It was an end room so we saw Epcot, Disney fireworks and a great view of light show on property. We got there early so went right to pool which is awesome! Water slides, lazy river and just a great set up. Friendly staff is important to us and they didn’t let us down there as well.Stayed on site for 2 days so just a great staycation for us being we live an hour away.We will be back!!
caitline414 (8/5): A Unique Experience! - I was very impressed with the room - it was just a standard two queen, but it was very spacious & felt fresh and clean. Never had issues with getting to the elevators, despite how busy the hotel was. I was in the North tower, which was a little further from the lobby (and conference centre), but fairly close to the pool and central market, and since I was attending a conference the walk each day wasn't really a concern for me. The room I was in did look over the parking, but more importantly towards the Disney parks, which made for fantastic views of the fireworks each night. I found the noise bleed from the hallway quite bad, so perhaps something to be mindful of if you're near the elevators. I also had a couple of issues with housekeeping, where I'd be out from 8.30 to 4pm and find my room hadn't been serviced (this happened twice in a week stay). I've not stayed in a big resort like this before so it was all very new, and I was quite impressed at the range of amenities and food available on site, but also obviously fairly easy to get things delivered in

I5312WYkarens (2/5): Unacceptable Experience - My recent business trip/stayed for four-nights: Check-in was swift and initially set a positive tone. However, on the second night of my stay, I discovered cockroaches in the bathroom of Rm 30534 (West Tower). This is unacceptable and raises immediate concerns about hygiene and sanitation standards. I reported the issue and was moved to Rm 41206 (North Tower), where the shower floor was not properly cleaned and had visible stains. I was moved again to Rm 41508 (North Tower). In this room, the lavatory sink was clogged. I was then relocated to Rm 10222 (South Tower) and was informed by the front desk that this would be the final room change permitted, and that no further accommodation could be provided due to the discounted rate I paid. This response was unacceptable, as all guests should receive a clean, safe, and functional room regardless of rate. Being moved multiple times due to cleanliness and maintenance failures significantly disrupted my experience and caused considerable inconvenience.

T90MMconniet (6/5): Smoke and mirrors with not much else - Smoke and mirrors with not much else My family and I just stayed here for a week in April. First off, let me start with the “good.” Incredible staff: Very polite, very helpful, always smiling. Probably the nicest hotel staff at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is the reason I rated the hotel a 3 and not 2. The hotel grounds: Enormous property, very clean, beautiful lobby. And now the “not so good.” The Rooms: these rooms weren’t designed well at all. They are small, there’s no table to eat , the dresser is tiny and most of our clothes had to stay in the suitcase because there’s no room for them anywhere. The bathroom has a sliding door for the toilet, (which is extremely annoying) and has no door for the rest of the bathroom. So basically there’s no privacy and everyone can hear what you’re doing. The toilet/shower area is extremely small, you have to be on your side to get in and out of the shower. The AC is extremely loud and it’s either freezing cold or hot. The Restaurants: Not much to choose from and astronomical prices. There’s a grab and go type of place on the lower level but even there a single banana is $3.00 each. Services: Was not able to rent a car at the hotel, all sold out. Had to take an uber to another hotel and rent one there. We asked for a doctor service that would be able to come to our room and they said they had nothing except for an ambulance if needed. Our fridge wasn’t working and we asked to have it fixed because we had cold items in there. No one came until the following night. Pool Area: The entire waterslide area was closed for 3 days due to a pipe bursting. The whole reason we chose this hotel was for the kids to have a waterpark area without us having to go anywhere. We did complain to the front desk about this and were given a $50 credit. The chairs get taken quickly but there’s still some available in the less desirable spots in the afternoon. If you want pool chairs that are poolside, it’s going to cost you $75USD for the day. Absolutely terrible way to nickel and dime people. There are waiters and waitresses that will bring you food to wherever you’re seated. Just like the rest of the hotel food, it’s ridiculously expensive and nothing special. My ceaser salad was a few pieces of lettuce in a paper container and the dressing and croutons you had to put on yourself. Not exactly easy to mix your own salad on a pool chair. We asked the waiter to bring us 3 waters with our food and he pointed to a water station and said we can get it there. But he did point out where can add an ADDITIONAL gratuity on the bill (they automatically charge 18%). All in all it was a decent stay but for what we paid to stay here, I expected so much more. The number one thing to expect is that It’s definitely not really a family hotel, the lobby is constantly packed with business conventions. I wasn’t impressed and would not recommend or return.
msdet1529 (10/5): Large hotel with plenty of amenities. - We've been here before, about ten years ago and it has changed a little bit and updated. Check in was busy, due to a large insurance conference. Thank goodness we are Ambassador Elite members and had our own special short line to check in. We got an upgrade to the Caroline Schermerhorn Astor suite, #21480. Our suite was clean, roomy, comfy, with a great multiple shower head bathroom, dual sinks with counter space. Large Living room and a small kitchen area. Also comes with a very large rooftop deck where it is complete privacy and you can have a great sunset view or achieve that full body tan!!! We had happy hour in the main lobby bar before and after dinner. Our server MIMI, was outstanding!!! She was on her game!!! Very accommodating, thoughtful, sweet, and would definitely look for her in the future. Over all, great stay, valet parking was quick and easy, bellmen were on time and helpful. Property was very big. Did spend a few hours by the pool after checking in. Free pool towels where you have to use your room key to open the towel box and return them in the towel return box next to it. Only negative item was it's still spring break in different states with plenty of kids and young adults coming to Florida resorts, Just keep the baggy pants and shorts up above your butts. We don't want to see your underwear in public!!! Enjoy your stay!!!

