- Lizette (10/5): - The apartment was in excellent arrangement—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved how close it was to the Duomo; the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was perfect and made our time in Florence truly special.

Es muy espacioso y tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, es de agradecer en pleno agosto. La decoración es exquisita. La atención fue muy buena, fueron atentos y amabes.

- Lorraine (4/5): Bad experience, description not match - 1/ the apartment has only 3 bathrooms instead of 4 as described in the website (hotel.com). This is very disappointing as it is one of the key considerations for us to pick where to stay. The staff said they would follow up with the back office and I have not received any response so far. 2/ one of the bed is sofa bed only and is not comfortable at all. 3/ there is no cleaning or refilling of basic at all for our 6 days 5 nights stay as promised in the Whatsapp conversation with the staff. 4/ the air conditions are not cool enough and there is only one fan available. We requested to have additional fans but were not entertained. 5/ water pressure for the showers are annoyingly low. We simply cannot use the 3 showers at the same time. There is drainage problem in one of the showrooms as well.
- Jennifer (6/5): - First of all this property does have some things going for it. It is large, in a great location and clean. It has some nice decor that added to the history of the area. Cons, the host never met us and only buzzed us in. he was hard to reach and I had to get expedia to contact them on our behalf. The beds were hard as a rock. we had a group of 7 and ran our of hot water after the 4th person so I recommend that you split shower times up. Oh and did i mention the construction going on outside our window that looks like it is a major renovation. Fortunately I brought ear plugs.
- Simone (8/5): - Bem localizado. O apartamento é grande espaçoso. Mas, sou um tanto quanto exigente. Deu para passar duas noites, mas de outra vez não seria minha opção de escolha.
