Colazione ottima con la sala vista piscina. Molto bello! I letti sono comodi. Le stanze sono un pochino datate. Il bagno era cieco con la doccia dentro la vasca e non c'era la possibilità di abbassare il soffione della doccia. Poi si sono sentiti molto i rumori la mattina delle persone che uscivano dalle stanze.

La fermata dell'autobus che porta in centro è adiacente l'hotel, la colazione era OK, la piscina era ancora dismessa e quindi non usufruita. La camera nonostante la pulizia e la grandezza aveva il pavimento in laminato rovinato, dando l'impressione di trascurato, avevamo chiesto camere vicine e l'altra era perfetta con il pavimento nuovo.

Attention taxe de séjour de 28€ pour 4.petits lits 2 places.
• Karwan (1/5): Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt wegen starkem Autolärm die ganze Nacht, Zugluft durch die Fenster und schlechtem, unzurei - Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die ganze Nacht über gab es sehr starken Lärm durch Autos, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Zusätzlich kam durch die Fenster ständig Zugluft, was den Aufenthalt noch unangenehmer gemacht hat. Auch das Frühstück war unzureichend und von schlechter Qualität. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Lucie (1/5): - Écriture Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. La chambre était beaucoup trop chaude, ce qui a rendu les nuits très inconfortables. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans aggraver la situation, car il y avait énormément de pollen à l’extérieur, ce qui est particulièrement problématique avec un enfant fortement allergique. De plus, les horaires du bar ne sont pas respectés, ce qui est assez frustrant lorsqu’on compte sur ces services pour se détendre en fin de journée. Autre point négatif : la douche fuit, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. En résumé, cet hôtel affiche 4 étoiles mais correspond tout au plus à un 2 étoiles. Très déçu par l’ensemble des prestations.

The room didn’t have a kettle to make tea or coffee, if we wanted we had to ask the reception each time and next day it would be taken away. The Italiano hotel wifi was not working, the reception gave us a different wifi from the conference room. The maintenance of the room , bathroom was not worth the rate.The food menu price provided in the room and Resturant was different. There was lot of noise, shouting and swearing my people in and around the hotel at night which could be heard inside our room. The hotel didn’t have any control over it.

• Francesco (4/5): Ho prenotato un letto matrimoniale ma mi sono ritrovato 2 letti singoli affiancati. - Nella mia prenotazione c'era una camera matrimoniale ma mi hanno dato 2 letti singoli affiancati e con coperta sporca di sangue. Ho fatto presente questo alla reception e la ragazza mi ha risposto che quella è la loro tipologia di camera matrimoniale mentre per la coperta se lo avessi detto la sera prima me la cambiavano, peccato che me ne sono accorto la mattina dopo. Secondo me non deve essere il cliente che deve far notare queste problematiche ma dovrebbe essere lo staff delle pulizie che deve controllare meglio durante le pulizie delle camere. Deludente

• Brigitte und Jens (2/5): Es hat einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen - Man kommt ins Hotel und wird an der Rezeption nur mit unfreundlichen Gesichtern begrüßt - man fühlt sich nicht als willkommen an. Der Geruch in dem Hotel und in den Zimmern ist wirklich nicht zumutbar, nicht mal die geöffneten Fenster nehmen den unangenehmen Geruch raus. Die Fenster und Türen sind sehr schlecht zu schließen. Die Dusche war defekt. Das Hotel allgemein sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wird nicht investiert - wie man leider feststellen muss. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr unfreundlich, beim Frühstück sind die Tische nicht abgeräumt, werden nicht eingedeckt - obwohl das Personal sieht das man auf einen Tisch wartet und gern frühstücken würde. Wir haben dann selbst abgeräumt. Das Servicepersonal ist mehr mit dem Handy beschäftigt als sich auf die Gäste zu konzentrieren. Die Preise an der Bar sind absolut überteuert. Die Kaffeemaschinen waren entweder defekt oder mussten gereinigt werden - und keiner hat sich zuständig gefühlt. Wir werden diesem Hotel nie wieder einen Besuch abstatten oder es weiter empfehlen. Man ist ja sowieso nicht willkommen. Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Der Geruch in dem Hotel lässt zu wünschen übrig und die Preise im Restaurant/Bar sind völlig überteuert. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war leider sehr mangelhaft, immer hat etwas gefehlt, die Tische waren nicht abgeräumt, man musste teilweise selbst eindecken um überhaupt frühstücken zu können.

• Madelene (3/5): Ok pågrund av poolen annars nej inget vidare hotell. - Pool området var helt fantastiskt, det var lite därför vi bokade detta hotell. Så därför ger jag hotellet betyg 3. Frukost ok. Nära in till Florens men frågade vi i receptionen så var de inte så hjälpsamma med hur man skulle ta sig. Vi kom fram till att buss 23A gick till centrum. Detta hotell har så otroligt stor potential att kunna leva upp till ett 4⭐️ hotell men det gör det absolut inte i dagsläget. Det var så dåligt städat, väldigt slitet och lite halv äckligt. Personalen var några väldigt arroganta medan några var väldigt vänliga.

• L3432GHsofiar (2/5): Not a 4-star quality hotel. - The hallway floors were dirty, and inside the room the floors were cracked and the walls were peeling. The bed sheets were extremely thin—so thin that even after the bed was made, the mattress was clearly visible. Between the two thin sheets, the quilt itself was yellow (hard to see in photos, but noticeable in person). The TV/remote did not work at all, and the AC stopped functioning overnight, flashing an extremely bright “HELP” message that made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was also misleading. The hotel states it starts at 7am, but when I arrived, the area was empty with no staff present. The following morning, I came an hour before breakfast ended and everything was already gone—empty juice containers, dirty plates, and used cups left out. Photos included for transparency. This property needs serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest comfort.

Quarto amplo, com frigobar. O café da manhã poderia ter mais frutas frescas. Mas era bom e variado, no geral. Talvez seria bom ter mais staffs nos períodos de alta demanda como ano novo. Os staffs do café da manhã estavam claramente sobrecarregados, correndo de um lado pro outro para conseguir fazer tudo que precisava.
