• Aronova (10/5): Прекрасні апартаменти в центрі Рима - Чудове розташування: зупинка автобусів просто біля дому, можна швидко дістатися до Ватикану, Собору Святого Петра, центру міста тощо. Прекрасний район, де багато магазинів, супермаркети, ресторани. Помешкання красиве й комфортне, є все необхідне. Господарі чудові, привітні, розкажуть все, що потрібно, допоможуть, створять все, щоб було комфортно. Рекомендую!

• Herminia (9/5): Home away from home. - 1. Mr Giorgio was kind enough to orient us with the city, complete with maps and bus numbers. 2. A bus stops right infront of the property. 3. A supermarket is within walking distance. 4. Mr Giorgio lives on the same floor and is approachable. His wife, likewise. 5. The place is clean and ¹very secure. The remote of the TV didn't work. There are 2 locked doors leading to the unit and the keys are quite difficult to fit right.

• Hanna (5/5): Dodgy apartment with plumbing and no heating and hot water at times. Hard to get into the lift with all my luggage. I wi - Spacious and well equipped and clean. No heating, bed makes a noise, mattress uncomfortable. Toilet takes a long time to flush. No hot water in the shower or hand basin early in the morning. Have to run the water for half an hour. Very noisy all the time and at night.
• David (8/5): Enjoyed the stay we are planning to return in 2026 - All as described in the on line description, landlord was easily contacted, close proximity to bus stops, supermarkets and newsagents (for the bus passes). Elevator access, secure building entrance, good sized and comfy bed, airport transfers arranged at very reasonable price, balcony although small gets the sun most of the day and offers two seats and small table. Kitchen let down with a small grill and oven combo, could be improved at little cost, no toaster. Lounge window could do with some maintenance to improve the fit and reduce the street sounds. Its an over the bath shower, needs a new head and attention to the brackets, plenty of hot water and good flow, just needs maintenance. Hairdryer needs replacing. But these are minor details all easily sorted.
