- TIMOTHY (10/5): Simple elegance with an attentive staff—an excellent choice! - Situated in the leafy pleasant area of Heliopolis, I enjoyed the calm, the beauty and the view of the elegant and historic Baron Empain Palace with the brilliant orange of the flame trees contrasting with the lush greenery surrounding it. The interior of the hotel is elegant yet not overly formal and perfect for relaxation and enjoyment—especially the beautiful rooftop pool area and restaurant with their stunning views over Cairo. Definitely this was the best place to stay with easy access to anywhere in the city I needed to go.

The restaurant staffs,most of them lack human relations,it seems they’re different from the hotel staffs,was very difficult dealing with them. Sorry,I’m just being factual. Sure they can get better.

- Greet (9/5): - rooftop terras met zwembad, zalig om na de reis even te ontspannen en waar je ook een bietje kan drinken. De enige opmerking die we hebben is dat ze 20 dollar vroegen voor een privéchauffeur van het hotel naar de oude stad, uiteindelijk overeengekomen voor 15 dollar maar de chauffeur was niet tevreden met 1 dollar tip, terwijl we voor 3 eur met een lokale taxi terug van de stad naar het hotel zijn gekomen. Tip: schrijf je bestemming op in het Arabisch aangezien de lokale bevolking geen engels kan.

- ian (10/5): - The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly, particularly the reception staff and the Bell Captain Nasr Dawoud. Next time we are in Cairo we will definitely stay at the Barron Hotel. The only negative thing that I can say is the overall temperature of the hotel. It was extremely cold, in fact that cold that we didn't stay in any of the public areas for long.

Сломана пробка в ванне, невозможно набрать воду. На постельном белье пятна. Беллбой-посыльный с водой настаивал на оплате кэшем, получил 200 фунтов и не дал сдачу в 60, улыбаясь и старательно не понимая английский.

- Razan (8/5): فندق لطيف ونظيف لكن اتمنى الانتباه لموضوع خدمة الغرف - صراحة المكان واسع وهذه ثاني تجربة وكنت سعيدة لكن الموكيت في الغرفة يحتاج غسيل او تغيير واحببت التعاون من فريق الاستقبال خصوصا الانسة تقى والشاب يوسف محترمين ومتعاونين جدا الخادمة في الغرفة كان تنسى ان تضع مناشف صغيرة وعندما خرجت وتركتها للتنظيف واكرمتها رجعت وجدت الغبار ووسخ على الطاولة من الليلة التي سبقت والمناشف ناقصة كل شي جيد بالاوتيل لكن يحتاج متابعة لخدمة الغرف لانها تفتح عشر غرف مع بعض ورايت هذا الشي بعيني وتنتقل من غرفة لغرفة بسرعة لم يعجبني ولم احس بالامان على اغراضي

Being a civil engineer I have a sense of engineering design . The food was very nice with all the international cuisine you would think of weather it is meat fish or meat . I enjoyed the stay a lot , it is my priority when I think again of staying at a hotel . The high tone of the telephone when they called to check about my comfort at the hotel .

Breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of high-quality options. The location is perfect — quiet, very safe, and conveniently in the heart of New Cairo. I would recommend to book a room with Al Baron Palace view very awesome. Overall, a premium experience. I would definitely stay here again. While my stay at the Baron Hotel Cairo was overall excellent, there are a few minor points for improvement. I was staying in the older building rather than the new extension, and the room furnishings felt slightly dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Additionally, the elevator was quite small and. That said, these are minor issues and did not significantly impact my overall experience.
