• Ramotebele (1/5): - It was very bad, not clean, old sheets and torn curtains. I couldn't even sleep there. I asked for the refund and they refused to pay me back 😒 Everything was tidy.

We had to wait about 10 minutes outside the gate before the host even noticed us, and the number we were given went straight to voicemail. Honestly, you could get mugged easily, especially if you arrive late. The property looks like it’s about to collapse. The room was smelly, the bedding wasn’t clean, and we weren’t given the WiFi password upon arrival. We only received one dirty towel, and there was no TV. I don’t recommend this place.

• Yuhl (1/5): Absolutely horrible - Nothing Everything that is advertised on Booking.com is a lie. That place is dirty, from curtain, floor, bathroom. It did not even have hot water. There were cockroaches every where in the room. The TV did not work and windows could not close. We froze the whole night in there. There a party thay lasted till the morning with cars hooting at the gate till the ams. It did not feel safe at all and the receptionist know nothing. The own if that was him did not care yet made clear he will never reimburse any money and no will do anything about. Old bedding with torn sheets and blankets smelling of feet. This place seems like prostitute house or a place they take them after buying. We could not wait till the morning so we get out of there. Does Booking.com not look into how safe the places are? What a horrible experience.

• Oosthuizen (1/5): Dreadful unsafe no privacy - First the intercom at the gate doesn’t work Second the sealing in the room are broken and looks like it’s going to fall in The bed lamp plug was cut off The room has a tv but there is no plug to plug the to in the plug that is there doesn’t work and it is so dirty you don’t want to touch it The worst is the bedding it was so dirty and comforter on the bed had a long cut in in it was just place upside down so you don’t see it when you get in The bathroom door didn’t close or and if it locks you lock your self in there is no Handel to open the door so you had no privacy to take a bath or use the toilet with a open door that you shared with another room There was less then half a toilet roll and no spare We where locked in the place were we where staying so that we could not leave the house that is a very dangerous and unexceptabal situation what if there was a fire or a emergency I will not recommend this place to anyone ever

• Sibiya (2/5): Very poor - The host gave a dirty room smelling of cigarette, instead of the 3 rooms we booked we got 2 and had to squeeze in one room, the host didn't bother to give us another room for both days. The drains were blocked but they did nothing about it. I tried to contact the host for a refund but there's no response. I don't recommend this place to anyone the service is very poor and the receptionist is clueless she didn't have answers to anything!! She's more of puppet than anything.
