It’s just one minute to the Harrods., Hyde Park is just behind the hotel , I really enjoyed my stay At the beginning, I had a room which has a view into the “inner garden” I suppose, not the best view to be honest, but luckily my room was changed, and I had the best view to Harvey Nicols , next time definitely will choose the room with a Hyde Park view

Erin (10/5): Perfect Luxury Stay in the City - Our room was stunning, I loved that there was a GHD and steamer there. The staff were lovely. Perfect stay. Also the food, drinks and service at dinner were amazing.
Giancarlo (10/5): Top-notch stay: great location & comfort, excellent service, attentive staff, incredible facilities - Pros: Excellent location in the SE corner of Hyde Park and walking distance to Harrod's. Quiet albeit modern luxury and well-manicured style. Great dining choices (we had a particularly superb lunch at Dinner by HB). The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room temperature was easily adjustable. The heated toilet seat was a plus given the chilly weather. The smell of the hallways and the room is distinct and very pleasant. The crown jewel: the incredible service by the doormen, front desk, concierge, and restaurant staff. This was our first stay in a Mandarin Oriental hotel and it was definitely memorable. Cons: The water pressure in the shower could be improved.

255nicholast (10/5): Spectacular hotel - This is a stunning building in Knightsbridge, located next door to Hyde Park and very close to Harrods and Harvey Nichols. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite and had a separate living room, bedroom and two bathrooms. There was a bath within the large shower area. There is a spa, very good gym and lots of bars and restaurants within the property. Everything is beautifully and traditionally fitted out. Breakfast was superb, as were the staff throughout.

markwK9575AM (10/5): Beautiful hotel, restful stay - We wanted to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in style, and following a few visits to the Mandarin Bar I wanted to stay for the long Easter weekend, as a surprise for my wife. I contacted the Guest Experience team to plan the surprise and they went over and above to ensure that we had a beautiful room, a fantastic welcome, memorable delivery of the surprise to my wife (thank you Lucas!), and a few more treats to make the stay incredibly memorable. We were treated to welcome drinks, a romantic treat and rose petal arrangement in our room, great tables for breakfast overlooking Hyde Park (horse-back guard changes on view), and full but discreet recognition from all the staff of our celebration. The Friends of Mandarin Oriental membership is well worth signing up to for the extra treats and add-ons. We also used the spa facilities which made for a very relaxing afternoon. The pool is lovely, we also used the sauna and revitalising pools too. These facilities are segregated into male only and female only which added to the relaxation. The hotel is in a great position, amazing shopping on one side, fantastic walks around Hyde Park and access to other areas of London on the other. We’ve had London breaks before, but none have given us the same feeling of hospitality and pampering, as well as relaxation that the team at M.O. Hyde Park gave us. We’ll be back. Thank you to everyone who contributed to a fantastic and memorable stay.

The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff made the entire stay feel smooth, welcoming, and personalized. The room was very well equipped, and the location is excellent - close to everything. The hotel offers a lot of space, which makes it feel calm and comfortable rather than crowded. The pool, spa, and gym were all excellent. Breakfast was truly impressive, with both a rich buffet and the possibility to order from the menu. The concierge service was superb and extremely helpful in arranging things effortlessly. Dining was another major highlight - Aubrey and Blumenthal were fantastic, and Rosebery offered a great casual dining experience as well. No major downsides - it was a very enjoyable stay overall.

We traveled from Florida United States overnight flight and Ruby at the front desk was more than helpful to help us to get a room quickly and allow us to get out on the town and start our vacation. Everyone in the hotel was exceptionally nice. We went to the bar for drinks and the waitress. Zoey was extremely helpful having my drink ready before I even sat down. Breakfast was delicious and all the food was amazing. My wife did get a massage and said that it was one of the best she’s ever had. Thanks for making our stay magical. Would highly recommend