Elevators were working so great and never waited more than 20 seconds. We had a balcony facing the pool and in the evenings it was very noisy after 9 pm. Pool deck was also very busy and hard to find any chars.

The first two rooms weren’t acceptable positions and I was ready to leave at 4pm after travelling from Naples in heavy traffic for 4 hours, when Maurice from the Bell Boys saved the day reassuring me that he would help get us sorted and true to his word we are now in a perfect room. Great service and reassirance, my business needs 20 of him back in the UK

Bcapp298 (2/5): Worst hotel experience - I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. This property charges a resort fee for amenities that guests can’t realistically use. The pool area was a major frustration—there simply aren’t enough chairs to accommodate the number of guests, making it nearly impossible to find a place to sit. On top of that, unlike other resorts, there’s no monitoring of chair usage. Towels are left on chairs for hours with no one actually using them, and staff do nothing to clear them, which only makes the shortage worse. Our room was also below expectations. Unlike other balconies at the property, ours had no chairs at all, making it unusable. Even worse, there was a glass door in the room covered by a blackout curtain that opened to a low, unusable roof—an odd and disappointing feature that made the room feel poorly designed. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost, especially with the added resort fee. I would not stay here again.

Tamara (10/5): - We had a great stay! The check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff were friendly, polite, and very attentive, which made us feel really welcome from the start. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers nice pools, great restaurants, and regular room cleaning, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, and the water park is a fantastic bonus — especially for families or anyone looking to have some fun. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back! The only downside was that the parking was quite expensive.

I went up to the room and never came out.

gabriellem531 (4/5): Service isn’t good - Wasn’t gonna leave a bad review on the terrible service of recreation staff , and the fact I had to sit trapped in my room for over an hour until my family and I decided to carry our 10 bags down ourselves 7 month pregnant despite needing a bellman who doesn’t answer the phones , but when they sent me a survey after my stay and the assistant director of front office sent me back some generic apology with typos and my name in all caps , I felt compelled. Youre literally just a number at this hotel. They don’t care about personalized service or making sure you have a stay specific to your needs at all. I came for an occasion and spent $4,000 and my anniversary wasn’t acknowledged at all despite pre arrival notes. Joseph M from recreation is terrible to deal with and snarky. Deja doesn’t know what a smile is. They have 3 pasta dishes on the ‘upscale’ Italian restaurant menu and literally 2 of the 3 are bolognese !! I could go on and on but they don’t care! The outdoor restaurant waiter was sitting at a table with his feet up when my family and I were waiting for our bill!! This was on March 17 check your cameras. People spend your $4,000 elsewhere where service is prioritized and their only response is “we hope to serve you better on your NEXT stay”

