- Alan (10/5): An amazing hotel! This will always be where I stay when I’m in Osaka! - An incredible hotel with a great breakfast, comfortable beds, sauna and a cold plunge pool. It really is a premium experience for a comparatively good price for a few days. Great location as well, walking distance to the ATC. Highly recommended! Nothing! I just wish I had more time to make use of everything on offer

- Hanna Haiyun (10/5): Luxurious and great views, but quite far away from the centre of Osaka - The best hotel we’ve stayed at so far! Wonderful interior, both in the lobby and the rest of the floors. Excellent staff who were helpful every step of the way, and very clean and tidy rooms. Also wonderful that there was a bus for the guests to use freely to get to Osaka station without additional charge! We wish we knew that sooner during our stay~ It seemed like it had been a while since someone vaccuumed beneath the bed as it was quite dusty, and the location is a bit of an inconvenience if you’d like to be out and about late at night as there are no trams or metros after 00:00.

La ubicacion esta algo retirada de lo mas turístico pero vale totalmente la pena, la ubicacion local del hotel es muy segura y hermosa para ir a correr en la mañana o caminar por las noches.

- Tristan (1/5): Appalling given it is meant to be 5 Star and we were not able to enjoy the facilities. - The location was good. Very disappointing as we arrived on a Monday. Monday and Tuesday ALL restaurants and bars were closed so impossible to get any drinks and the only food available was room service. We were told to go down the road to get a drink at a bar there! When Wednesday arrived, we went to the Sky Bar excited to finally be able to have a drink and look at the views and were told it’s only for members and would have to come back later! We were told that the staff would help organise something in terms of refund for the appalling facilities but unsurprisingly we never heard back. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel.

Dus je kunt beter ergens buiten het hotel gaan eten. Hotel ligt op een rustige locatie en je moet ongeveer een half uur rijden voordat je bij de bezienswaardigheden bent. Wij hebben wel genoten van de plek. Er zit een 7-11 winkel schuin tegenover het hotel en e3n station. Wij hebben een auto gehuurd en hebben alles met de auto gedaan. Dit is goed te doen en kunt wel overal in garages parkeren Helemaal niets.

- David (8/5): Bon hôtel par très loin de Universal Studio (avec shuttle bus gratuit depuis l’hôtel!) et le petit déjeuné - Le petit déjeuner et le personnel La zone fumeur. Le 1er jour elle se trouvait sur le côté principal avec des bancs et le lieu était maintenu propre. Le 2ème jour elle était sur le côté de l’hôtel, sous la pluie et elle était franchement sale.
- Hideo (4/5): 改善の余地のあるサービス - 良いホテルだった。設備は少し古く感じたが改装されていた。 チェックインの流れが非常悪かった。クラブラウンジでのチェックインに案内されたが、クラブラウンジに着くと客が多いので一般のチェックインへ誘導された。結局、一般フロントとクラブラウンジを行ったり来たりでストレスを感じた。フロントで客を案内するスタッフの態度と姿勢にも問題を感じた。

- AO (10/5): - Beautiful hotel and made us all feel welcome. Location is a bit out of the main area of Osaka, how offer free bus to Osaka Station, Universal etc. Did notice more is being built in the area so will have more to do locally.

- Tae Sung (10/5): - 무료 셔틀버스가 모든것을 캐리했습니다. 호텔 예약하기전엔 5성급호텔이니 시설 좋은건 알겠고 심지어 가성비도 있지만, 우메다역까지 셔틀버스 25분이라는 시간이 좀 부담스럽다 생각했는데 편안하게 무료로 이용하다보니 위치적 단점이 해결됐었습니다.. 심지어 유니버셜까지도 셔틀을 이용할 수 있다는 점에서 매우 만족했습니다. 난바역을 위주로 여행하시는 분들께는 비추하지만, 저는 우메다역에서 쇼핑 및 우메다의 오사카역을통한 근교여행을 계획을 세웠기에 시설도 아주 잘 즐겼고 셔틀통해 여행이 너무 편리했습니다. 특정 시간 이후로는 00시에만 셔틀이 된다는게 좀 아쉬웠지만 이용객의 수가 적어서 내린결정이라 생각하니 감안해야되는부분이라 생각.

- David (9/5): Delightful room and views, great breakfast. - Lovely room, friendly staff, great breakfast Bus transfer from the JR station-we missed the 5-30 pm bus and the next was 7-30 pm . Poor information on website. No reply to email about times. Long train transfer from ITM airport.
- SUSAMI (10/5): 感じの良いスタッフの皆さんに、ありがとうございました - 今回 結婚50周年記念で宿泊しました 事前にその旨コメントしたところ、お部屋に『チョコレートケーキ』とナイフお皿フォークとメッセージが テーブルに用意されていました。 とても良い記念日になりました その後ディナーで伺ったホテルのレストランでもキャストさんが気を利かせでも下さり、可愛いアニバーサリーデザートを出してくださいました。とても嬉しいお気遣いに感激しました

- Nathan (10/5): One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in - Amazing view from the 20th floor. Huge room that was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to metro station and supermarket. Very friendly staff and great facilities, room service was very fast too. Loved the top-floor bar and food. Would have been good if there was more space in the indoor pool and/ or if you didn't need to book ahead of time to use it.

Le petit magasin au B1 est un petit plus très pratique aussi Même si l'hôtel est proche d'une station de métro ce qui a beaucoup facilité nos déplacements on reste malgré tout un peu loin de certains points d'intérêt.

It’s located a bit out of town with no much nearby but the views over the city and waterways is amazing, particularly of a night. Staff in the Club Lounge were great. We did suffer a sleepless night as we were next to the elevator, if you sleep lightly request a room further along.

- Adrian (6/5): We expected a night of luxury but were instead perplexed about our experience. Hotel lacks atmosphere. - Good size room, very spacious and clean. Getting the airport limousine was easy. Could hear the elevator going all night. Beds were hard. And the lounge doesn’t accept children after 5:30pm but they accepted our booking for a lounge access room knowing we had a child. Our dinner at Basilico was overpriced.

Wir waren in einigen 5* Hotel aber dass man den Swimmingpool konnte man nur für 45 Min. buchen konnte, der Sky Pool überhaupt nicht benutzt werden konnte und wir beim Frühstück um 7 Uhr dort sein mussten um nicht 30 Min. warten zu müssen, hatten wir noch nie. Flughafentaxi einmalig erst um 11.33 h (für uns zu spät) was für ein 5* Hotel definitiv nicht ok ist.

- Zheenyar (10/5): Can't recomend enough. 10/10 stay - Great service, comfy beds, clean rooms. Excellent stay. We loved it so much we extended our stay. They even kindly provided a transformer because our UK devices required more volts than Japan plugs offered.

- Wendy (6/5): Well priced large room with poor restaurant facility and no bar - Very spacious room, nice whirlpool in the swimming pool. Comfy big bed and great shower. Lawsons in the basement for emergency food. Nespresso in the room. Stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night, the skybar is closed these nights as well as two of the restaurants. We got back late from Universal to find no more food available as last orders are 8pm and 8.30pm for the sushi place and lobby buffet restaurant. So no food and no bar at all!! I found this very odd for a ‘5 star’ hotel. So room Service is your only option after 8.30pm on these days. And the buffet food looked pretty dried up and sad after 8pm anyway. Seems like this was once a top end hotel but now caters to large coach loads of tour visitors.
