Antônio (3/5): Se você procura por um local limpo, fuja deste local. - A localização é boa, próxima a comércios locais, restaurantes. Proximidade a estações do metrô, com poucas estações do centro histórico. Inicialmente pela dificuldade no check-in (atraso na entrega das chaves). Precisamos ficar mais de uma hora em frente ao prédio, com nossas malas, aguardando pela entrega das chaves. Higiene e limpeza péssimas, precárias - sujeira e poeira por todo a acomodação. Sensação de abandono do local. Roupas de cama com aspecto de uso anterior, sem lavagem recente, cheiro forte de uso recente. Tivemos que comprar roupas de camas novas, com nosso próprio dinheiro. Se você procura por um local limpo, fuja deste local. Chuveiro quebrado. Suporte não resolutivo da administradora do apartamento Halldis, mesmo após múltiplos contatos formais.