HM1212 (8/5): Great hotel for families - Great hotel for a family getaway. We arrived early morning after a red-eye flight - and they were able to check us in early so we can freshen up before we head out. The Guest Service Coordinator, Susan was attempting to make our stay special which we appreciated. The room was clean and decent size. The swimming pools were great - we had a lot of fun. (though we wish the height requirement was a little shorter for my daughter - 48in minimum is more than most roller coasters at amusement parks!) The lazy river was great with plenty of floaties available! It was nice to have a few dining options on the property. We did face a few issues but minor. 1. The shuttle to/from Disney parks - the shuttle buses do not have a big sign, and even if you reserve a spot, they don't check to make sure you are on the bus. We ended up taking an Uber back the first time we tried to catch the shuttle bus from one of the Disney Park, though we arrived 10 minutes early. We missed the bus - probably because they were not parked where the website said they would be, and the sign is so small. (We realized the location of pickup was not accurate the second time we tried to take the shuttle - we found out that our bus was not at the lane/spot that the website said.) 2. Our room was on the 21st floor but facing the pool, and we heard the music from the pool when we were trying to sleep. But it is understandable - some guests enjoy the pool at night with music. 3. I am a platinum member, and came with 2 complimentary continental breakfast. I wish they included kids complimentary breakfast too. We paid for our daughter's breakfast which she barely ate because she is only 5 years old.
708emilyv (6/5): Pool Closed - The overall facility is massive and well-kept. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are clean. My frustration was the cost of the room with no access to the pool due to the Ascend Conference. We were only there for 2 nights, so our full day at the resort ended early because the pool and entire pool area were closed starting at 3 due to a conference. This information should be noted when making the reservation as the cost of the resort typically indicates access to the pool and surrounding area. Very disappointed in Marriott's lack of information sharing.

