• Marta Aparecida (10/5): Nota 1.000 - Evaristo é uma pessoa incrível. É muito acolhedor, solícito, atencioso e organizado. Ele faz um serviço primoroso com atenção e cuidado para cada detalhe da acomodação. Além dos itens tradicionais como shampoo, shower gel, papel higiênico (em quantidade mais que suficiente) há haste flexível com ponta de algodão para limpar os ouvidos, esponjinha para tirar a maquiagem, reposição de água mineral, e, de cortesia, uma garrafa de vinho no check-in. Enfim, são pequenas delicadezas que fazem toda a diferença. O quarto é muito agradável e confortável. O banheiro possui tudo o que você precisa e o chuveiro funciona muito bem. É uma hospedagem muito acolhedora que "abraça" o hóspede. Você sente como se estivesse em casa. Todos os dias ao retornar dos passeios tinha um enorme prazer em estar no meu quarto. O check-in e o check-out não poderiam ser melhores. Cheguei de madrugada e Evaristo estava me esperando na calçada, algo raríssimo nos dias atuais. Na saída me levou até o carro do transfer, uma gentileza sem comparação. O sistema de café da manhã é muito eficiente, pensado no bem-estar e nas necessidades dos hóspedes. No dia anterior você preenche uma ficha com o horário que deseja comer (nunca tinha visto isto antes). Nela há uma variedade de itens fixos (frutas, manteiga, bolacha etc) e outros que você pode selecionar de acordo com as suas preferências (o chocolate quente é fabuloso). Tanto a limpeza quanto o café da manhã são executados pelo Evaristo com muito carinho. O bairro é residencial e bastante seguro. No entorno há restaurantes. O metrô fica muito próximo, a uma curta distância da hospedagem e te conduz aos pontos turísticos de Roma e do Vaticano. Não vou esquecer desta estadia em que tinha nome e identidade e não era apenas um número de quarto. Foram dias maravilhosos.

The room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was also very clean and easy to use. All necessities were fully provided. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour, Chinese supermarket, and Chinese restaurants nearby. The metro station is very close, and it only takes about ten minutes to get to Termini by subway. Thank you again to the host!

Room was clean and well equipped, with some extras provided by the owner (welcome wine and drinks already chilled in the fridge). The property is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk from the metro station - a huge advantage for those who want to easily reach the center of Rome and the main attractions. Breakfast was tasty with various options to select from. Everything was perfect. If I visit Rome again, this will be my first choice. I actually liked the fact that it wasn't in the city centre/touristic area, as the neighbourhood was calm and you could be around locals (it's a 10 min subway ride to all major attractions and the station is only 2 min away).

• Kristine (10/5): HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Great service, great amenities, close to train station - I really enjoyed staying here for the 5 days and nights I was exploring Rome. The amenities are great. The private bathroom was a blessing, especially since I also stayed in B&Bs with only shared bathrooms during my Italy trip. The B&B is very close to the nearest station (Colbi Albani). The breakfast was also great - Evaristo's ham and cheese sandwiches were a highlight of my stay in Rome. No complaints! The location is further from Rome's tourist destinations, but there is a train station so close by that it's just a matter of a 15-20 minutes ride.

The location was very good, just by a metro station, and a short walk from the scenic Via Appia Antica park. Room was tidy and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The room had everything you could need, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was really good as was breakfast. The Location was perfect, around the corner from the Metro. Evaristo was an excellent host Some parts of the room could do with a dust, there was a thick layer in a number of places. Also, as the sound proofing between the rooms was not good I wish TVs were not put in. The room next to us had the TV on all evening every evening we were there and early in the morning (around 6.30am). Surely this day and age if someone wants to be able to watch something while staying in a hotel then use a phone or tablet. I realise that this may just be me but a selling point to any hotel for me would be the absence of a TV!

Evaristo and Alice were very helpful, friendly, accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed. I had been in Rome before and had a good experience in a hotel, but it was nothing like this. I’m definitely coming back!

The host is extremely nice and responsive. The property's location is within walking distance to Park Appia Atica and within 2 minutes walk from Metro station (Line A). The bed is very soft, and for some people, it might not be the comfiest place to sleep, but that's only your personal preferences! Everything else was great.

