- Paula Cristiana (7/5): - Nu pot sa spun ce mi-a placut la aceasta cazare pentru ca desi am inchiriat-o si am platit-o nu am reusit sa si stam in ea. Povestea pe scurt e urmatoarea: am rezervat-o in jurul orei 12:00, in timp ce eram pe drum dinspre Napoli spre Roma, am primit mesaj de confirmare si instructiuni, banii au fost retrasi, i-am scris proprietarului asa cum mi-a spus, i-am scris inainte sa ajungem la cazare cu o ora inainte, mi-a spus ca e in regula, ca ne va astepta cineva pentru a face check in-ul, am ajuns la proprietate in jurul orei 16:00. Aveam avionul din Roma spre casa ziua urmatoare astfel ca am dorit sa profitam din plin de cele cateva ore dupa masa pentru a ne plimba prin Roma, desi vacanta noastra a fost pe Coasta Amalfi. Astfel planul era sa lasam bagajele la cazare si sa mergem in oras. Din pacate dupa ce am ajuns si am sunat de cateva ori proprietarul pentru a-l anunta ca am ajuns sa ne deschida acesta ne-a spus ca va veni tatal sau cu cheile pentru a ne deschide. Dupa ce am asteptat mai mult de jumatate de ora in fata cladirii, intr-un final a sosit si tatal proprietarului (un domn simpatic) care insa nu vorbea engleza astfel ca nu ne-am inteles cu el si ni s-a parut ciudat ca nu ne deschide apartamentul. Am luat legatura din nou cu proprietarul care abia atunci ne-a spus ca de fapt apartamentul a fost deja rezervat de catre alte persoane exact cand l-am rezervat si eu, doar ca pe alta platforma insa a gasit un alt apartament pentru noi si ne va duce tatal sau acolo doar ca nu era facuta curatenia in el si va trebui sa asteptam pentru a veni proprietara pentru a-l deschide si ulterior pentru a face curatenie. Prietenii mei erau deja nervosi, timpul era pierdut si din pacate nu mai aveam timp si chef sa cautam o alta cazare pentru toti 4. Am mai pierdut aproximativ 2 ore pana am ajuns la noua cazare, pana a venit doamna sa il deschida si sa faca curat.

- Vanessa (8/5): Logement très bien situé - Accès direct à la station de métro, à 2min à pieds -Le débit de la douche qui est beaucoup trop faible, impossible de se rincer les cheveux. -pas de place de parking malgré ce qui est noté dans l’annonce : il s’agit simplement de se garer dans la rue, très compliqué de trouver une place.

- Suzie (8/5): A conveniently located, lovely apartment - The apartment is lovely and surprisingly large. The double bed was comfortable, the single bed (reportedly) less so. Great to have a kitchen, fridge etc. Decent shower. The location is great, right near the Metro and a great supermarket is 2 min walk. The ambulances - constantly hearing them! No idea where the local hospital was that meant that number of sirens. And I know that’s not the fault of the apartment but it does get a bit annoying. It’s not a peaceful location, even accepting it’s in a city. The suburb of Cornelia has some nice bits and some not so nice bits but if you’re just using it as somewhere opposite a Metro, then that’s fine. Some tea towels would have been nice.

- Dragana (9/5): Really good - Only 10 steps to metro station. Much larger accommodation than it looks at photographs. Nice floors, 3 air conditions (we did not use them, but for those who will, there is one in each room), great beds, you will not have back pains in the morning, TV in each room, full kitchen, spacious bathroom. Nice building, although the neighborhood is not the best. Considering that I will rate it as 9, my overall impression is superb. Yet: Cleanness could be a bit better. Noise is rather high (street, parking under the windows, even the subway can be heard, but it is the price you pay for those "Only 10 steps to metro station"). We have paid double city tax compared to what Booking has show. It seems that the Booking system has not calculated those taxes right. Such a large system, offers pop-up, etc and at the same time, it cannot calculate city taxes right. Disappointing. Check in/out: I did inform the host about arrival time and our check out time. Both times were in the regular intervals defined by host. Still, they were not there when we arrived; we had to call them and than to wait for them to arrive. It was only 15 minutes, but still... Similar at the check out. We have agreed that I will check out at 9 o'clock. I have reminded them about that one day before. And nobody show up. I have sent a message via WhatsApp that I have to leave and that I will leave the keys in the mailbox and left. One hour later instead an apologies I received a "chase" by the owners and Booking "...You did not leave the keys". I did leave the keys. And sent the message I will do so. Because they did not came when we agreed. On the other hand I have to admit that the person at check in was super kind and these are some small inconveniences that did not influenced my overall impressions about this accommodation. This is more like an advice for future guest: Do not expect perfection and punctuality in communications with hosts. Just take it easy.

- Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional - The property was spacious enough for 5 people. It has a good location close to metro and bus stops and there are shops, pharmacies and nice restaurants nearby. Maria and Marco were really friendly and accomodating from the beginning. Everything went as well as planned. 5⭐️
