- Yuliia (7/5): - The apartment had some good points, but also several inconveniences that affected our stay. On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s only about 3 minutes from the train station and around 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, mostly Asian restaurants, plus a Starbucks and a supermarket just 3 minutes away. The beach is about a 15-minute walk through a lovely park, and the city center is around a 30-minute walk. The apartment itself is also very spacious, with impressively high ceilings. On the negative side, the drainage was poor in both the sinks and the shower. The sink upstairs was especially problematic, as the water barely drained at all. The toaster was not working. There was no high chair for our child. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules at all. I’m not sure if this is standard in Spain, but when a coffee machine is listed as an amenity, you generally expect at least a couple of capsules per guest. Buying a full pack for just a short stay is quite inconvenient. The floor was also fairly dirty, although overall there wasn’t visible dust and the apartment looked reasonably clean.

Jedno wygodne łóżko na antresoli, niestety w dolnej części apartamentu rozkładana wersalka, mniej komfortowa. Położenie apartamentu komfortowe - pieszo 10-15 min do ścisłego centrum. Okolica spokojna. 10 min do plaży spacerkiem. Wersalka, jako drugie spanie. W kuchni trochę mało naczyń . Byśmy w 4 osoby i był problem z kompletem naczyń.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą- bardzo szybko odpowiadają na wiadomości. Zameldowanie bezkontaktowe. Łatwy dostęp przez wpisanie kodu do drzwi- nie trzeba nosić ze sobą klucza. Świetna lokalizacja- blisko dworca, plaży restauracji. Zazwyczaj w tego typu aaprtamentach są podstawowe przyprawy jak sól czy cukier- tu tego nie było

- Samara (8/5): Exellent location good for the family stay - The apartment is big, spacious and well equipped with all the amentities needed. 2 bathrooms. A plus for the dishwasher and washing macine although we did not use them. The location is amazing, near the train station and the buss station which what we exactly wanted. 2 malls in the nearby and 10 minutes walk to the San Andres beach. Many shops and resturants in the area. I do recommend and would come back to the same place again. The downsides are the neighbors were very noisy and we could not sleep in peace. The sofabed was very stiff and horrible to sleep on. The bathroom was not cleaned properly especially the down one with mould on the walls. Stinky sometimes especially after the rain. The door was not opened before 4 pm although I got a confirmation that the apartment was ready an hour erlier. But good communication with the owner as they fixed it fast.

The towels were really old and not no longer white, I recommend this to be replaced and, also there was a smell in the loft, we had to get a diffuser which helped eliminate the stench.

The only small minor error was booking.com had the wrong address they sent - The location is central and close to all the restaurants and the train station. It's a good 20 mins walk to all the cathedral, museum Alcazzaba but it's doable The property was perfect. Was clean and nice maybe some deep bowls for cereal but that's only a minor issue. - Paula (8/5): Good location, well appointed unit - It was a good location near the train station and bus station. I liked that the property had a washer/ dryer combo. It had a dishwasher, but didn’t supply any dishwashing pods. It had everything else we needed. The beds were comfortable. The unit we had was on the ground level and because the unit is all windows there’s a lot of noise from outside even with the windows closed. They have blinds you can pull down on all the window windows, but because they stick out from the window quite a bit there’s a lot of light that comes through so a mask for sleeping is a good idea. A nice touch would have been to have dishwasher pods and a few coffee pods. We would have bought some, but we didn’t even know what kind went with that coffee machine. The unit was somewhat clean, but the bathroom is in need of a good deep, clean, mold and mildew in the shower, the floor needs a good cleaning around the ends.

There weren’t detailed check in instructions, would be helpful to have that given prior to check in. However even though we reached late at night, customer care helped us via the phone and WhatsApp so we had no issues at all.

- Elzbieta (8/5): Great location. Open space with bed upstairs. Clean - Great location next to the train station and 15 min walk to town. There was wash machine with drying in apartment so if you stay longer is wonderful. 2 bathrooms in the apartment is great too. The entrance was a bit small especially when you entering from outside. Nothing to hang in the jacket and leave your little thing in the first floor but this is not really issue. No connection with WiFi but after we used the connection with the next door apartment and was on for us.

