- Maria (5/5): - The staff was very junior, made lots of mistakes, such as charging wrong amounts and in advance ending up in painful reconciliations. Also, they were so junior that they were afraid i would leave the hotel without paying 18 euro difference - that they walked into my room at 23.00 at night. Very inappropriate.

- ANNIK (8/5): Beautiful place, friendly service, room for improvment - Very friendly staff. The room + facilities + view + location really awesome! The room was not clean (alot of dust under the bed), the TV did not wok and the concierge could not make it work. The parking is not private as announced, it is public, and there was no parking available when I arrived. This is really deplorable because I organize car rallyes and not acceptable to advertize "private parking" when it is not. The breakfast is nothing to rave about, although for a beautiful property sich as the Pontsteiger there is much room for improvement

- Just_Jim (1/5): Misleading advertising and terrible in general - The location and the view for the loby The room we got (which was not cheap at all) had a very misleading description and it was awful from many perspectives. First there were no windows at all which was not mentioned explicitly in the room description (deceiving people with pictures of the other areas of the hotel with a great view), there were no walls in the room, only huge glass panels towards the corridors of the hotel, where people are walking!! People that had a direct view in your room. You could close the curtains but that of course made immediately (the without windows) room being sad and clostophobic. The size of the room was extremely small, only the bed fit in there and barely a small table. Terrible.

Leuke buurt ook en het reizen met de pontjes is ook erg - De locatie en het personeel Er waren niet 2 losse dekbedden terwijl dat bij de receptie wel ws verteld. Er was wel een waterkoker maar geen thee. En je kan je kleding na het douchen niet echt in de buurt leggen.

Schon gar nicht für diesen Preis. - Sauberkeit Concierge Hotline die überhaupt nicht funktionierte und das komplizierte und mühsame Check in. Auch ist das Hotel nur im Erdgeschoss. Mein Zimmer war direkt gegen den Innenhof. Unangenehm. Es gibt sogar Zimmer ohne Fenster?!

The view from the room let's you see out on to the water, very unassuming place and great value for money. Nobody at reception said two words to us the entire time we were there, a hello would be nice 👍🏼

I booked the location thinking it would be nice to have a view out over the water. My room didn't have even a window to the outside world, no natural light. We needed addional space for family to stay near each other. The fact that we were in the same building was an added bonus.

The room was very clean, the view was great, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay overall. It would be better if there was a mini refrigerator in the room, at least for basic needs.

A zona é muito sossegada, apesar da proximidade a áreas mais movimentadas. Bons acessos a transportes públicos (autocarros, elétrico e bicicletas para aluguer). O nível de conforto e limpeza são óptimos.

- Nicole (7/5): It was alright - The room was decent and comfortable, with a truly gorgeous view that stood out as the highlight of the stay. The overall location and scenery made for a pleasant backdrop and the ferry being so close as well. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming, which affected the overall experience. The room layout also felt unusual since it’s part of an apartment block rather than an independent hotel. In addition, the bathroom design was impractical - the shower faces the door, which caused frequent flooding in the toilet area.

Super nette Mitarbeiter, 24h Rezeption, hilfsbereit. Es gibt ne „Bar“ mit Kaffee und Tee und Snacks. 25 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, Lage sehr gut! Mit Bus 5 Minuten zum Zentrum. Sehr zufrieden mit allem! Frühstück muss man extra bestellen, was mir beim Check in nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Hätte sie es gesagt (bin in der Nacht angekommen), hätte ich das Frühstück bestellt. So habe ich es erst am Zimmer gesehen mit einem Formular, welches man ausfüllt. Achtung! Keine Balkone! Das sieht auf den Fotos aus wie ein Balkon, die Zimmer lassen sich nach außen nicht öffnen.
