• CH (1/5): A Disappointing Stay Defined by Neglect - Silver Lining: Location - The location is excellent. In fact, I saw much more of the city than intended, simply because I went to great lengths to avoid returning to the apartment. 1. Unwelcoming Reception: The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I arrived early, they failed to mention that the key collection point required a one-hour round-trip walk, nor would they allow me to use the restroom facilities on-site. 2. Poor Cleanliness: The apartment was poorly maintained, featuring visible marks on the walls and significant dust buildup under the bed. 3. Broken Shower Fixtures: The connection between the shower column and head was broken; I had to manually hold the pieces together just to rinse off. 4. Plumbing Issues: There was no plug provided for the bathtub, and the drain was severely blocked, forcing me to stand in ankle-deep water while showering. 5. Inadequate Bedding: The duvet was uncomfortably thin, and the only "extra" bedding provided was found crumpled up in a cupboard. 6. Grim Atmosphere: The building is dark and dingy, with depressingly poor lighting in between the elevator and the room. 7. Unmet Standards: Many of these issues have been raised by previous guests, yet they remain unaddressed by management. Summary: The company’s marketing promises a real Italian experience, but the reality felt more like a lesson in abject misery. I would not recommend staying here.

• Mem (10/5): - We love the location and safety of the accommodation. Although the lady at the front , Front desk did not speak English we made it work with phone translator. Italian way workers are not there but you need to communicate with this app or phone call . LOVED THE LOCATION .5 minute walk to town centre shops etc. Was abit small .the shower/bath is definetly not for people over 6foot like myself but made it work . But at the end of the day your paying for location which was perfect.

• Evangelia (1/5): Unacceptable host - The host at italianway was downright unacceptable. Our stay at San Maurilio 20 studio never happened because one day before our stay there the host canceled our check in due to an afternoon flight and sent us to stay in the Navigli area 2,400 kilometers away from Duomo Milano. While our initial choice was 400 meters from Duomo Milano. Of course the money we paid was for our initial choice and not for an apartment in Navigli. As for booking they took no responsibility and did not protect our rights. The worst experience we have ever had.

• Nicholas (3/5): Poor - Location was absolutely fantastic, couldn't have been placed better in Milan to travel around and see the sights. We booked this specific accommodation because we needed to wash our clothes at this point in our trip. Unfortunately the washing machine wasn't working, and the company running the accommodation were of no help to resolve the problem. They did send someone to fix the washing machine, but by then it was too late. We would've been traveling with wet clothes.

• Kristína (10/5): Brilliant stay in Miláno. - We have stayed at this apartment for the second time, it was as good as last time. The apartment was clean, we had all we needed, big comfy bed, kitchen with all the utilities that you need, its walking distance of five minutes to Duomo, really excellent for the price. I have absolutely no cons.
• Michael (9/5): Superb - I like the service by Claudia and Cristiano is great! The place felt very homely - not just the facilities, but the food utensils, cleaning equipment, and simple pantry too, it was comfortable to settle in. Cristiano was also quick in helping us resolve a tripped circuit breaker. This can't be helped, but being on the second floor, we could hear the music from the shop below and people making loud noises in the streets till late at night. Not an issue for Claudia and Cristiano, just some considerations for future guests.

• Kristína (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all you need! A big bath, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer etc. Staff was very helpful, and the apartment was literally 3-4 minutes walking to Duomo! I will definitely stay here again when we come for anniversary! I would of aprecciated if there was air conditioning. It was possible to cool down the room but there were so many mosquitos. Just a tip, nothing wrong with the apartment.
• The-son (6/5): Pleasant - Location is amazing. 8min walk away El Duomo. Agency was good. Washing machine available, good sized fridge available. The bed is not the most comfortable. The shower is a tub with no curtains. The snap Aircon is too small to keep the room cool during warm summers. The address (flat number) given by the agency was wrong. It took us 30 min to find out. The phone hotline was not working but messaging through the booking app was fast. Quality not as good as expected for the price (236 euros for 2 nights), still not expensive though.
• Bojan (6/5): RB&B-Erfahrung - Schlüssel muss man vorab weit weg abholen. Den Koffer kann man vorher auch nicht vor Ort abstellen, weil kein vor-Ort-Service. "Industrielles" RB&B (ohne Breakfast), also nicht Gast bei Einheimischen. Musste aus logistischen Gründen am Abreisetag mein Gepäck mit mir schleppen, weil die Zentrale für mich ungünstig gelegen war. Insgesamt korrekt, wenn man das Kleingedruckte liest.

• Valkiria (2/5): Pura enganação!! - Além de não ser o que selecionei no aplicativo, ( queria um hotel) cheguei não tinha ninguém esperando, com 3 malas tinha que buscar a chave a 39 min do local, fui cobrada e ainda não contabilizou à noite no aplicativo. Foi a pior experiência desta viagem!! Pessimo
• Verified traveler (6/5): Problem at check out - We were accused for a damage of the property after check-out by Email. It needed intensive discussions with Hotline, in which they understand that they wrongly blamed us. Very unprofessional. Even though the property was fine, we would not choose Italianway again because of the staff's unprofessional attitude.