The appartment is sunny and warm The property had everything we need, but it was not very clean, towels were so old and dirty. - Samoray (9/5): ممتاز - هو عباره عن استوديو في الدور الارضي ومدخله مستقل على الشارع مباشره. نظيف ومرتب ومجهز بمطبخ وغسالة ملابس وغسالة مواعين. قريب من محطة القطار والحافلات والتاكسي والمولات والمطاعم والمقاهي والسوبر ماركت. يبعد قليلا عن المنطقه السياحيه التاريخيه ولكنه مناسب لمن يحب رياضة المشي. الموقع هادي ومريح وآمن.تسجيل الدخول والخروج آلي ومريح بدون تدخل المالك ويكون التواصل مع المالك عبر الواتساب او البوكينغ وهذا جيد. الشاطي الرملي قريب من الموقع 1km تقريبا. لاشيء.

On arrival walking into the door we were blown away by the layout and facilities. We would highly recommend the property to friends and family and can see us returning next year for another stay. The neighbourhood that the property is located was so friendly everyone greeted us with a warm and welcome "Hola". Thank you for making our family holiday a memorable and amazing time and for over exceeding our expectations. As we arrived late at night the next morning I notice that the carpet had dirt stains and immediately message the what's up number to inform the property. They response was quick and they offered to send someone to come and clean it immediately which was fantastic service. Thank you for your swift response and offer to clean.

- Orietta (3/5): Atencion al cliente NEFASTA, intentad evitarlos a toda Costa Si hay algun problema no se haran responsables - Me parece increible q despues de pagar lo q he pagado para estar en este alojamiento (400€ por dos noches!!) por un despite que tuve (se me olvidaron 3 vestidos completamente nuevos en el armario) han sido incapaces de hacerse responsables de su desaparicion. La situacion fue la siguiente: Me alojé recientemente en su propiedad el (16/8/2025), con salida la mañana del (18/8/2025). Lo que empezó como una primera visita fantástica, no solo a Málaga, sino también a su propiedad, desafortunadamente se arruinó después de la salida. Al salir de la propiedad, me di cuenta de que había dejado tres vestidos recién comprados en el armario de mi habitación. Llamé de inmediato y fui personalmente a la propiedad para recuperar mis pertenencias. Sin embargo, me quedé completamente sorprendida al descubrir que habían desaparecido. Hablé con la recepcionista, quien me informó que ningún otro huésped se había quedado después de mi estancia. Por lo tanto, solo pudo ser un miembro del personal quien sacó las prendas del armario. Los vestidos eran completamente nuevos, dos de Desigual y uno de Zara y estaban valorados en mas de 160€. Nadie se ha hecho responsable de esta situacion, Nadie me ha ayudado, despues de haber pagado lo qué pague. La correspondiente denuncia en la policia esta puesta.

Good location: easy to reach from the airport, 15 minute walk to city centre (Atarazanas). This was my second stay. Staff was very friendly, yet a bit slow in responding (WhatsApp)

- Veronika (7/5): it would be amazing place if ... - Good neighbourhood - close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, close to the city centre. 2 bathrooms, washing maschine. Design in general wasn't bad. Easy check-in and check-.out, communication with the hosting agency was easy and helpful. Extremely uncomfortable and laid - out sofabed, making strange noises with every single movement. Too many details has spoiled whole stay . Missing plates and spoons in the kitchen, no cutting board. No hooks by the entrance, 3 hangers in the wardrobe. Too warm on the upper floor, too cold downstairs. too low chairs. No baking tray in the oven.

Al ser un bajo a pie de calle es un poco ruidoso. Y tiene unos techos muy altos lo que hace que el calor de la calefacción se vaya para arriba y haga un poco de frío.

- estefania (8/5): Si estuviera más céntrico sería perfecto - Bastante moderno y confortable, tal como se ve en las fotos Apartamento 3 la ducha de arriba totalmente embozada, no traga el agua y rejilla ventilación de la entrada caída en suelo. Apartamento 7 papelera del baño de arriba llena sin vaciar de los clientes anteriores y la secadora no funciona bien, no seca nada la ropa.
