• Joan (8/5): Had a wonderful stay, close to Universal with a convenient shuttle. Probably would stay again but come better prepared. - Extremely clean Slider door on balcony very difficult to open. Had to ask for an iron and no microwave in the room. Expensive parking, no complimentary coffee, 6 bucks a cup, Starbucks is cheaper!

• Nana L. (9/5): Lovely, cozy hotel, close to Universal Studios. Some staff members need customer service training. - The property is beautiful! The rooms were quiet and clean and beautifully decorated. Very cozy. Our experience with the front desk staff during check-in was extremely disappointing. My son had gotten to the lobby before me (the reservation holder). I think he was attempting to take care of his portion of the parking fee. When I walked in the door the woman doing the check-in announced to me from across the room that she "needed my I.D." Not hello or welcome or a smile. Didn't wait for me to cross the room and come up to the counter. Just basically yelled "I need your ID" It was shockingly rude. She was abrupt and unfriendly during the entire check-in. Then when we got to our rooms (I reserved 3 rooms for my family), one of the room keys didn't work. My son had to go back to the front desk to get the issue resolved and the other lady that was there was just as rude, talking to my son as if the room key not working was somehow his fault and didn't apologize for the inconvenience/mistake on their part. He left frustrated and a little stunned. We are not a family of complainers or at all high maintenance. The (evening) check-in front desk staff experience was jarring to all of us. The front desk gentleman that helped me during check-out, however, was great. Very friendly and helpful and that at least was a good experience on the way out.

Free Hourly shuttle during the day to Universal studios Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff excellent and very friendly. A bit away from everything other than Universal. But if have own car or happy to use Uber etc it’s fine.

It would be nice if complimentary bottled water were provided in the rooms rather than only paid options. The kids’ bunk bed in the family room felt somewhat outdated, and our room was a bit noisy due to road traffic. The breakfast was a la carte and quite pricey for the quality.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating and the locatio - Location was great, easy on an off the freeway, close to a lot of things of interest. Lovely pool and very pretty landscaping. Very much appreciated access to EV Charging! Room was good, clean, bed comfortable. We were in the farthest back building and our balcony looked directly into a parking lot. The Courtyard dining was woefully understaffed and we waited for quite a long time for what ended up being fairly underwhelming food.

Overpriced hotel Family friendly if this is what you’re looking for (kids galore) Movie night was good They will store your luggage if needed 70s vibe was nice Breakfast over priced and not included in your stay, pool was small, cannot bring outside food to the pool and you have to pay $10 to microwave food. Many guest rooms at this property. I thought it would be more of a smaller hotel vibe but this was not it. Housekeeping did not show up until 4pm this can be due to soo many guest rooms at least 6 floors and 2 buildings. If you want to get away from children this is NOT the spot- Very family friendly and kids jumping in the pool to no regards to other people around them! Also had a CANCER risk warning on the buildings beware of this pic was posted. Also elevator was broken and one elevator was working for the entire building.

• Grace (5/5): OK stay but they charge too steep for self parking: $55/night included tax. - It was ok, pool was nice but there wasn’t movie by the pool in the evening like some people mentioned in the past. I saw caught spider in one night and gnat at another night. I don’t know what to make out of it. Overall the room was clean.

• Bradyn (10/5): Amazing and can't wait to be back - We loved everything about this property. The location is excellent and the deco is like you have stepped out of the 60/70's. If you are a 70/80's child make sure you look up the location of the Brady Bunch house which is a 10min walk away