I must admit, the Marriott Orlando World Center is and always has been a favorite, and over the last nine (9) years, throughout numerous stays, this beautiful Resort continues to impress on each and every stay! So, with that in mind -- what else can I say about the Marriott Orlando World Center? I think the biggest thing to highlight about this wonderful Resort is its perfect location. As I have said many times over, the Marriott Orlando World Center is right in the heart of it all -- when staying here, you are just a quick ride-share away from all that Central Florida has to offer, including Disney World, Universal & Sea World. A quick example of how close you are to everything: -Disney Springs - just under 5-mi -Magic Kingdom - just under 7-mi -Sea World - just under 7-mi -Universal Orlando - just over 10-mi Now, obviously, travel times will vary due to Orlando's "Famous" Theme Park Traffic, but you could not be in a more central location to all that Orlando has to offer. Additionally, you are only about 16-mi from the Orlando International Airport, so getting to and from the property could not be easier. Such a perfect central location will allow this to be your new "home base" for an entire Orlando Vacation! One huge benefit to this property is that the Marriott Orlando World Center offers Complimentary Transportation to all of the Disney Theme Parks and Disney Springs as part of its Resort Fee Inclusions. So, while you could very easily use ride-share, you can also sign-up for park transportation using the property's comfortable bus. Note, you do have to make advance reservations via either the Hotel Concierge or an easy-to-access website (via a QR Code on your Daily Resort Guide), but such reservations were never hard to come by. And yes, I did say that the Transportation was included in the "Resort Fee" at the Marriott Orlando World Center. I know many do not like such fees, but honestly, good luck trying to avoid them in Orlando -- essentially every place that is any place in Orlando is going to charge this fee. But, unlike many other properties, your Resort Fee at the Marriott Orlando World Center goes a long way! Currently, the Resort Fee at the Marriott Orlando World Center remains $47/day and it includes all of the following: -Enhanced in-room wireless internet for up to 6 devices -Daily admission to River Falls Water Park for up to 4 guests -Daily scheduled shuttle service to Disney Parks for up to 4 guests -Nightly scheduled shuttle service to Disney Springs for up to 4 guests Now, if you think that is steep, for reference, in peak ride-share "surge" periods (meaning, the times you would want to get to or return from any of the parks) fares to the parks can be anywhere between $15-$20 each way; so, your Resort Fee easily covers what you might otherwise pay for a ride-share. Additionally, the "enhanced" WiFi truly was wonderful -- often, properties will charge you more to be able to have Streaming Speeds, but not at the Marriott Orlando World Center. I did a quick Speed-Test during this stay, and speeds were well in excess of 35-45mbps each time. We had zero issues Streaming our favorites shows each evening, and I was able to conduct numerous Teams Meetings throughout the day without issue. This one fact truly set the Marriott Orlando World Center apart from many other properties, as it allows for one to truly remain connected and productive through a stay, whether it be for work or leisure. And yes, as many people have commented, this property is home to a MASSIVE Conference Center, and thus, it does a lot of Convention Business. But, don't let that frighten you as this beautiful Resort Property is set up so that if some of your party does have to attend a Work Event, the rest of you can truly find your own slice of paradise in all that this "world" within itself has to offer! While the property does boast one of the largest Conference Facilities in the Area, you will find that this is off-set and distinct, with one end of the property housing the Conference Area and the other offering a great deal of opportunities to both dine and relax. If your group wants to have a great time relaxing poolside or at a water park, without all of the cost and chaos of a Disney or Universal Water Park, the Marriott Orlando World Center truly has you covered as this property boasts a truly amazing pool complex! First, for ultimate relaxation, you will find the property's original pool complex, "Falls Main Pool." This large grotto-style pool offers beautiful waterfalls and ample seating, as well as excellent poolside service from the "Falls Pool Bar & Grill." Additionally, it offers a fun water-slide tower with multiple slides. But, if you want more than just relaxation and you want a poolside adventure, you have access to "River Falls," which is the property's on-site Water Park. "River Falls" features a relaxing lazy river and three absolutely AMAZING large water slides that could rival those found at any theme-park's water park! And, for the ultimate in poolside luxury, the Marriott Orlando World Center offers numerous wonderful cabanas and premium poolside seating, bookable in advance and at a reasonable cost. And, in addition to all that this "world" has to offer you for recreation and relaxation, I would be remiss if I did not quickly mention the top-notch accommodations that you will find at the Marriott Orlando World Center! You will find that all rooms at the Marriott Orlando World Center are modern and spacious, and are exactly on par with that at any Marriott-flagged property world-wide. And, a great feature in Florida's humid environment is that each room at this property features hard-surface flooring in lieu of the dark and dirty carpets one finds at many hotels in the area. Additionally, unlike many properties in the area, all rooms offer ample electrical outlets -- both regular sockets and USB ports. Beds are always very comfortable with newer mattresses and plush bedding, and each room is equipped with a large-screen smart television, featuring Marriott's traditional access to streaming services and on-demand features. Finally, the absolute best feature of most rooms at the Marriott Orlando World Center are large balconies that offer beautiful and expansive views of the property. And, while you have multiple View Options when booking a room at the Marriott Orlando World Center, I always suggest that you spend the extra to book a pool view, which will allow you to see the property's always-fun evening pool laser-light show (and, from some rooms, you may even get lucky enough to see Theme Park Fireworks!). For this stay, we splurged and booked a larger Suite, the "Three Bay Suite," which was located on the Pool Side. It provided plenty of space to spread out and work throughout the week, as well as some truly AMAZING fireworks views each night. A tip -- during busy times, you can order ahead using mobile dining in the Marriott App, and you will be able to skip the lines and pick up your meal without a wait! Falls Pool Bar & Grill -- offering great pool views, excellent poolside dining and truly amazing pool bar service! Latitude & Longitude -- offering an excellent breakfast buffet daily! And Platinum-and-higher Elite Tier Members of the Bonvoy Program have access to the large Continental Section of this Buffet as an Elite Welcome Amenity Option. This Continental Section is always well stocked and will certainly provide enough for breakfast but if you want more, unlike many properties, they offer Platinum-and-higher Bonvoy Members the full buffet for a very reasonable up-charge! High Velocity Sports Bar -- a great option for food, drink and enjoying the latest game on numerous large-screen televisions! Mikado Japanese Steakhouse -- a wonderful and unique venue to the Marriott Orlando World Center, a tasty hibachi venue offering some of the best service and staff you will ever find at a hibachi steakhouse! And last but certainly not least... Siro Urban Italian Kitchen -- this is honestly one of our favorite dining venues at the property, offering absolutely AMAZING Italian dishes, and a wonderful selection of Italian wine and craft cocktail options! All-in-all, with such truly wonderful dining options, you will always fine plenty to eat while staying at the Marriott Orlando World Center! To sum up my yet again lengthy review of this AMAZING property, the Marriott Orlando World Center is truly the perfect option for your next stay in the Orlando Area! It is very centrally located to all that Orlando has to offer, and it provides you with truly stellar service and amenities! 729benj (4/5): Poor option when attending Conventions and room comfort issues - This is a large facility hosting conventions as well as tourism, however they certainly have shortcomings for both. Recently attended the World Gymnastics Competition hosted in the hotel and was totally disappointed. The events started at 8:00AM each day, however the restaurants started Breakfast service at 7:00AM preventing participants and attendees from eating prior to the event. Only Starbucks was open 30 minutes earlier. The pillows in the rooms are light feather which give no neck support and when calling the desk at midnight being unable to sleep for others was advised maybe one pillow fiber filled was available for delivery to the room. They were finally delivered four after saying it would only be one. The water in the shower surged between lukewarm and scalding forcing you to use cold water as it only surged between warm and cold. No additional blankets were in the closets and given the A/C system constantly blowing cold air made sleep at times even more difficult. I have stayed in hundreds of Marriott hotels and this was the most disappointing of all.