We have stayed in many fabulous hotels but this is the first where staff knew our names and addressed us as they passed us in the corridors, in the bar and restaurant. I know Bad reviews you will always try not to respond But I am sure it will Help Your Guest to Decide to Book your Hotel or Not. So let me begin, I was planning to book for 3 nights for the coming month. So it was like 8.30am went to Reception to find out the details like price wise and avoisly if can get a chance to see it personally the view of the rooms and the facilities I will use on my Stay. Like swimming pool/spa , breakfast area etc. They is nothing called totally booked I understand when they don't wNt to waste their time showing the Guest personally the rooms and swimming pool. They will make excuses of showing you everything on 3D photos. If that was a case I wouldn't have walk to your reception I would have take my phone and view everything online. Secondly the receptionist who assists be First she was wearing black blazer explaining me as we exchanged eachother some questions and answers. For how many people I said it's for my family Me my wife and son , here response to it was No you have to take 2 rooms for health and safety 🤣 I asked her why will I separate my own family in hotel taking 2 rooms . Training for front desk is horrible if you are forcing the Guest to take more rooms for That £££ .In middle of it she recievd a call keeping me on hold and point out directing to go to outside of deck where she was wearing red that will explain me rest of it. So I went to her still continue showing me 3d models of room at end I asked her Can I see the swimming pool she told me to take a steps by my self pointing 👉 to the stairs down and then right As if I knew this Hotel in and out 😵‍💫 I was already feeling disappointed with this in just 10min . Now I am almost thinking to walk out. But still I was thinking of surprising my wife and Child. So I mate a lady security I can describe as . Cause I saw her in reception area then corredor she directed me to the washroom, then again I meet her near the entrance she was So rude in talking no politeness. I guest she had enough from her shift or going through bad days of her life. I asked her Can you show me swimming pool she said it's there ahead point 👉 but it's open at 9 but I told her the lady from reception told me to have a look if it was at 9 why she told me to go and have a look🫨 Now the time was exactly 8.45 am more 15min I waited going out then came exactly at 9 walked to the Spa. I guess they just started the lady at Spa Also had attitude telling me Who send you here and asking me what was here name of the receptionist As I suppose to remember the name of your staff. Plus None of them had Their name Tag . Not even the Staff at Spa who was asking me . On top asked me what's my Name 📛 at moment they felt I am suspicious she went to someone keep he hold resting me on Sofa . One man walks in with fake smile asked me you ok. I said yes someone is taking care of. Then he stood just opposite of me at spa decks then in sometime she returned poke the man took him to back office had a word , as if I was stupid enough to watch all this looking around.( I watch crime suspense movie at the mid of movie I know who the killer is ) Joke 🤣 🤣 🤣 The man came from back office with his fake smile telling me the swimming pool is used by the guest so it's not allowed and not possible to show me. I just told him I wasted my half hour at your hotel. My question to him was Swimming pool starts opens at 9am there is guest already swimming in it. As if I wanted to join your guest swimming together,🥶🥶 His face went from fake smile to below standard . So I upgraded his look at this moment... Then he came up with 3D photos option left . Whatever I asked even you don't have your name tag and you guys how can you challenge asking a guest name. . I asked him what's your name ?We are not allowed to tell our name his response. Thank you very much indeed I am coming to waste my £££ On your service. Keep Dreaming 🫵🤦🧘 Now this was my experience not even I started Staying or dicide to. I want to see if the Management team are in real person or just the robotic models as fake smile to take action and yes list you can do is 5start hotel Staff with no Name tag it's a real shame. markyP8507CW (10/5): Hospitality at its Finest - This was my first visit to London, and I chose the MO Hyde Park for a few reasons. First off, the location is excellent for a novice like myself, and there are several attractions nearby, like the Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods and Buckingham Palace. The Knightsbridge Tube spot is right outside the door, so if you need to get away from hustle and bustle of Hyde Park, it's a quick escape. The property is absolutely beautiful. Check-in was easy. We booked a superior room, but were upgraded to a Deluxe. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. I love having my room freezing cold, so I appreciated the ability to control the thermostat to my liking. Being in London, it was essential to have a traditional afternoon tea, and the Rosebery definitely came through. I was thrilled that they offered a gluten free option. The tea sandwiches (and everything else) were amazing, and the bread was the absolute best GF bread that I have ever had. It's rare to have a bread without gluten that can be eaten at room temperature without crumbling. Other than tea, we really enjoyed our breakfast with views overlooking Hyde Park. Breakfast includes a small buffet with fruit, bread, cured meats, cheeses, as well as a menu you can order an item off of. Mark, one of the servers, is an absolute gem and just an overall wonderful and interesting gentleman. What really sets the MO Hyde Park apart is their service, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness. During our afternoon tea, I mentioned how much I enjoyed the Saicho sparkling green tea. The next thing I noticed when returning to our room was that food and beverage delivered bottles for us to enjoy in our room. One evening, I also found a small tube of facial cleanser from the spa in our bathroom. It's touches like these, along with great people, that make me really want to return to the property.

