Nos ofrecieron dejar las valijas. Estuvieron atentos a nuestra estadia, siempre por wp. Nos dijeron que podríamos ingresar a la habitación a las 12 (la hora del check in es a partir de 12.30) y no la tuvieron lista si no hasta las 13.20. Estuvimos 2 noches y no se hizo la limpieza de la habitación. Fuera de esto, todo muy bien.

Colazione al bar poco lontano ottima. Accoglienza dei due proprietari eccezionali, massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Essendo in pieno centro c'è un po' di rumore proveniente dall'esterno. Inoltre il bagno è sicuramente di design ma suggerisco di renderlo un pochino più funzionale partendo da piccolissime cose, ad esempio mettendo un porta saponetta, un bicchiere per gli spazzolini...

Ottima l'illuminazione e particolare soffitto in stile rustico. La direzione è stata sempre presente e puntuale nell'assistenza per qualsiasi necessità. Alloggio silenziosissimo e molto pulito, dotato di piccolo punto ristoro per te/caffè oltre a un frigo da camera con bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione. Zona bagno e telerie di alto livello. Tutto è andato oltre le aspettative. Molto consigliato per un relax con ricordo piacevole.

The coffee machine in the room was great and made very good espressos. Room was clean, spacious and very quiet at night. Breakfast in the bars very close to the guesthouse was simple but nice. Pillows were a little hard for my personal taste. Second set of towels (changed after my second day stay) was not in great condition (the initial one was, though). The water tap in the sink was a little lose, but everything else was perfect.
• Eleana (6/5): Great location, but very bad noise isolation - Location was amazing, right in the heart of Centro Storico The host was very friendly and accommodating; he even carried our heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. He also offered recommendations for restaurants around the area, which were all really good. The walls are PAPER thin. Talking in a normal voice in the room can be clearly heard in the hallway. We could also clearly hear conversations going on in the next room. Unfortunately, this also meant we heard the guest in the next room snore all night, which kept us awake.

The bed was very comfortable and given the great location in Centro Storico the apartment was relatively quiet. The breakfast croissant and coffee supplied by a local café was perfect. The service we received via WhatsApp before and during our stay was prompt and excellent, including the arrangement of a car service to the airport. The property is hidden behind a huge door, covered in graffiti with a smaller integrated door. Don’t let this put you off as graffiti in Naples is everywhere and like art. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property and would happily return if we were in Naples again.

Very nice guest who welcomed me. Not noise insulated walls, probably impossible on this historical: I could hear ALL the sounds from the bathroom from the adjoining room. Also some loud conversations down in the courtyard. Breakfast was bad: no place to sit Only pastries for food But the person who works there very nice I did not know how to use espresso make and no instructions

Only one from corridor. So air will be not very fresh in couple days and always will be seen light switches on in corridor when neighbors go there.

I left an expensive linen shirt inside my room, I advised the manager immediately and he never found it. I consider that if you rent a place to stay the priority is your safety. Never will be back.

The apartment was beautiful within an old building right in the old city center. Breakfast around the corner was also included and very italian. Small room and check in wasn't smooth since it was a guest house, and the person had to get to us, which took some time. There are lots of better options for less money, in my opinion.

• Belinda (9/5): Nicely located room in Centro Storico - The accomodation is very centrally located, really close by to via Tribunali (where all the pizza restaurants are) and Spacanapolli. The room was neat and the same as shown in the pictures. It has a window to courtyard and quiet despite the central location, although you can still hear the noise from other people in the hallway. Bottle of water and some nice breakfast snacks were free available in the room. We were grateful as well that we can store our luggages after checking out. Additional chair or luggage rack in the room will be nice. Missing soap holder near the washing basin.

• Yuliya (5/5): Extremely flrustrating experience as management of the facility woke us up at 11 pm by loud arguing for 15-20 min - good location No bathroom to go if you arrive earlier to leave your luggage; no windows and the property description doesn’t mention anything about this; they give only one card key which makes it super inconvenient if your partner and you want to visit different places; without air conditioner being on all the time, there is air circulation, as soon as the air conditioner stops, you start sweating due to a lack of fresh air; rooms and the eating area don’t get cleaned every day; no noise isolation at all: we could hear all the voices in the hall; one night I was sick and went to a bed earlier. at 11pm I woke up because of very loud yelling by service people / management of the accommodation. I opened my door in hopes that they stop but it doesn’t happen. they continued arguing for another 15-20 min. I was in a shock as nothing like this happened in my experience before. The story repeated in the early morning with voices being at a regular volume which woke us up again. Plus, there were no shampoos, only soap to wash.

Lots of attention to detail with a very functional and luxurious room. Two independent rooms share a suite. The host was very responsive and welcoming and provided lots of information. Free water, coffee, tea and even cookies. Location is incredible. One minute walk from Musee Cappella Sansevero (book tickets a couple of hours before you want to go as it gets sold out! it’s worth a visit). Lots of restaurants nearby. Don’t think twice about booking this if you don’t know the Naples area and are passing through quickly. Not knowing Naples, it took us some time to locate the entrance. Naples is a city with an amazing vibe with graffiti absolutely everywhere so at first we thought we were in the wrong place. Host could describe that the room is in a gated building and you need to locate the buzzer outside a big wooden door. However, the street is not very long so we knew we had to be in the correct area.
