- sancha (6/5): Overall, it was an average stay with a few inconveniences, but not a bad experience. - The property was in a good location and the room itself was decent for a short stay. The staff was polite, and overall the stay was okay. The hotel also seemed family-friendly and close to attractions. The hallways had a funny smell, and the ice machine was out of service when I needed ice. Also, when I needed a dolly for my luggage and bags, I was told I had to leave my ID at the service desk to rent one. My room was also about a three-minute walk from the front desk, which made carrying luggage inconvenient.

- JoeyRuaro (9/5): Great location for those who are planning to go to Universal Studios and the Premium Outlets! - I loved the location as it was near the Outlets and Theme Parks we wanted to visit during the trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was also bigger than the other hotel room we stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they accommodated all my requests. The only thing I didn't like was the bathtub. The drain was not working properly. But, this was not a big issue since we just used the shower.

- Maria (8/5): Will book again for our summer trips. - We were booked in a Tower room which was decently sized, beds were comfortable, table with chairs was a nice addition, TV worked, a/c didn't make a lot of noise, double shades for the window was great, since it helped keep that sunrise light to a minimum. Shower was small, shower head itself could be a little higher, toilet kept running after flushing, hair dryer was broken. All little things that didn't inconvenience our trip.

- Ariadna (10/5): Spacious and comfortable—small details to attend to. - The location is ideal—close to restaurants, cafés, shops, attractions, and even pharmacies. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; they do not have carpeting, which makes them ideal for people with allergies. They made me wait a long time at the front desk to get my room; nobody seemed to care about the long line of people waiting to check in. After a long day at the parks, the last thing you want is to have to wait for a room—especially without any explanation or apology. The bathroom wasn't very clean; there were shoe marks on the floor, and the shower walls needed a better cleaning.

- Webster (9/5): - We stayed here 10 years ago when was international palms and returned as we loved the pool with the waterfall. The only thing we didn't like was how noisy the guests were on the Friday evening. No respect for other guests, especially guests with young children as the noise went on well past 1am, even though there are polite notices on the wall reminding guests of friendly quiet hours.
- Blair (3/5): Not comfortable, not enjoyable, will not return and do not recommend - Great location, right by Universal Studios and lots of great food and stores nearby My room didn't look like it had been cleaned, there was hair in the corners of the room and in bathroom, there was garbage left out in the hallway and it was super noisy (but that's to be expected at a family-friendly space near a huge theme - park --it just was super noisy because of drunk adults after midnight, which was obnoxious and made it hard to rest). I was also charged almost 4 times the room deposit upon my departure, which couldn't be corrected immediately (when I caught it before I got in my car to drive home) which made my trip home more difficult.

- Ayman (7/5): Reasonable and can back again - * The hotel price was very reasonable compared to many hotels in Orlando. * The swimming pool was nice and clean. * Parking was available, which was very convenient. * The security deposit was acceptable. They only placed a $50 hold on the credit card, which is reasonable compared to other hotels. The Wi-Fi was extremely bad and unreliable during the stay. The pool area does not get much sunlight, which could be disappointing for guests who enjoy sitting under the sun. Around 10 AM, there was sometimes noise near the garden area beside the rooms. It would be better if guests and staff were more considerate of travelers dealing with jet lag and time differences. The Universal Studios tickets offered there were very expensive. We found much cheaper tickets near the Premium Outlet malls for almost a quarter of the