superbo1234 (6/5): What is all the fuss about? - Was really looking forward to staying here and at c£1,000 for the cheapest rooms and rising it's one of the most expensive in London. The positives are the wonderful location backing onto Hyde Park in the heart of exclusive Knightsbridge also the breakfast was superb. The service was expedient but not overly friendly, the room just wasn't worth £1,000 it was very small, had no bath and was very clinical with a view of wall but smartly decorated. The tea bags were really cheap quality and other then 2 bottles of water and 2 oranges nothing else was included FOC. Very blingy, very smart, very pricey, very average for the cost.

graceb281 (8/5): Lovely hotel - I stayed here for one night in a junior suite. Check in was seamless and we were shown to our room despite arriving earlier than the check-in time. As usual when checking in they charged the room rate and extra to my card. The room was gorgeous and spacious, I would definitely recommend this room. As we were celebrating my friend’s birthday there was a lovely birthday cake in the room too. We dined at Hestons and had afternoon tea, which I will review separately but both were perfect and I would recommend. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with a lack of choice, we both ordered a la carte, which was very nice. As I previously mentioned the room rate and extra was charged upon check in, initially I thought this was a hold; however, at around 3am another charge of £400 was attempted to be taken from the card I used at check in. My card declined this charge and they tried to take it again and again it was declined. When checking out I queried this with a member of staff who said the payment at check in wasn’t a hold amount and that’s why the payment was declined. They also stated that they tried taking the extra payment as the amount charged at check in wasn’t enough to cover what we’d spent. I found this very unusual as usually at checkout you pay the difference. I’ve deducted a star off my review for this as I felt the staff perhaps thought we couldn’t afford the bill and tried to take the extra payment, which is very distasteful and offensive. We were checking out a few hours later and waking up to see 2 charge attempts on my card was stressful. Despite the unauthorised transaction attempt, I would return.

Ambassador752826 (10/5): Almost flawless - This was our first visit to MOL. It was recommended by Mr Marcel Thoma, Area VP Operations and GM, NYCMO. For 13 years I always stayed at Bulgari Hotel (approximately 3 visits x 5 nights each per year). The staff from all departments, notably the Butlers were professional, warm and welcoming (with the exception of 2 female waitresses in the main restaurant who apperantly aren't fond of young children - specifically our 2.5year old daughter). The room (Hyde Park Suite) was gorgeous from the amazing furnishings to the views of the Park. We can't wait for our return to experience Chef Blumenthal's creations

B4108HZgraemeb (6/5): Park Lane MO - Check in was 'ok', although upon our arrival staff could have advised exactly where reception was located (we were left standing at the top of the stairs for 5 minutes wondering if we were at the correct 'desk'..), had to ask someone to point us in the right direction (reception located around the corner). Sunday breakfast not great, once seated it took half an hour to get a coffee but could of been longer as I went to find a staff member to inform 'i think we've been forgotten', and then our cooked food order was taken. The welcome fruit juice and water arrived as we were about to leave = Not great.. Then there was also a bit of confusion in the Spa. However, Justin Edwards dealt with the issue, which could have been easily avoided, quite professionally to find a resolution. The hotel staff polite and friendly though..
