- VALENTINA (7/5): Consigliato sia per viaggi di lavoro che per una vacanza! - La posizione è strategica: l'hotel è ben collegato con il centro città, il che rende gli spostamenti rapidi e senza stress. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova praticamente tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. C'è un'ottima selezione di ristoranti proprio a due passi dall’hotel, ideale per cenare la sera senza dover fare troppa strada. Pulizia ottima in tutti gli ambienti.

- SUN (7/5): - Comfortable mattress, the blanket is super thin though.. Think it's too old in my room....peeling wall, the charger is broken btw...and for toilet paper, there's no mark for it to let people know if it's new or not...well for 100euro it's kinda not like 4 star ... The sofa is very dusty in the public bar. The decor is nice and authentic though .. and the whole coffee plate occupy nearly all the working place , the lights are not stable and too closed to the face. Well...not too bad anyways, I had a good sleep and the staff at reception desks are all very friendly.

I could hear everything on the street … even the person in the next room going to the toilette. Value for process ratio is not justified even when offer in Milan was very low. This hotel really needs a refresh

As taxas devem estar no alojamento e este paga a edilidade e não cobrar do turista, que está ali para gastar dinheiro na cidade e ainda levam mais algum

- Dominik (10/5): Bardzo polecam - Hotel bardzo wysokich standardów. Blisko od metra i przystanków których da się dojechać do stacji kolejowej jak i do centrum w 30 min. Wygodne duże łóżko, czysta łazienka. Z udogodnień mamy telewizor, czysta klimatyzację, lodówkę. W recepcji potrafią mówić po angielsku i są 24h. Chyba pierwszy raz nie ma takiej rzeczy.

We asked to change rooms, and the hotel manager kindly moved us to a better, larger room that was clean and free of any odor. However, at check-out, we were surprised to be asked to pay an additional fee for the room change. This extra charge was not mentioned to us at the time of the switch, and we only agreed to move because the original room was not in acceptable condition. In the end, we paid the extra amount, but it felt unfair given the circumstances.

- Giuseppe (6/5): - Pessima non farò pubblicità positiva, alla reception un ragazzo con zero disponibilità sin dalla mattina per lasciare i bagagli,nessuna indicazione come richiesta per i mezzi, ho regolato 7 euro in più per non polemizzare rispetto il totale sulla ricevuta fiscale, dove mi prendeva anche per.... polemico in tutti i modi. Letto scrizzo alla francese invece abbiamo trovato 2 singoli,pavimento e muri bagno macchiati, doccia dentro la vasca con l ho scarico che non andava, aria condizionata, con il segnale diverso per accensione ma la stanza non refrigerava abbastanza, l unico confort il letto, mai più direi.

- Lucas (8/5): Bastante bien - Bastante bien, estuvimos 4 dias; muy simpaticos/as en la recepción, correctos y bien vestidos. En la habitación te dejan café y té de cortesía que reponen cada mañana después del room service, disponíamos de calentador de agua para el té también en la habitación. Una mañana nos pasamos del tiempo del room service por que salíamos a las 12-13 y nos hicieron igualmente las camas; cambian toallas y demás cada día; nos prestaron una plancha de ropa para usar desde la recepción muy amablemente (no nos ofrecieron servicio de lavandería) En el bar disponen de varias opciones de leche (tenemos intolerancia a la lactosa), las consumiciones del bar las adjuntaban a la cuenta de la habitación y lo pagamos todo en el checkout, lo cual es bastante cómodo así no tienes que pagar en cada momento. Algo a mejorar, la iluminación y mobiliario del hall. Sillas incomodas y poca iluminación. También podrían cambiar el gel y champú del baño, es muy básico, sin color y sin olor.

Old fashioned carpet, bathrooms with semi-functional showers, old faucets, etc. One room was terrible warm, and it couldn’t get fixed. The other room was cold, and it could changed…. Also, several of the rooms face the street where the metro/tram runs - this rooms are really noisy as windows are old without proper noice cancellation. Upside: even during a busy time, the room rate was pretty low. This is the best of the hotel.

- natalianikolak (6/5): Okay hotel - I have no idea how it has four stars. We stayed there for four days. The area is not central, however you can get the tram 14 to duomo in 20 minutes. The room was small and a bit old fashioned, as well as the bathroom. However it was warm and very clean.

Le stanze sono piccole, la colazione (non compresa nel costo stanza) molto essenziale è acquistabile solo direttamente in Hotel. Il costo stanza, praticato dall’Hotel, è molto diverso da quello proposto tramite HOTELS.COM , ovvero molto più contenuto in Hotel piuttosto che su HOTELS.COM.

- Scott (2/5): - Horrible customer service at this hotel. We arrived 45 minutes before the check in time and the room was ready but they would not let us check in without paying $20. They did not give us any wifi info or breakfast info. The front desk staff was very rude. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so we had to use our towels to dry up the water and when we asked for more towels, they would only give us 1 towel. The hotel was dirty, the carpets were dirty, stained and faded. The surrounding area is an industrial zone with very noisy trucks in the morning.

- Tpau1995 (4/5): Poor value for money! - This hotel is extremely debilitated. I paid Eur1,200 and the bathroom is very small, with noisy and broken plumbing. The “included” breakfast female host was openly irritated when i asked for a second cappuccino! I barely ate the food as it was cold and unappetizing, and there is no room service. Upon arriving, although i gad stipulated a non-smoking room due to allergies, was provided a room that wreaked of cigarettes. This set of my respiratory ailment and I was giving another room without apology. The area is unsafe for solo females and taxi drivers from Milano Centrale train station had never heard of the hotel. You nay also need to provide address. Refer to pictures.
