- michael (4/5): Very disappointing! - It was clean Loud noisy guests, poor/few facilities in room, uninterested staff, trying so hard to be hip it fails to do the basics. Of the 3 hotels in this group we stayed at (Kyoto and Hiroshima being the other 2) Osaka was by far the worst.

- _hristina (8/5): Stadthotel in guter Lage mit direkter U-Bahn-Anbindung - Insgesamt ein modernes und gutes Hotel mit perfekter Anbindung. Die Lage ist super, die U-Bahn-Station befindet sich direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstücksangebot war ok. Für einen Städtetrip nach Osaka jedoch definitiv empfehlenswert. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Im Zimmer lag noch ein Keks vom vorherigen Gast. Am Frühstücksbuffet war es teilweise etwas chaotisch und es wurde nur langsam wieder aufgefüllt.

- Gabriele (8/5): - Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lobby. Leider nur wenig Personal, so dass die Bestellung von Getränken ein ziemlich langwieriger Prozess ist. Frühstück ist O.k.. Mehr aber auch nicht. Da hatten wir in Hotels der gleichen Preisklasse schon besseres Frühstück. Frühstücksgeschirr sollen die Gäste selbst abräumen, gar sortieren. Tische werden für den nächsten Gast nicht abgewischt.

- Julia (10/5): Perfekte, entspannte Lage - Super Aufenthalt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Man fliegt quasi vom Bahnhof ins Hotel. Kaffeemaschine (alle möglichen Spezialitäten) und Wasser zur freien Verfügung und es gibt eine kleinen Welcome Drink. Frühstück kann für 2300 Yen p.P. dazu gebucht werden und war lecker. Natürlich - wie überall auf unserer Japanreise- hat man nicht allzu viel Platz im Zimmer.

- Nicholas (8/5): Really good but beware on the type of room you book! - The hotel is nice and modern! The breakfast wears really nice and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We booked a standard twin room which was ridiculously small. There wasn’t enough room for even two suitcases. The hotel offers air conditioned rooms but the hotel is limited at 20 degrees but I like it at 16. The hotel would not budge in moving the temperature. The mattress was extremely hard, like sleeping on a table. Having said all of this the manager kindly moved us to a bigger room which was a lot better but still had a v hard mattress!

- Chiara (9/5): Oltre le aspettative - Colazione varia, un po’ per tutti i gusti e con alimenti freschi ; Staff cordiale e di supporto, ben oltre quanto strettamente dovuto ; Bagno spazioso e ben organizzato; Abbiamo trovato comodo avere sullo schermo della TV una carrellata dei servizi interni all hotel molto immediato da consultare; abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di una laundry room quasi ad ogni piano dell hotel Difficile trovare qualcosa di spiacevole , potrei suggerire di monitorare meglio le laundry rooms durante le ore di punta , per evitare che mentre sono occupate tutte le lavatrici, ce ne siano che restano in attesa di essere svuotate per oltre mezz’ora .

- Rahna (10/5): We WILL be back next year ! - Omgosh it was the best hotel we have stayed at in 4 weeks! Absolutely amazing. Clean, spacious, lots of little things like face masks and toiletries to share with the guests ! The staff are very nice, they have coffee to make from the machine or purely from beans being grated. I was honestly so sad I only booked 5 days, but we would never leave if we stayed longer and we have to see Japan ! Everything about this place is luxury Nothing to NOT like. Everything was amazing
