- rodriguez (10/5): Great little hideaway! - Great location for us, we were visiting elderly parents in a skilled nursing facility literally down the street. Also my husband was having a back spasm all the way driving up from San Diego so it was a pleasant surprise to see that jacuzzi. Check in was easy and smooth, the room was large and comfortable in the bed is super comfy 😀 Well everything was fine they only thing I would have liked was would have been an unobstructed view of the mountains, the front of the hotel blocked part of the but that's not that big of a deal ☺️ I grew up here I've seen them a lot.

Easy parking close to my room, excellent location. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. They did away with the free breakfast. A great selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Buffet style. I mistakenly left behind some important paperwork in my room when I checked out. When I contacted them later in the day after I checked out, I was grateful that they saved the documents I had mistakenly left behind. Many thanks to the housekeeper who found them, and turned them in to the office. However they would not do me the courtesy of mailing them to me, unless I sent them a pre-posted envelope to send them to me. At $100 dollars per night, I found this to be petty. Especially since I have stayed with them multiple times, as I have traveled to Los Angeles for surgery and cancer treatment.
- Maria Rosaria (10/5): - La struttura è in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura, a pochi passi a piedi ci sono vari locali anche se per lo più aperti a colazione e pranzo. A due minuti di macchina c'è anche un supermercato con prodotti biologici. La camera è molto spaziosa e abbiamo apprezzato molto il frigo e soprattutto il microonde in camera, come pure la macchina del caffè. In ogni caso, anche se in teoria la colazione non è compresa, alla reception ogni mattina si possono prendere caffè americano e muffin ed altre merendine in busta. Considerando i prezzi delle colazioni di Los Angeles direi che non è poco. Comodissima e molto economica anche la lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione dei clienti, che noi abbiamo usato a fine permanenza per continuare il viaggio in California con tutti i vestiti puliti. Los Angeles è una città che si gira solo in auto, le distanze sono grandissime ed il traffico è tremendo, quindi è impossibile dire che la struttura sia vicina a tutto ma non è colpa della struttura stessa, è la città che prevede grandi distanze tra le varie zone ed attrazioni. In ogni caso noi abbiamo apprezzato anche la posizione. Lo staff è gentile, la pulizia buona, dovrebbero migliorare solo nello spolverare perché abbiamo trovato un po' di polvere. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio gratuito. Anche perché il prezzo per noi a febbraio è stato davvero molto buono anche se confrontato con altri hotel simili, che spesso poi ti fanno pagare a parte servizi come il parcheggio. Non abbiamo usato la piscina ma nelle giornate più calde sicuramente può essere piacevole. Una struttura da consigliare!

Very important that parking is free right next to the room fresh air and quiet place this beautiful view. I would like to come back next time here. The lobby spacious with friendly stuff the check-in and checkout is easy. Is right on budget. Very important in this area the streets are clean and there is no homeless people around ,thank you.

It's centrally located, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was incredibly spacious and clean, the shower had great water pressure, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. For the value, you cannot beat this hotel. I would happily stay here again.

There was no complimentary breakfast that this hotel use to offer for all registered guest. This was the best part of the stay at this location.

- Dylan (9/5): Wonderful experience, would stay here again! - Very nice rooms that were clean and had nice amenities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Amazing value for the price I paid. Would stay here again. Nice area to visit as well. Some of the parts of this facility could use some renovations and are a bit worn or damaged.

- Zacil (10/5): It exceeded my expectations. Clean, convenient location, complementary breakfast and coffee - The place was nice and quiet. We had a restful nights stay during a holiday weekend. Complementary breakfast was good :) We will definitely stay here again.

- Odyssey36135 (10/5): Great stop over - The Hills Inn is a great place to stay when passing through the Pasadena area ! The place is well maintained, comfortable (Great beds), clean and in a good neighborhood with several restaurants nearby. The front desk person was helpful and friendly. We plan to stay again on our next trip to Southern California.

Bem próximo do Hotel tem uma Target Supercenter. Estacionamento gratuito. Quarto amplo e bem equipado com ferro de passar, secador, micro-ondas e frigobar. Boa cama e bom chuveiro. Atendimento muito bom da recepção. Boa limpeza dos quartos. Achei muito seguro Quarto e banheiro bastante antigo

Near my daughter's house so I stay there often No longer have breakfast. Pool not heated. While the room was fine, there was deterioration of area in the bathroom near the tub

Staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in providing a list of nearby breakfast spots ! We felt it was a great value for the money and we will be staying here again!
