- Pilar (2/5): NP HOD HOSPEDERÍA BUSCAD OTRO - No sé os ocurra ir.....Dios el día 25 de junio y pocos días antes leí opiniones y que razón tenían.En hoteles te indican que hay que ponerse en contacto con el propietario para el checkin hablé una semana por WhatsApp para estar tranquila y ver que tenían constancia de nuestras estancia me dijeron que sí y que el día de antes contactase....No be contrataron y cuando llegamos a Londres con 3 niños pequeños a las 16.30 contactan para decirnos que no me podían hospedar ya habiendo llegado a la puerta del alojamiento después de lo que nos costó llegar mis dijeron que había habido un problema y nos hospedaban en otro sitio diferente en una zona más alejada en otro apartamento.... conseguíamos hospedarnos a las 22.15 de la noche y nos dieron un apartamento para dos personas y no 5. Los niños durmiendo en amacas de playa....
Y esta es la fecha que el propietario Sun no ha respirado conseguí que me cambiarán de apartamento GRACIAS a las gestiones de Hoteles pero nunca dio la cara el propietario.
NO COJAIS ESTE ALOJAMIENTO TE DEJAN TIRADOR Y TE NANIPULAN SIN ACUSARTE CUANDO NO TIENES MÁS QUE ADMITIR LO QUE TE DAN......
- Nauzet (2/5): Avoid like Leprosy!!! - Confirmed the check in at 10:30 am over the phone to arrive at 19:30 Got a phone call informing the property is not available and have been relocated to a different neighbourhood to a substandard property. The new property had no decoration, it was dirty, full of skid marks throughout. One bed had the base absolutely destroyed so reported and had to sleep 2 nights with the mattress on the floor. No bath matts, no mop, noisy as hell as leading to the main road. Not the owner or hotels.com wanted to assist and had to pay the same price as the alternative was to book something last minute at 3500£ (from a £600 booking) It took a few good messages and a couple of hours on the phone to get things sorted. 5 phone calls to hotels.com!!! Because they were doing a system upgrade and “Could not assist customers as they could not pull up their records” disgusting treatment from this money grabbers!!! They have lost a 8 years customer!
- Verified traveler (4/5): De havde ikke styr på noget - De flyttede os til anden lejlighed uden at fortælle os det. En der var mindre. De ringede ikke tilbage når de lovede det og vi endte med at få en lejlighed kl 24 istedet for kl 19.
- Espen (2/5): Useriøst - Dette må være noe av det mest useriøse jeg har vært borti. Et par dager i forvegen får vi beskjed om at vi ikke kan bo i leiligheten vi har bestilt. Vi blir flyttet til en annen leilighet en helt annen plass i byen, hvor det ikke engang er nok soveplasser til meg og min familie. På egenhånd er vi nødt til å bruke en hel dag for å finne en ny plass å bo. Som om ikke det er nok, blir vi trukket for "oppholdet" som vi ikke engang har benyttet oss av, samtidig som vi blir trukket for det nye stedet. Useriøst. Smålig. Svindelaktig. Aldri igjen skal vi benytte oss av verken Flexiflat eller Hotels.com, som ikke har løftet en finger for å hjelpe oss.
- Anja (2/5): Cancellation without a refund! - Our stay was cancelled and after more than 10 days We still havent got our money back. Im very worried that I have wasted a lot of money!!
