- Cynthia Anguiano (9/5): Great Location - I very much enjoyed the location of our hotel. Walking out of the hotel you can see the Eiffel Tower and it is a 15-20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. You are also close by to restaurants. We enjoyed our room and our bed was made everyday. The breakfast was just perfect to start our early mornings as not everything is open as early. The only thing I was not pleased with was check in process. We arrived early 12pm and understood check in was a little later. We went out walked around and had lunch during the wait. We arrived back to the hotel 15 minutes before check in and multiple people were attempting to check-in. We arrived 4th and our name was taken down and asked to sit and wait. However, our name was not called and we waited 1 hours and 20 minutes as people continued to cut and get in line while we were asked to sit and wait. At first I kept telling my husband we just need to be patient but we were exhausted and people were just going up and not waiting their turns that the receptionist just kept taking everyone walking in while she completely forgot about us and we were the last people checked in.

There was no shower gel or shampoo provided. Also, the sink and bathtub were clogged, so the water was draining very slowly.

- Darren (9/5): - The location was amazing, the staff were very friendly. We had a disabled accessible room that was very easy to get into. The only issue was we couldn't access the breakfast area due to it being down some stairs. That being said the hotel said they could bring the selection of foods up to us, which was more than enough for us. We were happy with this choice and can't think of anything.

The location was excellent, with proximity to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées, and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly and accommodating; SHAHEEN provided exceptional service, ensuring our accommodation was comfortable. Nothing really, because this was my third stay with them and it's consistently been a pleasure to stay in this hotel.

We were upgraded and had a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Rooms were very comfortable and spotless.
