- Zuzana (7/5): - Nevím. Snad jen že tam byla pracka k dispozici přímo na pokoji. Nebylo to nejhorší ale nejlepší zdaleka ne. Celkem hodně věci bylo rozbitých. Nepřipravili nám třetí postel, tu jsme si museli rozkládat sami. Měli jsme pouze dvě deky pro tři lidi a vzhledem k tomu, že jsme byli ubytovaní v květnu a večer ještě nebylo úplně teplo, v apartmánu byla zima. Rozbité dvířka u lednice, zásuvka u linky, rozkládací gauč byl taky nějaký rozbitý. Kdyby bylo vše připravené pro 3 hosty a tyhle závady by nebyly bylo by to celkem fajn ubytko na léto. Nevím jak je v sezoně , ale v areálu byl celkem i nepořádek.

- Sposato (1/5): Enttäuschend wäre das passende Wort - Nichts Die Adresse war falsch angegeben, es gab weder ein bezogenes Bett, noch Handtücher und als wir es dem Manager gemeldet haben war dieser noch unfreundlicher als zuvor schon. Zudem hatten wir einen Wasserschaden in der Küche, das Bad war nicht sauber und der Ausfluss der Dusche hat stark gerochen.

Dårlig vedligehold, beskidt, rodet og affald ved ude- og poolområdet ingen morgenmad selvom vi havde betalt for det - baren lukkede d. 1. september!? Personalet havde mere travlt med at ryge og lave ingenting istedet for at forsøge at rydde op! Poolen blev kun rengjort i den første uge derefter blev der bare fyldt vand i! Parkering kaos! Virkede til at vi var til besvær og at hotellet var ved at lukke ned

Skrald og affald lige udenfor hotellet Virker slidt og mangler vedligehold. En hullet hynde til 4 havestole osv. personalet, bortset fra rengøringsdamerne og poolmanden, den første uge, var ikke særlig arbejdsomme og virkede ligeglade,

- Pia Groth (4/5): Slidt, dårligt vedligeholdt og snavset udendørs - Sengene var Ok og værelse rengøring rigtig godt men resten lader meget tilbage at ønske Udendørsfaciliteterne var i ringe stand. Ødelagte solsenge, borde mm skrald og cigaretskodder der ikke blev fjernet under hele opholdet Personalet , bortset fra en ældre herre der ordnede poolen og housekeeping, havde mere travlt med at sidde og ryge i baren end at hjælpe med at gøre området ryddeligt og hjælpe gæster. Sengetøj og håndklæder var rene men meget slidte og hullede - i det hele taget et træt og slidt hotel!

- Luke (8/5): 2 night stay - Spacious apartment, enough in the kitchen to do a small cook. Pool was a massive bonus to watch the sunset. Although it did look like they were packing up for the season. It was not actually in Dhermi, more towards Drymades Beach which was actually nicer and a bit more chill. Make sure you turn on the hot water system when you arrive at apartment as it takes a little while to get hot.

- Michael (7/5): Overall nice location close to everything. - Front desk check in was quick and easy, access to the pool was nice, the parking was easy and close to the room. Having a front patio was also nice. Lastly, having a washing machine in the room was very convenient. Internet was horrible. No black out curtains on the windows so you have to use the pull down metal shutters for privacy and it completely blocks out the internet signal. Had to use my phone hotspot the entire time which was no great.

Manque d'entretien des zones communes, les alentours de la piscine ne sont pas maintenus propres. Des déchets abandonnes dans l'ensemble de la résidence. Équipements dans l'appartement un peu vetustes! Nous étions côté montagne, malheureusement collés au restaurant voisin donc bruyant et le chien qui aboie trop souvent !

- Jesswales (9/5): Relaxing stay with friends - The hotel was really great, the room was very big and spacious- good facilities (kitchen, fridge, TV, aircon). The reception staff were very helpfu and fun, they helped us carry our heavy suitcases and also helped with our questions about the area. The hotel had a restaurant and bar with good pizzas and nice staff as well 😊 The pool was very nice with a lovely view and lovely flowers all around the property. There was a little shop near by. The location was a bit far from some restaurants/beach (difficult to walk down - taxi needed) but the hotel does have its own restaurant and bar. Only cash at the bar/restaurant.

The pool was being cleaned during our stay, so we weren’t able to use it, which was unfortunate, but other than that we had a lovely stay.

It had most everything we needed, however, it happened to be abnormally cold outside when we were there and we were all cold at night in the beds. We should have asked if there were extra blankets, but we couldn't find any in the apartment. Otherwise, if it had been warmer, everything would have been just right. The flowers around were beautiful and the outside area lovely.

It was the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening after a day of exploring. This trip was all about relaxation and spending quality time together, and this place gave us exactly that—peace, comfort, and natural beauty. - Angela (8/5): Very good - Regular cleaning, we were there for a full week and the appartment was cleaned every 2 days with fresh linen/towels. Good location, really big pool, great for families. Special shout out to the receptionist who was extremely kind and helpful. There's a lot of modernisation work to be done, the bathrooms are a bit old fashionned. Also the bar restaurant only offers certain foods and only accepts cash.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and they helped with anything we needed. The area is quiet at night so you can get a good night sleep. There is nothing I didn't like, however when booking, be aware that you would need a car to get places as it's a good 25 minute walk to the beach.

The view was great, the service was always helpful, the apartment was big and had all the facilities needed. There was a restaurant and a beach bar. The pool was accessible at any time and the place outside was very chill and comfortable to stay at night as well. There was nothing to dislike, just the location was a bit more far from the sea than we expected but still was just a 5mins car drive.

The place is kept in good condition. Jusr FYI - We felt like this was a site of holiday homes of different ownership of which some were rented out for holidays. Much larger complex than it looked in the photos. Quite expensive compared to other albanian hotels and Airbnb.

- Guy (10/5): Lovely place and people within a slice of Albanian paradise in Dhermi - can't wait till next time! - The stunning location between the mountains and the beach facing the sunset, the rooms' terrace balconies with views of it all, the cleaniless and very attentive service. And just how incredibly nice, friendly and helpful the staff were. Eric and Taulan were always chatting to us when we went to reception, and ready to help with anything we needed - they even stayed late so my friend and I could check into our room at night when we were delayed. And also the swallows nesting around the outer walls of the hotel - so incredible to see! Nothing - just would have liked the pool to be ready a week earlier in the season for us to swim in it. But the sea water is just 10-15 mins walk and just as clear and fresh anyway, and we know unexpected thunderstorms delayed the summer season a bit.
