- Donald (9/5): Second great stsy - Another great stay at this hotel. Staff are fantastic from reception when you first arrive right through to the breakfast staff every morning who are amazing. The staff are friendly and can never do enough for you. The rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable and the breakfast is really great. Location of the hotel is perfect, set back from the busy main roads it's nice and quiet but everything in the Old Quarter is a short walk away. Really couldn't ask for anything more when staying in Hanoi. Ideal location for a first visit or repeat visitors. Would happily stay again 😍

- syoken1107 (10/5): - 分譲マンションのような室内。キッチン付きで長期滞在も可能。１ベッドルームで寝室があるのにリビングにもベッドが。どちらもキングサイズで寝心地良く、シャワールームと別に浴槽があった。洗濯乾燥機は部屋にあるがフロントでもkg単位、格安で洗濯してくれる。朝食は種類が多く全種類食べきれないほど。とても美味しいです。フロントの若い人達は親切、笑顔で最高の対応をしてくれました。また、泊まりたい。 何もない。シャワーの床が滑りやすいので注意が必要。

From the moment we arrived late at night, William made us feel welcome and got us settled quickly. When we ran into an issue with a broken washing machine, he handled it efficiently, exactly what you hope for after a long travel day. The rest of the staff we encountered throughout our stay were equally helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was generous and well-varied, with plenty of options to keep the whole family happy. Our family room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, not the most modern décor, but everything was in good order and it had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Hanoi!

Convenient for walk to Temple of Lit & other sights, easy walk to train street & old quarter. Plenty good places to eat. All main sights within walking distance. Decent breakfast buffer. Friendly front desk staff.

It is in a great location, tucked in a quite alley but close enough to all the restaurants, cafes, shops and sights. Our family stayed there for multiple nights in a family room, the rooms were spacious, very clean, well kept and just easy. There was even a washing machine and drier that we used to help with our laundry needs. The staff were so helpful, they helped us with arranging our travel with private taxis, helping us with recommendations etc. The breakfast was amazing, our kids were well spoilt by the kitchen staff. It was just an excellent place to stay. We would definitely book again, highly recommend it to anyone! Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was amazing as well and on time. Starts at 6.30 so you can have breakfast before leaving for early morning tours. And its just walking distance from train street and other things.

From the moment we arrived until the morning we left the staff were beyond attentive and helpful. Alex was extremely helpful when we arrived in late at night ensuring that we were well settled in. Maya and William greeted us each morning to ensure we had everything we needed, and Andrew was very helpful in making travel arrangements for us within Vietnam. The room was clean and very spacious, and the location allows us to walk almost everywhere...restaurants, banks, etc We would highly recommend the Hanoi Central Hotel and Residence if you are travelling in the area.

Morgenmaden havde alt, hvad hvad der kunne behage. Vores første nat havde vi et værelse uden vinduer og lys, dog større end det vi havde booket. Men den anden overnatning blive vi flyttet til værelset et vi havde booket og det var meget bedre
- Marg (10/5): - We arrived to be greeted by the young manager with the news that we were being upgraded which was so lovely since I had recently been ill so it was like heaven to hear. The facilities were fantastic and very comfortable with large rooms including the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and couldn't hear any noise from other rooms so a good night's sleep is assured. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety so you would be hard to please if you weren't happy. There was even a day when my husband was sick and the kitchen staff were happy to assist with packing some toast and fruit for him so that I could take it to the room. The hotel is walking distance to everything including the old quarter, water puppets, French quarter, lake and Train street. Plenty of food and shopping so you don't need to venture far away. Very noisy in the surrounding streets but it's like a little oasis to come back to the hotel for some peace and quiet. I have left the best until last. . The staff are the best...especially the young manager (sorry I don't have his name). So friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out for you. They are very polite and sincere and I felt very welcomed and looked forward to seeing their happy faces every time I went past the reception. The hotel management should be so proud of the standard of service that the staff produce that makes their patrons want to come back again and also recommend highly to their friends and family. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Thank you Nothing
- Shakira (10/5): - We loved this hotel so much! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was more like an apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it had everything we needed. It really felt like a home to come back to after a long day of exploring. Location was very central to everything in the Old Quarter, being a quick walk or grab away. I definitely want to stay here again the next time I'm in Hanoi. I honestly have no complaint. After Hanoi, we went to Da Nang and kept comparing our hotel there to this hotell, making comments about how we wish our new hotel in Da Nang was as good.

We were checking out at 6am (before breakfast time) so they insisted on packing takeaway breakfast for us. Cannot fault them and would highly recommend. Nothing