W6775YDnancya (6/5): It could be so much better. - While the facility was perfectly fine, it could be so much better. First, there are not enough restaurants to accommodate all the guests in the hotel. We tried to get reservations two days before we needed them and they were all booked. We were hanging out on our patio when housekeeping came, so they left and never returned. The rooms are very dark. There is one light switch by the door, and all the others have to be searched for on the lamps. Even with all the lights turned on, it’s very dark, which is ironic for a hotel that annually hosts a large disability conference with low vision guests. We are not a fan of the class system. All the beach chairs closest to the pool are reserved, leaving everyone else to sit back further. We have found this to be a growing and troublesome trend at all the Marriotts we have visited and it must stop. We visited in January and everything outside closed at 5pm, even the spa closed early. We were in the west towers with a ground floor room overlooking the pool, but there was a fence around it and we could not access it. The water park is an additional expense, but what good is a ground floor pool view when you can’t access the pool from it? We couldn’t find the hairdryer, which was in the closet behind the ironing board (a weird place for it) and in a black bag in a dark room very hard to see. There were no personal toiletries in the rooms either. When I book a Marriott, I have certain expectations and this resort fell short. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful, and huge property, but it could be so much better.

The pools and Waterpark are top notch ! We had 2 rooms on high floor ,center of building over looking the pool . We saw fireworks every night from our balcony . We love this hotel so much and we are returning again this year to watch the superbowl in the pool . Hopefully the weather will warm up . Cant wait !!

freqtrav26 (2/5): Poor concern for the customer - Platinum member. We recently booked a family vacation at this hotel. We had three rooms. Upon checkout, we were told that one room would not receive points because that party left one day earlier than the other two parties in the family. We have brought this to the attention of several Marriott managers on different levels. Marriott refused to offer any solution. I’ve never heard of a rule that covered this in all our years of experience with this brand. There was no attempt to make any exception. I offered to have this room put on my husband‘s Marriott account. After all he and I paid for all the rooms on a shared credit card. Marriott has shown itself to be bureaucratic and lack customer relations concern. More than disappointing!! Others should be aware of this flaw in their policy. Very unfair and unsatisfactory!!

Wajih (5/5): Did not meet my overall experience, it has potential tobe excellent but it all fall with the details - Pool and water park were good. Disappointed that the other slide was closed the whole time. The food and drinks were good. The servers at the pool area were so professional and helpful. I have requested a crib in the room. I had asked for it in the reservation of the room and also in the additional requests. I even got a follow up message from the hotel confirming that. Got to the room and we didn't have a crib and my kid was asleep!! Had to leave with him sleeping and wait for the crib to be brought to the room. We had another incident my kid had a bad stomach ach and vomited on the bed and floor. Around 10:00 Am I called room service to help out, they said someone will be there ASAP. No one showed up after an hour I called they said someone will be there shortly. I left the room and got back around 4:00 PM it was still not cleaned. Called again twice and finally someone showed up around 5 to clean !! One of the elevators was leaking water, the water was dripping inside as I was going down. That was scary.

Albert (8/5): Orlando World Center Marriott Let Down - Lots of water / pool choices. We played golf at Hawks Landing. The course was in average shape. There were a number of holes that the fairways were in rough shape. Tee boxes throughout were not much better. Greens were in good shape and were mostly consistent. The front deck folks could have explained the use of the room key better when we needed to leave the parking garage during the day. Also the hidden convenience fee of $47.00 was a surprise not to mention the $40.00 for overnight parking.

Я понимаю, людей было очень много, не всегда мои дети ведут себя в соответствии с культурными особенностями, например не знают, что нужно садится, куда поведет хостесс. В отелях Турции, к которым они привыкли all inclusive формата занимаешь любой стол. Просто хостессам на входе нужно понимать, что приезжают люди разные, а не только из США. В основном такое отношение было от молодежи на входе, а официанты были очень вежливые и чуткие.