• Tudor (9/5): Great value for money in Roma - I had a fantastic experience at Colfelice Rooms. The value for money is great, the metro station is very close and there are a number of restaurants, fruit stands and many other services within walking distance. The host, Evaristo, is also fantastic!
• Hanna-kaisa (10/5): Exceptional - Super clean, nice rooms and ours also had a cute little balcony in it, which was very nice! Owner is super friendly and gave us important information of local happenings such as a strike that closed the metro system for one day when we were there. The place is a little far from city centre, but right next to a metro stop so it was still easy to access during public traffic working hours. However in the night time it was nearly impossible to get a taxi from city centre. It was super nice that the owner also offered delicious breakfast, and complimentary wine bottle was also very much appreciated after a long day of travelling! We will definately recommend this accomodation when visiting rome!
• L (10/5): Exceptional - The convenience to the metro and then in turn to every location you need to travel to. (Big plus point). The cleanliness and pleasantness of the property is another major factor. There are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants around (please do yourself a favour and visit Sentori to enjoy a truly wonderful dining experience). And finally, Evaristo was a kind and wonderful host. Who did his best to help and accommodate any request. This is a genuinely good place to stay at during you visit to Rome.

Evaristo, the host, he was super nice and helpful. We had a warm welcome with a bottle of wine and drinks in our room. The room was very clean and quite. You could not even hear the sound of other gusts. The bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect and Metro station was just in 5 min by walking. It was direct line to center. In the neighbourhood you can find also nice restaurants. The room has safe box, kettle with variable choice of teas, hairdryer, air conditioner, Balkone(with table and chairs), shampoo and other beauty and cleaning packs like a 5 star hotel even better. Now about the breakfast ! It was perfect. The breakfast was also the best part. I can definitely recommend this room and I will go again when I wanted to visit Rome. Thanks Evaristo for making our trip as good as possible with a nice memory. Literally nothing !

Recommendation for the apartement! - Location of the apartment was perfect, near metro station, in a quite street with the sun on the balcony in the morning and shadow in the afternoon. Owner is very nice and helpful. Choise for breakfast is good, a little bit of everything. Listening Italian news on TV during breakfast. Some music would fit better :-).

Really close to the subway that takes you to any of the main tourist attractions very fast. Perfect choice to stay at Rome.

Just what we needed after a long day. I would definitely recommend this place. Easy access to metro to get to the city and the suburb has a lot of great restaurants as well.

I highly recommend. - Evaristo has thought of everything we could possibly need in the room which was compact but ideal, with a balcony that had a little table and chairs. Breakfast was excellent - loads of variety including fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, hams, eggs and more. Really good. Evaristo did everything he could to be helpful and flexible, even including a take-away breakfast when we had to have a super early start. Outside the city centre but so close to the metro which took us straight into the city very quickly. In fact, it’s a relief to get out of the intensity of the busy city for calmer suburbs. Close to a wonderful country park (walking distance from the apartment) which was perfect in the evening after a hectic day in the crowded city. We even used electric scooters to visit the Via Appia Antica - highly recommended.

Everything in the room is very beautiful, neat and homely. Upon arrival, tea, water in the refrigerator and a bottle of excellent wine with glasses were waiting for us! The owner prepared breakfast himself, very tasty and filling. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Very nice bathroom with all accessories. Near are the metro, supermarket, pizzeria. The city center is 15 minutes by metro. Highly recommend.

He was taking care of a lot with such a pleasure and I was definitely felt like at home. The breakfast was perfect - you could choose and even though the host he gives even extra. The flat was super clean, aesthetic, every detail has been intentionally. You can find all main amenities you could need. I would strongly recommend this place and I will definitely come back for my next time !

It is a 3-minute walk from a metro station and going to the centre doesn't take more than 15-20 minutes. Also, the service is fantastic! For breakfast you could choose not only croissants, but for example several kinds of ham and boiled eggs, cheese, more fruits, etc. and I loved very much hot chocolate. In the rooms you have everything you need, I was happy to have a kettle. The host is super friendly and hospitable. I hope I will visit your place again. Thanks for this experience!
• Ivana (10/5): Great! It’s about details. We had organized transport to and from the airport by the host. We got our towels separted by - This a four bedroom apartment divided into 4 rooms. Everything is clean and cozy. The host is just amazing, I have no words for him! It’s a bit tight for 3 people but we managed 😀
