comfort.

- Syamz Ismail (8/5): Comfortable, fragrant stay. Definitely will come again! - The location is near to the place I am working, and it's in the middle between work and city. This hotel is also always fragrant. Even in the rooms. Water pressure is nice, strong, hot enough. They also provide a fridge if the use of it arises. This is my go-to hotel if I am travelling alone. The hotel is located by a main road, so it is a bit noisy even at 2-3 am. Requested for the back room, phone & wifi coverage is a little choppy. Maybe need better sound insulation for the windows?

- Julie (8/5): Good hotel for comfortable rooms at wallet friendly price. - Hotels & Airbnbs are costing more in JB. This is therefore value for money given spacious room and not too far from Austin area. For a 2* hotel, it even had a wheelchair accessible room though I didnt stay in that as it doesn't have windows. Nothing much ard the area. Open air parking so car is not sheltered. Bathroom sometimes hv a smell, not sure where smell is coming from.