C2492SDjamest (8/5): First time at Marriott World Center - This hotel is a huge resort. It is beautiful. It has its own waterpark and golf course. My first room was a ground floor beside the Gym/Spa overlooking the parking lot. From 6am to 9am it was very noisy and the same for 7-9pm. It had the smell of dog and a spider walked across my chest. There was no hot water. Housekeeping forgot to do my room and I complained to the housekeeping manager. She apologized and sent a basket of goodies. I complained the next day about the rest of the stuff to the front desk and was immediately upgraded to a 3rd floor beautiful room facing the waterpark and golf course with a wrap around balcony. Amazing. It matters where your room is. The golf course is in great shape. The golf course app is difficult to use so I did everything in person at the pro shop. I was orginally promised golf stuff included in the resort fee but that was cancelled. I show them the screenshots of the offering and they credited my account $50. The same goes for the app for booking shuttles to parks. It's kinda useless, the drivers pay no attnetion to it and the shuttles run all day, just ask a live person for the hours and forget the app. The Marriott people are kind and work hard. The pools and slides are magnificient. Bring the kids. Forget using the hottub though. It is usually full of kids even though there are signs preventing them from using it. It is kinda silly. Staff don't police the situation. Marriott needs to build a second hot tub for adults only and police it. The laser show over the pool is cool. Note the this Marriott charges hefty prices for everything over and above the resort fee and parking fee.

There’s plenty of options for food and it’s so centrally located that literally everything is 20 minutes away. The Marriott staff do their jobs and we will return.

copan28 (6/5): Nice resort hotel - Stayed a few days at the Orlando World Center Marriott in December 2025. The resort hotel is the largest Marriott in the world and has over 2000 rooms but when I checked in, they put me in a room that has no views with a long distance from the lobby which I don't mind but there was no convention going on and most of the rooms were empty so giving guests a more desirable room wouldn't have cost the hotel anything. The hotel's major facilities focuses on water fun or golfing which if you are not interested in these two activities, then there is not much to do as you will be stuck in the resort property and nowhere to go if you don't have a car. The hotel restaurants are nice but very pricey as they are catered to convention goers which have corporate expense accounts. For families on vacation, it is cheaper to order food delivery. It was also noticeable that there were no non-American guests when I was there.

I was able to connect my corporate reservation with my Marriott Bonvoy app and request for a room on a higher level. Check-in was fantstic. Introduced a President to the front desk agent and had the agent set me up with a room with a view. iykyk The room itself was great. It seemed like it had been remodeled within the last few years. The water pressure in the shower was great although the body wash dispenser was out and I only found out when I was already in the shower. ...the sliding shower door may have been mounted in reverse making ingress and egress awkward as I had to squeeze between the toilet each time... Requested for additional body wash via the app and staff showed up with body wash within minutes! Loved how there were half a dozen sets of towels making housekeeping superfluous during my stay. The mattress was on the softer side. Noise cancelling headphones were helpful as the walls are quite thin. I heard my neighbors going back to the room along with landscapers starting work at 4:30 am?!? ....might be cultural in Florida. Seems like the resort fee was waived for our group stay. Each time I walked by the pool in the early morning or late at night, they were always closed. Attempted to visit the spa only to find out that they close at 6 pm?!? There is an arcade on the 1st floor. Bring disposable gloves... The central pantry on the first floor was convenient as it featured beverages, made-to-order hot food, spirits, along with premade food. There is also a gift shop on the lobby level selling sundries. The conference center seems to be under construction. Some of the catering was quite good, including the brisket, bone-in chicken. Some of the catering was quite weak, including the Indian butter chicken, samosas, and tandoori fish...

Mobile15556067710 (10/5): Wow what an amazing resort - Absolutely amazing resort! This is truly one of the best family-friendly properties I’ve ever stayed at. The water area is incredible — tons of slides, a huge main pool, and four massive TVs playing cartoons and sports, which kept the kids entertained all day. There are activities happening throughout the day, plus a beautiful nightly light show that really adds to the experience. The hotel itself is humongous, stunning, and has so much to do that you never run out of options. The customer service is outstanding, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Another huge plus is the complimentary shuttle to the Disney resorts that’s included with the resort fee — super convenient and easy. One of my favorite features is the 24-hour food area where you can get meals or snacks at any time. As a parent, this was a lifesaver for hungry kids after long days at the parks. Just a quick note: there is a resort fee and a parking fee if you’re driving, so keep that in mind. But honestly, there’s really nothing negative I can say about this resort. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return!

My room was updated compared to when I stayed here three years ago. My room was in the North Tower. If you are staying here for a conference, be sure to ask for the main tower, unless you enjoy long walks to the conference center area. The conference food was hit and miss. Breakfasts were good, but the dinner was cold. I’ve stayed at this property many times and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Disney area.
